On the way out, I made a comment to the manager, Sara, that keeping fitting rooms open until closing would make sense, especially since other customers also wanted to use them. I even asked, "Aren't you in the business to sell?" She said nothing. As I walked away, I heard another employee laughing. I have never experienced such poor and insensitive customer service.
