I called and they let me know they have a strict no refund policy, but they would see what they could do given the circumstances. They called back within a very short period of time and let me know they could make an exception and the $100 towards my consultation would still be good for 3 months if I wanted to do something less invasive. The biggest disappointment was the result. I wasn't happy with how my Botox turned out, particularly in my forehead, which has looked noticeably off ever since. I'm currently waiting for it to wear off, but the issue was obvious enough that even my sister immediately noticed and asked, "Who messed up your Botox?" That was pretty discouraging to hear, but it confirmed that what I was seeing wasn't just in my head. My Botox all has faded after 2 months which has never happened.
