Pricing is great and they work fast.

I went in expecting that I would have to leave my watch and come back later. Since it has far more sentimental than monetary value--it was a gift from my now-grown daughter over 20 years ago--that would have been difficult for me. I parked in a 20-minute spot, thinking I'd just drop it off. Instead, I was in and out within those 20 minutes! The gentleman first put in a new battery to make sure the watch was still in working order, then replaced the broken crystal (glass face cover) with one he happened to have in the shop--much to my surprise, given how old the watch is. I'm so grateful for the quick, professional service and the care taken with something so meaningful to me. Truly a 5-star experience! read more

Came here over the weekend to get two batteries replaced on two watches i had. Very friendly service. Owner was very knowledgeable. They do watch repairs, but also do ring resizing, cleaning's, etc. A cornucopia of services. They also sell jewelry and watches. Not a huge selection on site, but owner said they do a lot of custom orders. read more

Guy from Jeweler's Touch stood out in his quick responses and helpfulness. When we arrived that evening to speak to someone, Brandon was amazing. He was friendly, super patient, and explained everything. He understood how difficult it was to look for rose gold chains, especially when thicker too. I was super indecisive and he gave me all the time in the world to look through their gold book which had all kinds of designs and thickness scaled to life size so I could place my pendant on it to imagine how it would look. He also brought out samples of chain types as I picked out ones to see if I'd like the look in person. He ended up finding an estate gold chain that looked absolutely perfect for my husband's pendant in shine and style. We tried it for a few days (they give you 30 days hassle-free) and my husband knew it wasn't the right length of style for his personal preference and our tuggy toddlers within one day. It was gorgeous and I wished it worked out, but maybe not for us. We came back a few days later after Christmas Eve and Brandon helped me out again with the return and gave me suggestions for the length of my husband's necklace based on preference. I saw people coming in and out during the two times I went and I see why. These people are amazing, patient, knowledgeable, super friendly and not pushy at all.
