My daughter had an appointment a few weeks ago and when they called to confirm I had to cancel as our entire family was sick and I didn't think they wanted us to come in. When I called to reschedule the appt today the woman on the phone, with whom I haven't enjoyed dealing with in the past, proceeded to tell me that there was a note in my chart stating that "we don't keep appointments". First of all, I am working mom of 3 with my husband who is unable to help me get kids to appointments. Second, my entire family was ill with fevers, I can't cancel? Third, it was 24 hours in advance. When I told her how rude and appalling her comments were she proceeded to ask me again and again if I would I wanted the March 5th appointment at 4:30. I am highly offended. Life happens and I am sorry if I couldn't make an appointment but my daughter is 8 having difficulty seeing and instead of working with me this is how I am treated. I feel like I am Elaine in Seinfeld when they put she was "difficult" in her medical records. I try to be understanding and kind, I was not rude to her at all and the comments were completely unprompted. I do my best as a working mom but today INFINTY EYE CARE you failed every mom that is struggling out there to keep everything together. If you are a busy family with children I suggest you go elsewhere because your chart will reflect that you have a LIFE.

Back in December I was looking for an eye doctor office near my home and I came across Eyes. I…read morecalled their office to see if they would be able to take me in the same day and luckily enough they were able to. Daniel helped setup my appointment over the phone and explained any questions I had. Once I got there I was greeted by Daniel and he took me in one of the rooms to take an eye exam. Daniel is very calm and very patient, as he explained everything in great detail along the way. I have been wearing glasses my entire life so I wanted to try Contact Lenses for the first time. Shortly after Dr. Vo came in and explained everything to me regarding my eye exam and any questions I had about contact lenses. Dr. Vo was very patient in explaining everything to me about contacts, and she simply put the lenses in my eye so show me how painless this was going to be. Finally I walked around the store in search of a pair of new glasses as well, the store is very clean and well organised. Finally I got to meet Ellie who is probably one of the sweetest people I have met in my life. Ellie helped me in picking out my frame and explaining all the different options and add ons along with pricing as I do not have insurance. Their office was very understanding with the add ons I selected for my glasses. I have been back to this office another 2 times for additional testing on my eyes due to some concerns from Dr. Vo. Thank you for being patient and understanding with me through the entire process and showing your concern.

Do not purchase frames from this office. They jack the price up way above MSRP and what other retailers are charging. Shame on me for not looking at the pricing beforehand but I've been buying glasses my entire life and never experienced such a discrepancy in frame costs. Got the receipt and the doctors office charged me $580 for the frames. Did a google search and the manufacturers website has them for $430. Multiple other retailers are selling them from $250 to $400. Pics to follow. When I discussed this with the gentleman that appears to be the office manager, he tried to Bullcrap me saying there's always a difference between what manufacturers sell for what their retailers sell for. No kiddo, the manufacturer sets the MSRP and retailers usually sell for less or at MSRP. Greta place, nice staff but overpriced big time.
