Atrociously slow. We ordered 3 large juices and waited for over 40 minutes. No explanation or apology from staff. When we asked if they were ready they told they accidentally made the juices with carrots. I suspect they just have a slow operation as it's one machine and veggies and fruit do not appear to be prepped. Worst service. I arrived and ordered 10 minutes before the lunch crowd did, yet, I waited 45 minutes and after everyone else was served... they finally got to making my smoothie. The smoothie was without flavor and NOT what I ordered. Such a disappointment. read more

This is our 5th time trying to get lunch from here and not once had our order been correct or ready for pick up at the time agreed on. The employees do NOT wear gloves between making food, taking money, answering the phone or leaving the bar and coming back. I think this is just gross! Their food is good when they can get it right but I will not be giving them another chance. Maybe you should scale down your menu and you could execute and order on time with out messing it up. While staying in the area for a holiday weekend, we stopped in on a whim upon noticing the "homemade soup" sign on the window. We were very impressed from start to finish! My dad has a special diet due to a health challenge, and because most places have not been able to accommodate it, he has not been able to eat inside a restaurant in quite awhile. Not only did the staff make a meal that worked for his needs, he said it had great flavor (which has also been hard to come by for him). The rest of party chose meals from the abundant options and were also extremely pleased with the quality and taste. This was one of the most positive eating experiences we've had since the changes with my dad, and we would strongly recommend it to any and all (with or without dietary restrictions). When in Park Rapids, this is a must-visit. The staff is really friendly and helpful, the smoothies are fruitdelicious, and they seem to have free sweetbread slices all the time. The sandwiches look appealing, but haven't tried them yet, which is why only four stars. (The smoothies are five star quality.) Maybe next visit. And, there's a real oldtimey Ben Franklin store across the street to shop while you slurp. read more
