HORRIBLE smoke shoP. Came in waited for so long for the person to ring up this lady that was for no other reason then the worker was talking to her, didn't care that another customer is waiting to buy 1 thing. When he finally finished ringing her up, I asked the prices of the 3 items in the glass display. The last item was 2 packs of the ceramic attachment tips. They were displayed in the case In a pack, of 5 each in a small bag, clearly they look and display as being sold in the little bag they are displayed in, as a pack of 5. He told me the price was $5. So I said okay since I clearly thought it was $5 for the pack. Why wouldn't it be? He acted like that was the case. Well he took it upon himself to open the little bag and take out 1 to throw in a brown bag so I didn't see until I got in the car and realized, there was only 1 in my bag. Not the pack of 5 like it should have been. Why would I have spent $5 on 1 when they are displayed in a bag pack of 5. I immediately went back in and he said no it's for just 1, which he never specified and clearly knew he was ripping me off. I told him that's ridiculous and I want to return them for my money back. He refused. Bad business. I will be calling my bank and reporting this business. He could have made this right by either giving me what I paid for which was the pack in the bag like I should been given or take it back and give me my money back. It's not that u couldn't do that, he just didn't want to. Over $5 and loosing future business plus, it's the principle, I will calling my bank since I'm not okay with someone trying to come up on my like that and let them get away with it, it's not right. DO NOT GO HERE. Spend your money literally anywhere else. read more

I rarely write reviews. When I do it's for something really bad or really good. This gentleman who is always here is one of the kindest souls I have ever met. I've been coming here to pick up my vapes for a few months now. He is always so warm and welcoming, and remembers me each time I come in. He even reserves a parking spot for people with a cone due to the restaurant in the shopping center always hogging up the lot. He is truly a class act! It makes the world of difference to have someone so sweet and friendly working somewhere I come in a few times a week. Recently I walked in for my usual purchase and he tells me "I have something for you." He hands me a Dove chocolate bar and says "this is my favorite candy ever. I want you to try it." This small gesture just made my entire week. Little things like these remind me we are all human and want to be treated with kindness. This newly opened smoke shop is really great. Seller who's name is Perch is very nice and helpful. What I like the most about this smoke shop is that they also have hot coffee and free cookies.
