So I'm giving these guys 2 stars because they are friendly and willing to be helpful.....but they just don't seem to be able to get it to click. I took a head unit, back up camera and dash replacement kit for my camaro to them. They said they would install the lot for $250. Seemed fair so i agreed. They even finished same day. The next day I noticed the DVD. Player wouldnt work, the AM radio wouldnt work, and the drivers speakers were intermittent. Even though it was inconvenient, i brought it back to them and voiced my concerns. They were super nice and willing to help. But each problem was apparently not their fault and not something they could fix. But they were willing to try. First they told me the AM radio was not compatible with my car and that id need to buy a separate antennae. I didnt like that so I called Pioneer to confirm and they said the shop was incorrect. The shop did eventually figure it out. They said the only way to make the DVD player work was to eject the disc and put it back in, which would allow it. This never worked. They also said the speakers werent working due to me having the bass to loud. So i took it. Turned down the bass. Drivers speakers still not working. So, i bit the bullet and considered my $250 a loss. I bought a dash removal kit, an ebrake bypass, and fixed all the stuff myself. Dvd player works great now. Speakers work great now (was just a loose connection‍). I liked these guys. I wanted to give them 5 stars. But cmon man....this is basic stuff. read more

so, bring the vehicle back AGAIN for a third time? i'll pass. if I recall correctly when I brought the vehicle back to correct BUBBLES, I had to make an appt. within your parameters (the repairs would only be done during the week, NOT on a wknd which would be a convenience TO ME). not the way I do business...but that's just me. read more

The 3m brand that he offered me is very solid and I can't be any happier with the free ceramic upgrade that he's offering me though it's only for the front two windows. First time car-tinter here tinting for my new ride. When I walked in I had a general understanding of tinting and guidance provided from Reddit forums. The front-desk staff lady (I forget her name) was incredibly friendly and helpful. She answered a ton of questions on the phone initially, and when I walked in she literally walked me through every tint grade and product they had and answered many many more questions. She explained the nuance of what's "legal" in CA and what people usually do, to help me make the best decision. Because regardless of tint level, it all costs the same, I do recommend a darker tint even for your first car because of the harsh Cali sunshine and global warming. She explained that "many first-time tinters go for a lighter tint, and when they get a new car they tint it way darker". They have 3M Crystalline and 3M ceramic, amongst other selections. The only thing missing was a discount or promotion of some sort, I tried! :) read more

Great experience! Got all 5 windows tinted in my Passat with the midline ceramic tint which I would highly recommend keeps the car nice and cool from the sun also got the front window tinted in a light ceramic tint as well. I also got the front headlights tinted.. which I would only recommend doing if you have brand new headlights ... we tried smoking my older set but it didn't turn out great so I bought new headlights and had them tint and install. The tinted tail lights came out great! And they also installed my LED lights I picked up for me at no charge ... these guys do great work in a timely fashion. The are quick and efficient but that being said they take pride in their work and get the job done right! You may be able to find cheaper places to tint but trust me this is the shop to go. I got my tints all done same day and only took a few hours. Worth every penny. read more
