I've been to a handful of vape shops, hell a few friends of mine back home even own vape shops, so the bar has been set pretty high. Even so, this location exceeded my expectations! As soon as I walk in, I'm greeted by Chris, who has by far been the most helpful person I've encountered since I've been vaping. I ONLY STOPPED IN TO BUY JUICE. As he was helping me decide on which to pick, I explained how I'd just coiled my vape for the first time and he took a look at it. Mind you I'd done it horribly (LOL) he gave me some pointers and actually offered to redo the whole process! He taught me step by step how to coil, wick and maintain my vape! The guy knows his stuff, and isn't afraid to share the knowledge. Not only that, he gave me two extra cotton balls for when its time to change my wick. All in all, I got the juice I was looking for. Young Berry crunch so every time I vape I'm living the golden days of my childhood drinking the crunch berry milk at the bottom of the bowl baby! This place has the look, the inventory, and the customer service to permanently earn my business. Okay, I have been to many vape shops, but not one remotely like this. The first time I came in, after grueling the worker with numerous phone calls regarding the purchase that I wanted to make, I was greeted by a respectful and cheerful employee named Kris. He was ready to help me with whatever it was that i hoped and desired, while giving me his undivided attention. The first thing I noticed when I walked into the shop, was their HUGE selection of E-Juices that varied in flavor, size and nicotine level. Plus they let you sample whatever juice you want, to ensure satisfaction. There is a chill ambiance in the store, that welcomes everyone 18+ from people just starting to vape to "veteran vapers." This store is also very helpful to people that are trying to quit smoking. Another thing that's is this shop is a "vape shop." It is not a head shop that sells pipes and bongs and and other smoking accessories, this is effective because this enables them to have a vast selection of vape stuff. I appreciate the separation because this is really the way it should be. Vaping should not be associated with smoking in my opinion. Who loves discounts, I DO! And apparently Beverly Vapes does too! There is a special discount every day with catchy names like: "TWOs Day special" and "Thirsty Thursday" (which is my favorite because it's buy 2 juices get one free!!!) I walked in and Chris who was all smiles the whole time was not only knowledgeable but extremely friendly. To the point where I almost wanted to ask if he wants to chill. I typically buy vape supplies online due to the pooor customer service you usually run in to in this area. But After interacting with Chris, I will now willingly spend more money for the sake of supporting this business. If you're thinking about going anywhere else forget about it. I've been waiting for this spot to open as I drive by it every day on my way home from work. I finally had an opportunity to stop by tonight. They have a respectable variety of juices, batteries, and accessories. I was happy to see that they carry the joytech passthroughs, as a lot of local shops don't and I will never understand why one would NOT want a passthrough for easy charging and use while charging. They also carry the Smoketech 3.5 ml DCT, which is by far my tank of choice, and also nearly impossible to find in town. I love the locking cartomizer and previously could only order it online. They offer a selection of rebuildables for the hobbiests too. I will definitely return and am excited to see how they grow. I would love to see them bring in Five Pawns in the future. read more
