This lululemon has the most helpful staff! I like to get everything online but lululemon offers free hemming on their products, so any pants that are too long for me get brought here. This is one of my favorite Lululemon locations in SoCal. The parking can be tricky to find during busy hours which is any time after the store opening hours. The lines can be long and the foot traffic heavy but the wonderful customer service every person provides here makes up for it. No matter when I visit or how chaotic the store is, the merchandizing is always neatly done and nothing is out of place. The store has a nice organized layout and I have never struggled finding anything I needed. The fitting rooms are also clean and comfortable to try clothes on. Same goes with getting my gears hemmed. The turnaround times are seldom more than 2 days. Lastly, I recently really wanted a new Wunderpuff jacket but couldn't find it in the store. So an associate checked every single aisles and shelves including the back room to locate it. He used a special scanning wand to locate it, which was super cool!! everyone here were so welcoming, friendly and willing to help. i was looking for just the basic black align pant in 25", the gal in the fitting rooms was helping me out, she checked in their inventory and said there should be one on the floor. she was determined to find the one on the floor amongst all the tights in the wall. we found it, it was clearly misplaced. come to find out there was like 100 in the back LOL, like why didnt i just get the one from the back?!? the helpfulness and determination was great tho.. lulu prices are competitive so yea its a pretty penny. they wash and hold up well. so imo, it is worth it. parking: there is parking avail and also the parking garage by target. read more

I came here on Fourth of July around 11:30am, and it wasn't too busy! We had our dog with us, and the store here actually had dog treats and gave one to our dog! I came in search of sports bra, and noticed they had a new legging size and style. One of the associates came over and explain the new differences and updates, and was so sweet! She helped me find some of the items I was looking for. I love the variety of sports bras and leggings they have in this store. It looks like they are still doing nurses discounts here, so if you're a nurse, I think you can get like 15-20% off! I ended up getting 2 sports bra, a pair of leggings, and 6 pairs of socks. Also, if you're on the shorter size like me, they have the buttery align leggings with a 23in inseam! I'd highly recommend. read more

While they didn't have it in stock, the staff went above and beyond to help me get it. They checked the system, searched around the store, and even checked other locations. Rating based on my online order issue and how online customer service and store handled the problem. I ordered various bags online. All were fine except one m--still had the security tag on. I contacted customer service online and they were extremely apologetic about it. They asked that I go to a store in person to have it removed. They sent me a $25 giftcard for the inconvenience it caused since the item was a gift for a friend. When I went to the store, the rep removed the security plastic tag and was also apologetic about it. I told her it wasn't her fault. Super easy and painless. Overall, I had a good experience. The store was pretty busy, but they did have a good amount of staff on hand. Tried to return an item I purchased online. The employee told me I can't return it because the tag was taken off. I told him I took it off because large always fits me and the problem was the fabric didn't stretch so I needed a second person to help take it off. He said "I don't care you can't return it". At checkout, I went to log in to show the woman behind the counter my healthcare worker discount, to which she meanly replied, "are you a nurse?" No I replied. "Are you an EMT" No I replied. "Are you an MD?" Again I replied No. "Oh then you don't qualify because you're not a doctor, nurse or EMT". I politely replied, "But I am a doctor..I am a D.D.S., a dentist, a doctor of dental surgery" to which she had the audacity, the ignorance, and the lack of respect to look me in the face and say "Oh a dentist is not a doctor, so you don't qualify" My blood boils thinking about this experience which was bar none the absolute worst customer experience I have EVER had in my life. I don't need or give a crap about your 15% discount but what I DO deserve is respect. I went to 2 years of post-bacc, 4 years of dental school, and 2.5 years of residency, and saw patients throughout the pandemic before the vaccine was available. I went to try it on and was helped by one of the associates into a fitting room. I tried 2 - 3 sizes and settled on one before putting back the items. I didn't buy anything in store but I found it to be clean and organized. The associate I interacted with was friendly. I didn't experience any rudeness from anyone. It was a weekday so I had gone after work, so it wasn't as busy as it might be on a weekend. UPDATE: Today I called the spectrum management office and the lululemon manager was either ignorant or bold faced lying to my face. The store does not have to allow dogs apart from service dogs. Completely the stores choice and my choice never to go back. I was shopping in the store and a woman was trying on jackets with her two dogs. She had the jackets on a bench and the salesperson helping her was perfectly fine with them jumping up on the clothes and clawing them. They were acting like they were at home, clawing their own blankets. Maybe she purchased one of them, but certainly not the other, some dirty surprise for an unsuspecting customer . The store culture is OK with that because I was told my complaint was not OK . I was told that it wasn't appropriate for me to complain about it because I stated that dogs are dirty, which is a fact . Will never come back. I went back in after and the manager said that they were going to damage the jacket and it wouldn't be sold but somehow I really don't believe that's going to happen. He also said the mall makes them accept dogs, which I also have a hard time believing, but I will call the spectrum management to find out. read more

Doing holiday shopping where parking and lines are a hassle, the manager working in the afternoon of Dec 23, 2024 lied through her teeth along with her goon at the register. Unfortunate that she still works there, she treats the store as if it is hers and makes up ridiculous excuses and policies that doesn't even exists after calling Lululemon customer service where I asked politely of their names so that I can report the issue, she just blatantly said it was against store policy. What a bunch of crap, she didn't want to be accountable for her lies. I didn't have a receipt and all I wanted was to exchange my unworn, unwashed and full store tags intact for something else that was twice the cost of my original purchase. I don't like to give out my phone number to be tracked so usually I give out a generic one. Because the purchase was not in one of my phone numbers, they gave me grief and continued the exchange with a smirk. Instead of honoring the original price of the purchase for the exchange, the goon at the register gave me a fraction of the amount. I asked why and he said that I should be thankful that he's even considering this for me, same thing was said to me by the manager. This lying manager has been the same one I dealt with before. This never happened to me at any other Lululemon store except the one at the Spectrum. She is not only rude, but talks down at me for whatever reason. She is toxic and I feel the discriminatory treatment towards me that is unwarranted does not belong anywhere, especially at this store where I had to endure several times now. The culture must change and she needs help in customer affairs and support. After I showed an email from corporate, she alertly gave me my exchange. She was condescending along with her goon, when they denied my request for a full priced exchange...sending me off and eyeballing me while saying "Happy Holidays" and "Have a Nice Day!" almost in unison. It's so sad these kind of people still exist and especially at a store supposedly serving customers in the holiday season. Shame on you! Came here around 4pm on a weekday and there is a line with 3 people outside the door. We figured the store must be full so we will wait in line. We peek inside, there is hardly anyone inside, about 7 people including employees. There's way more people at the grocery store. Still, there is a line and they won't let people in. "We are at max capacity." They have a virtual waitlist QR code outside, so I scan to save my place in line. The link says there are 0 people waiting, so we try to enter but the worker in front still won't allow us to go in. 5 people leave the store, and she lets just 2 people in. There is one more girl waiting outside and the worker tells her "sorry you have to wait we are at max capacity." Okay, 5 people out, 2 in.. You have room to let 3 more people in. This worker CLEARLY failed math... Or maybe the mannequins count as people too?! Horrible customer service at this location. I'll go back to ordering online or going to Fashion Island. read more

We arrived at this newer location at the spectrum and was surprised to see a lengthy line, and on a hot day to boot. Understandable to some extent considering we're in the midst of a pandemic and they're limiting guests inside (which I appreciated.) I do wish they had an option for guests with Physical limitations to sit while waiting, but that's splitting hairs. After a 30 minute wait to shop we were allowed to enter and shop. Spent about 10 minutes shopping or so then went to social distanced line, where everyone was wearing masks as they should. When I got to the counter, I had a few items to return/ exchange. One item was an item I had purchased a while back and simply didn't like, the other was a defective product. Instead of offering solutions, I was immediately presented with a severe attitude. I've trained and taught customer experience for years, and specially the body language and psychology behind it. Even with a mask on, I felt an incredible amount of disdain and attitude. Mind you, I'm a customer whom spends money during a pandemic, and I've come to spend money while at risk. After attempting to "customer-educate" me, I informed her that I wasn't okay with dropping off defective products and waiting for them to get fixed and come back weeks later. In this level of product pricing, just make it happen-- the profit margins and your pay far outweigh trying to negotiate with a customer keeping you in business. I was disappointed because this is a nice (looking) store, and some of the people were friendly. I used to work for one of the board-members and he would likely be a tad disgusted with how I was treated but chose not to use that avenue -- as it would be too petty let's be real. Either way, I was saddened to have a bad experience with a company I've never had anything but good service at. She ultimately ended up doing the right thing, begrudgingly mind you. Manager, take notice and coach appropriately. I have plenty of friends who'd take that job and treat people kindly. read more

This is the closest lululemon to my parent's house so I decided to stop by with the family to pick up a few items. After heading to the register, I was met by a snooty ass cashier. I tried to use my military discount to purchase my wife some leggings & the cashier told me that I could only purchase men's items with my military discount. I told her I have purchased leggings for my s/o before using the discount and she kept insisting that it was a company wide policy that I could only purchase items for myself (i.e. men's clothing). She said that other locations may be giving me military discounts but that they would get in trouble for doing so. I've shopped at 4 or 5 different lululemon's across SoCal and Las Vegas & this is the first time I've been given this much trouble regarding military discount. After going back and forth for a few minutes, she finally honored the military discount. This encounter pissed me off enough that I took the time to look up the company's military discount policy and it states, "We offer 25% discount to North American military members, MILITARY SPOUSES, and active emergency first responders with valid military ID." Next time I come visit family in Orange County, I'm going to avoid this location... I'd rather drive out to the other 3 locations where i will receive better service. read more

After asking though the cashier looked it over briefly, just said "it looks fine" and said they couldn't offer any sort of exchange. I took back a shirt I bought in December that has a hole and the associate and manager would not honor the quality promise and said it wasn't a manufacturer defect. A hole in a six month old shirt is a manufacturer defect. Additionally, why did the associate and manager both ask me when I bought the shirt and if it had been in the last year? Once they both verified it had been in the last year the manager said to the associate, "it's up to you." He said, "I pointed out it isn't a manufacturer defect." Then the manager said, "Sorry, we can't help you." Terrible customer service and a HOLE is a manufacturer defect. This is by far one of the bigger lululemons I've been to by far! I've been to this location a handful of times, and I've had good experiences. The workers and cashiers were really friendly and approachable. Reading the other reviews, I guess I just got lucky when the visits I made to this store. The store is neat and clean overall with an open concept and wonderful natural lighting from the way the store is positioned with the sun.
