I was really excited to try this place, especially because they were advertising a special. Unfortunately, it ended up costing more than what I've paid at other providers in the past. The biggest disappointment was the result. I wasn't happy with how my Botox turned out, particularly in my forehead, which has looked noticeably off ever since. I chose not to go back because I didn't feel confident in the outcome and didn't want additional work done there. I'm currently waiting for it to wear off, but the issue was obvious enough that even my sister immediately noticed and asked, "Who messed up your Botox?" That was pretty discouraging to hear, but it confirmed that what I was seeing wasn't just in my head. My Botox all has faded after 2 months which has never happened. I went in for a consult with nurse Jina about wanting to get lip filler for the first time. She was super attentive, informative, and supportive throughout the whole process. First off walking in the front desk staff was so welcoming and warm. I feel like you don't get that much these days. Then I was greeted by my injector who I apologize I can't remember her name off the bat but she works on Sundays and she was an absolutely a gem! I highly highly recommend her especially for injections. She really took her time to listen to me and my concerns but also what I was looking for. She gave such helpful advice and really recommended what she believed I needed. I have had experienced places where I felt they just herded me in like cattle and wanted to just give what the amount "they recommend" for most patients which is odd because everyone's needs differ. 10's 10's across the board So I had my first appointment at Revive and cannot be happier with my results. First, let me start out with cost, I have never been to a place that has been more affordable for cosmetic injectables in America, and in the heart of Walnut Creek, this seems too good to be true. The interior is what to be expected of a high end med spa in WC The staff 10/10 When booking I had a few questions that they were more than happy to answer not only did they do some extra research to find what would fit best with what I'm looking for. Give me different options. As well added some extra time for a consultation before my appointment. The front desk was warm and welcoming, Sarah the supervisor was an absolute pleasure to talk to. Sweet, pretty, and smart. She informed me about specials that helped save me some money on the already great price of my service. Along with introducing to some new skincare that I loved. Now for my service provider Annette. She is so kind, beautiful, warm and caring. Naturally anyone would be nervous trying out a injector for the first time but I was feeling confident when I saw that her face was beautiful balanced and not social media over filled like you commonly see at med spas As well she really took the time to talked to me, asked me for photographic examples (which I do the same as a hairstylist to make sure we are on the same page with a client) She assessed my face thoroughly before making any decisions and then went over the game plan. Feeling the contours of my face for any asymmetries that may affect the final outcome instead of just dosing equally, she was able to find my left side was a little deficient than the right. She had me move and animate my face as I would in a normal conversation. I felt very well assessed before we started the process. We decided to do less than more because she recommended building, rather than overfilling, overtime with render the most natural outcome. I wasn't sure when she had started as it was awkwardly painless. At one point I wanted to ask if everything was ok as I didn't realize she was actually filling my jaw lol After the first side was done, she asked if I'd like to see it. It was exactly what I wanted. Soft natural didn't look fake wasn't obnoxious just a slight enhancement to the back of my jawline. She told me that the other side would probably not need as much but we had an extra just in case. She finalized the other side and then we assessed and the other side looked great as well. The symmetry was great, because she used more on the deficient side. I had a little asymmetry in my chin and she use the remaining product to balance it. Off the needle my results were subtle and exactly what I wanted to start with. As the day progressed, I was expecting to start feeling pain and swelling as I have in the past. It was a little tender when I would chew but more comfortable than previous visits to other medspas , who also were extremely comfortable as well. As for swelling, very minimal not even sure there is much but since it doesn't hurt as bad as other times I'm sure if there is swelling it mild. I've gone to amazing injectors in the past. Also, some not so great injectors who seem to be more interested and up selling more overfilling for profit. The amount of time to go through the consultation, and the amount of time spent injecting evenly, the artistry, and the comfort. Makes me so thankful I found Annette. I will definitely be returning for more service and I'm gonna definitely invest in the membership as you save money on they're already affordable prices. Thank you guys! read more

I reached out to Revive Med spa to book a CO2 laser resurfacing treatment on their online contact form. I was hounded for a few days via text messages and phone calls during my work hours to book a complimentary consult. I had done my research and wanted to have the CO2 laser resurfacing done. I booked with Jesus and was reassured that they had treatment. Victor and Rebecca continued to call me and text me that my booked appointment time had changed. Which is fine, but why are 3 of your team members not communicating with each other. I called back to confirm. A LOT OF CONFIRMING on your end if you choose to go with them! Once I arrived the receptionist was incredibly professional and upbeat. I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Wait time was about 10 minutes. Strange because they ask you to come 15 minutes before your appointment. Once I was in my consult the consulter told me that the "CO2 laser treatment wasn't available in North America" and then proceeded to try to upsell me on the MOXY laser which would take 3-4 treatments. She kept repeating "3-4 Moxy treatments is equivalent to a CO2 laser treatment". I came in to get rid of ice-pick acne. I let her know that I was't interested in the laser moxy treatment and was told they had the CO2 laser treatment. She recommended micro needling. I let her know I had already had micro needling done and the other treatments and that I wanted the CO2 treatment. She talked down to me and told me, "You know you really have to be careful who does your CO2 Laser treatment and do your research". She then told me that Revive med spas did offer the treatment. I asked her which Revive med spas had the CO2 treatment and she told me their San Diego location. False advertising all around, they don't offer it. According to her CO2 laser treatment is a "One and done" treatment which is what I wanted! She told me she wanted a Nurse Practitioner to go over my medical history with me so I could be cleared for any future treatments, just not the CO2 laser one. I decided why not, I'm here anyways. The NP turned up on an iPad via zoom and didn't even bother to turn her camera on. I didn't know her credentials, or if she really was a NP. TDLR: Total waste of time. Dismissed while talking in a consult. I ended up walking out. If you want a CO2 laser treatment they don't have it here. read more

The people at the local WC clinic were super nice. Unfortunately, I had a couple of appointments here and had a major allergic reaction. It's not Revive's fault that this reaction happened, and they checked in with me afterwards which was nice. But the pain and itching was unbearable so I asked to cancel the contract. I'm not sure if it's because they were transitioning from Ideal Image to Revive, but it was very difficult to get in touch with someone on their main line for help. And after I talked to them, I kept on getting monthly charges. Their main customer service was inconsistent and disorganized and inflexible. I understand that there's a contract - but when the treatment is causing a customer harm I would hope they'd be flexible. Advice: the treatment works and the people are nice. So if you are getting this done it's a good place to go. But be aware you could have a reaction (at any hair removal place!) and make sure to advocate for yourself if you do. read more
