Recently I brought some scrap gold items in for him to evaluate for possible sale elsewhere. He carefully inspected each lot for purity (karat weight), weighed it and wrote down the value based on that day's closing gold price. He informed me that a watch in the lot was 18 K gold ! I easily could've been fooled elsewhere. I was so impressed, that I decided to go no further, and sold the entire lot to him for the stated values. I was looking for a fairly distinctive type of engagement ring, which I wasn't immediately finding. However, Dominic spent the time to listen to me and we searched his catalog of rings until we located one I really liked. He ordered it so I could see it in person before purchasing it. Which I ended up doing. After I presented the ring to my future wife, it needed to be downsized a little. We brought it back to Dominic and he expedited the sizing as we had the ring back the next day, which made my fiancé extremely happy as she had a hard time parting from it. The service was very kind and efficient! I was helped within 5 minute, explained what was wrong with my ring and they answered that they could assist me in just a few seconds. I needed a resize and one of my prongs had broken. They even were able to rush order it for just a couple of business days. The ring was returned to me cleaned and all fixed!
