Ordered a new frame paid for it and had a little trouble with it it seemed to be off I actually made several trips back to see Ed and I went back today for my fourth visit or 5th to try and straighten out the problem and he had a new frame for me. The eye exam was pleasurable and was a great experience. The staff is very helpful as well. The selection of glasses is not the typical styles you think of going to a doc office. They have all different from classic to trendy and from lower end pricing to higher including name brands like Ray Ban, coach, Tory Burch, MK and even Tom Ford. I was interested to learn the VSP cover more than half of these designer frames cost! Win win! My Glasses were in before the week was up and I was on my way. I had to go back a few days after receiving glasses to adjust as they were slipping. Called the staff and said no problem come in and we'll take care of it. Just excellent. No problems at all. A+++

Well I'll talk about this year's visit. I went in about 3 months ago to get new glasses. They didn't put prism in. I had questioned if they did or not because they just seemed different, though they were very different frames so when someone said yes it's there and I paid for it, I assumed it was there. I went back in to get another exam recently because I was having visual problems, and Efre took me seriously and told me I have glaucoma. Ok, I thought, that explains the vision and I'll learn more at a specialist. The specialist was a terrible experience, but someone there did say there wasn't prism in the lenses...so back to Efre for another referral and to get them checked out. I'm not upset at all by the prism mistake- it happens. And if it hadn't happened I might have put off the glaucoma symptoms as migraines, etc...I have been upset by the rude arrogant attitudes of the women working in the office and mostly by the damage done to my frames. My NEW frames. There are scratches over the nose bridge, and globs of glue or something along the bottom. I was also told by one that I would drop them off at 9am and pick them up an hour later...that day when I came in I was told by another that I had to wait until 1pm to pick them up. I have never waited all day for lenses to be done...and they didnt call me when they said they would, I called them half an hour later and got told it will still be 10 minutes. Anyway, the doctor is ok. He is polite, intelligent, competent. But the problem comes when the doctor is overcompensating for the assistants. I-care optical really needs to re-think their staff. The selection of frames is also rather boring and my size is never there...possibly overpriced. I've been ordering online.

Then she adjusted her tentative fix and the issue was quickly and efficiently resolved. She also addressed another problem I had for years and resolved it by prescribing a unique pharmaceutical. I found Dr. Muller to be effective, efficient, and knowledgeable to the point of being outstanding. I have switched from my previous eye doctor (ophthalmologist) to Dr. Muller.
