He said it's the only way to detect mold and that he was the best in the business. Several times when I tried to respond, he said Will you let me talk?! He never explained his process when he came in. I let him know this and he said he told my husband. Problem is, I was the one home and was not aware what he would be doing. He was ineffective and clearly knows nothing about mold. He refused to complete the job, called me the problem, and laughed on the way out. I am thankful he left as he did nothing to investigate, and his demeanor was narcissist and hostile. I had another company come out and wow!
