I recieved bad service from them. I took my eye glass frames in for repair and after a week they still were not fixed. They lost the screws to my frames. The solder job was very bad and the temple was not properly alined with the frames. I will never go back there again. The charged me way too much money for the service that was performed. This place is a great place to get anything you need done at a fair price. The people are very friendly. Keep in mind you need anything done on your jewelry to resizing or any kind of repair, this should be your only stop. Went in recently to get a watch band replaced on a custom watch. They did the install to perfection in minutes while I waited. The price was very fair. They have won my business not only now but well into the future. I have told many of the people I know from neighbors to family to friends to check these people out. Many if not all go there now and feel the same way. Keep up the great work. Brian and Luis from Creative Jewelry were amazing! My boyfriend first met with Brian to look for a special piece of jewelry for my birthday. He asked my boyfriend not only if he had an idea of what he had in mind but also to describe my style. He pulled out some pieces he thought might work and together they selected a couple of designs that I would like. My boyfriend decided to surprise me before we went to dinner to pick out my gift. I was pleasantly surprised with the jewelry pieces in their showcase; they were not only beautiful but also fashionable. I couldn't help but notice that they also had gorgeous engagement rings, which will be on our next visit Lol! Brian carefully explained the details of each piece that I was looking at, the diamond weight, the color stone in the pendant and ring and the style of setting used for the stones. Luis suggested that I try them on and they let me take pictures to see how they looked on me. He explained the color and clarity of the diamonds and let me look at the stones with a loupe. I really liked all of the pieces and especially the quality. The best part is that if I chose a ring they could size it for me on location and with a piece of mind that if I had any issues or stones fallout I can bring it back and they would repair it. I found this place in the Clipper magazine a while back and decided to try it out for a watch battery replacement. It turned out to be ultra cheap and they replaced it right there while I waited. I was in and out of there in no time. The dudes working there are cool and wicked knowledgeable. I went back there shortly afterwards to get my lady-friend's ring re-sized and, sure enough, another awesome experience. The turn-around time was super fast, the ring came out immaculate and it fit her perfectly. I've gone back a number of times since then and I've never been let down. No horror stories here! I went there for a watch battery and upon leaving noted that the watch hands didn't move AT ALL. This watch had been sitting in my jewelry box for several years so I knew there was a chance it wasn't working. I took it right back (new battery inside) and let them know that either the battery is a dud or the watch is broken. I asked if they could test the battery and if it wasn't a battery problem, then I'd want a refund ($10) for the battery OR I'd be happy if they would put the battery into another watch I had. They tested it and said it was a good battery (I should hope so, they JUST put it in). So the watch was not operating. The guy at the counter said that they would have a watch maker look at it for free estimate to see how much it would be to fix it. The estimate (given over the phone days later) was more than I paid for the watch so I said no. When I went to pick it up, I briefly told the guy at the counter what happened and that I didn't want to spend the $ to fix the old watch and wanted some accommodation on the $10 for the battery. He went to get the watch and when he got back out to the counter area he said...what do you know...the watch is now working! He didn't know why- it just WAS! It was set to the correct time and handed it to me. I left surprised & happy but wary and shopped around the complex for about 20 mins and noticed (again) that the watch hands didn't move AT ALL from when I picked it up. The watch was NOT miraculously working. I went back in & I asked again for some accommodation for the NEW battery that I had no use for or would they put that battery into another watch or swap it for battery that would fit into another watch. No more B.S. The guy at the counter said that he could not take a battery back once put into a watch. I told him its not like food, where once served, it cannot be taken back. The battery (brand new) was dropped into my non-functioning watch and it NEVER worked. It was completely unused. I did not get my refund or a swap for a battery for my other watch. What I took from these exchanges is that if someone in business can be deceptive like that ("the watch is working" comment) on such a small matter w/o concern for customer service and fairness, to basically get out of making a small refund that was due, what would they do on larger purchases? Needless to say I was not happy and will not return. read more

They did excellent work and my watches almost looked brand new. Very quick turnaround, I got my items back within a couple of days even though they were very busy. I returned today to get a Breitling watch band swapped out and also to install a new battery on my Tag Heuer watch. I've replaced batteries before, but never got such prompt service let alone a warranty on the batteries. I inherited my mothers 25th anniversary ring, a solitaire inside of a nice 14 diamond setting. In February I simply took it to get sized, I paid to upsize and add gold if needed. Well it came back looking very thin but I was in a hurry going on vacation. The ring broke in the back with in 60 days. They honored my repair and fixed the ring said they also added gold to the side bar. Sitting at work today my ring finger felt funny sure enough my ring finger felt funny, the side bar of my ring snapped in two. I will not take anything else to this store. It is not that the people aren't nice it is the repair that is very badly done. read more
