Owner Marc is a real piece of work. He really doesn't care of his clients. I set up an appointment and when I arrived he just makes me wait while he jokes with his workers. I mean, I have an appointment and have other things planned for the day. You would think he would want to take care of his clientele but nope he has better things to do, like joking with his workers. After 40 mins of waiting, he finally decided to help me and his art work is a joke!! YOU REALLY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! I politely told him I'm not going to go through with the tattoo with him and he just flipped out. Saying how he is the best and this and that and pretty much threw me out. Definitely come here for tattoos! So one night, me and two friends and I decided to get friendship tattoos on a random Tuesday night 10 minutes before 11 and were trying to find tattoo shops open and with good reviews of course. The lights were off outside I was trying to call but hung up after a couple rings, thinking we found another place on yelp, but Marc called me right back and we're all really glad he did. So we walk in, and Marc and Lilly are the only ones there and the place is full of their individual work and it's just amazing, they're both so creative. They were both very patient with the 3 of us. They said they were gonna charge us 100 each even though the tatts we wanted were really tiny and that we each might as well get another. So we did. And we were not disappointed! I've been to a couple tattoo shops before, but none with patient and friendly people like them! Nothing but good vibes and laughter over there! They are big Star Wars fans btw! Went back to Beyond Kreations and Marc to get a touch up with Sean and I cannot say higher things about this studio. Not only were they accommodating but ensured that my tattoo was PERFECT. Marc personally made sure before and after that the tattoo was crisp and clean which was done excellently by Sean. He consulted with me proper care and hygiene for about 15 minutes and made sure I left confident again! For my first experience, I couldn't imagine going elsewhere. I came here Saturday night to get a tattoo cover up. Right upon walking in, you felt like you've known Marc and Lily forever. They were so sweet and friendly! Marc started working on the coverup right away, free hand drawing a gorgeous lily from a random picture I brought in. I have other tattoos, but not as big or detailed as this cover up. I was feeling the pain, and both Marc and Lily were attentive and allowed for breaks as needed. Sweet Marc even got me a wet towel for the back of my neck so I didn't pass out. Marc is incredibly talented and a true artist. The friend I had with me is already planning her next tattoo with Marc. He was beyond kind and patient with me and my sassy attitude. Marc did my Tragus peircing today. He was super welcoming, fast, and had many options for the stud. I am a girly girl and I was fully expecting a large plain stud sticking out of my ear while it is healing, but I left with a super cute small diamond looking stud. I had scheduled an apt with Jeff at 12 I got there at 12 when he said he just had to do a quick neck tattoo so I went over next store to get some pizza which I didn't mind so we didn't start my tattoo till around 12:35-12:40 and we finished around 5:45 so it took around 5 hours the shop is really clean and nice. The employees are fairly nice just communicate with your artist. It was all free hand which is super cool. It was 5 bills for the whole tattoo it goes based off of time depending on your artist they have there own pricing ways. read more

Where shall I start? I WISH I COULD GIVE A 0 STAR. I met Marc at the Tattoo Convention in Las Vegas. Las Vegas and tattoos? Sounds like a nightmare right? Right. Sad part is I should have known to not get a tattoo from him, some guy who has nothing set up at his table, but only his phone. His instagram. He free drew it on my arm. It looked fine. The head did at least, since he did not show me the tattoo in a mirror or something. But my biggest concern with getting my tattoo was the head, to look realistic and like a LION. Claimed I can get my Lion with Phoenix wings for $900 on my arm. I wanted it no longer than half of my upper arm. So let's get this nightmare going shall we.. He drew my tattoo off of some lion he was looking at. Let's keep in mind I sent him about 8 photos the night before of what I want. A realistic lion and feathery Phoenix wings. I sat in the chair for about 6 hours. There was one break, due to the health inspection lady and the tattoo artists needed their rist bands and apparently the customers, none which was done or mentioned prior. During the break I noticed the head looked TERRIBLE. It looks like a man's face. No lion. A man. The body looks distorted. A missing leg, stick figured leg, a pregnant body, and a stick for a tail. I WAS UPSET. I told him this looks nothing like I wanted. But he insisted to sit back down and thats how it is suppose to look, he just needed to "touch it up" so I said fine, maybe a touch up would fix the face. But no. it did NOTHING. STILL RUINED. Stupidly, I let him continue. The Phoenix Wings. I cannot see behind my body so I am praying it looks better than the face. NO! It looks like a child colored, scribbled, things that look like wings. Then the front wing, not even complete, looks like a horn! DOES NOT EVEN MATCH THE BACK WING! Now during the 6 hours, I cried, big whoop. I said keep going throughout the crying to get it done and completed. By the 4th hour, there was a guy who wanted a tattoo. So Marc decided to rush his work as it seemed to make a few extra bucks on another person. Told me that I am done and can not handle it anymore. That i would need another session to "finish it". THANK GOD in a way that he stopped touching my skin with his terrible rushed greed ink. The best part, his friend, maybe someone he worked with, was talking to him mid way saying he could not believe he was out drinking til 4am. If I knew he was drinking a few hours prior, I would never have let someone come close to my bod with permanent ink. Now lets discuss afterwards. I was pissed and furious. Still am. I talked to 8 different tattooist if they could fix this hideous tattoo. And all said no. It needs tattoo removal and then they can try fixing it up. I PRAY THAT WILL WORK. I messaged him how terrible it came out. Everyone I have talked to said I should get my money back. 100% of it. But I am nice enough, that I asked for half of my money back because I did take his time. I asked for $450 back to go toward my tattoo removal. The argonant Marc said absolutely no. That it needs another session to look complete. FUCK NO. You are not touching my body. You have damaged it already, more than enough and I am not stupid to let you touch me again. I tell him what is wrong with the tattoo repetively and ask for half back to get it removed and he refuses with inappropiate messaes and (!!!!) So professionalism, absolutely none. I model by the way. And this terrible tattoo has made me loose opportunities. Money. So I am FURIOUS. How is the tattoo wrong, if you couldnt notice.. The head does not mathc the correct placement to the body. The mane around the head is just poof. The head looks like a human, not a lion. The arm looks like no arm but a black curve. The body looks pregnant. The tail is a stick. The leg are stick figures! and one does not even have a foot!! Does not look realistic at all! And i said half of my upper arm, and yet it is more than half of my upper arm! The front wing is not connected and has a horn! Does not match the back wing. THe back wing looks like scribbles of red! If i could give MARC a rating IT WOULD BE 0! Fired! Gone! I dont understand how 6 hours, $900, 18 years of experience could result in SHIT! When I talk to the Lawer, I hope karma will come get him. Because all I asked for nicely, was $450 to get this shit removed from my body! read more

My best friend got his first tattoo as a memorial to his late best friend and you can bet on anything he'll be coming back to her for the rest of his work he'd like to get done. I was referred to this shop by a friend. I spoke to Marc by phone and told him what I was looking for and he sounded very interested in helping me. I mention this because that is a rare thing to find in today's tattoo shops! I showed up at 9:30PM and Marc was ready to go. I emailed him the exact design I wanted and he went to work. Within minutes he had a perfect sized stencil for my arm. He showed me the orientation on my arm, applied the stencil and started outlining. Elbow tattoos are not the most comfortable, but Marc had a perfect touch. During the entire process we talked about nostalgia and the similarities we had growing up. It's awesome when you can relate to someone doing work on you. The entire time from beginning to end was 2.5 hours and the price was extremely reasonable! Just left this place after waiting about an hour and a half for a nose piercing. The two employees who greeted us when we walked in were very nice and helpful.
