As someone who is extremely picky about their hair, I have been looking for a stylist to trust with my hair since June. When I came across Kelsey's instagram, I was blown away with all of the beautiful work she has done and decided to message her to make an appointment. Not only did she reply promptly, she was able to get me in the week I wanted, which was less than 2 weeks away. From the moment I walked in the door, Kelsey made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous about getting my hair done at a new salon. She was friendly and had great energy. Besides from being great to interact with, she did a flawless job on my hair. This was the first time I have ever left a salon where my expectations have been exceeded. She got me just as blonde as I wanted without frying my hair. I was apprehensive about getting a trim and she showed me exactly how much she would cut off to check that I was okay with it. After the trim, it didn't look like I had lost any length, my hair just looked healthier! When I posted the pictures of my new hair, I received endless complements about how beautiful it looked. Some people even thought I was sending them pictures from a model in a hair magazine! Lorette listened to what I was having problems with (weird layers that I couldn't style) and also that I wanted to grow it out. I'm a first time client visiting Austin from San Francisco for work. I had a color service from a Ashley a week and a half ago. It's exactly what I wanted and looks great. Given her color strategy, speed, and quality result I'm amazed she's only been in the business 2.5 years. I liked the ambiance and hair products offered at the salon, as well. I'm still enjoying the shampoo and conditioner I purchased. As a frequent traveler to Austin, I plan to return to the salon and would love to have the ability to view/book appointments online. Wow! First of all, the salon is gorgeous! Rebekah, the owner is fantastic and genuinely sweet. I had my wedding this past weekend and she was able to accommodate all nine of my bridesmaids!!! She did their hair and makeup and they all looked beautiful! I was truly impressed. She served mimosas, coffee, etc. I was also able to get Daily Juice delivered there no problem. Megan O'Neill was great! I made a 6pm appointment with her so that I could go by after work. She listened to everything I wanted and asked questions to make sure that we were both on the same page. She went through Google photos and Pinterest with me to compare/contrast ideas and styles. She really took the time and effort to make sure that I got the perfect cut. I have somewhat curly hair which I typically wear curly. She cut it wet, then dried it curly to make sure that her sculpting cuts fit the way my hair falls naturally. She went over products with me and helped make sure that I had a style and regimen that I could maintain easily on my own. On top of the great cut and attention to detail, she's fun to hang out with while she's working on your hair. She always did beautiful layers in my long hair, but a few summers ago I decided to have it chopped into a pixie cut, and I've been so happy with it.
