I wanted to get a jacket for my dad for Christmas but they didn't have the size I needed so they ordered it online for me. Turns out, they never had the jacket and the order canceled 2 days before Christmas. The customer service did not help at all and said they couldn't refund me until 10 days later and said they have no idea when it is going to be in stock. NEVER order from this company! They have the shortest return /exchange window for their products. I have two unused (never worn, tags still on) pairs of jeans. Just ordered the wrong size. 3 days after their 30 day return/exchange window was over, I was able to sit and try to process the exchange. Tried over and over again to just get an exchange...on a current style and size, and they will not even consider it! These are $100 items! Please do yourself a favor and if you must buy a pair of Levi's, always order from a reputable outlet like Nordstrom. They will take care of you. Levi's does not care. I have two teenage daughters. They will never get another pair of Levi's from me. They will learn to wear from different manufacturers that value their customers. I'm not the kind of guy that wears Levi's Jeans at all. I usually shop at Abercrombie or Zara for the right jeans. I hadn't been at a Levi's store probably since high school. I walked into the store and I was quickly greeted by the staff. It almost felt as if they knew I wasn't a Levis Jeans type of guy. The guy at the front recommended the type of jeans I described to him I usually wear. He pulled out some that he believe were similar and to cut it short, I tried them on a I loved them. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and the whole store smells and feels sanitized. Their fitting rooms are probably sanitizer every time because it smelled like they had been recently cleaned. I would with no doubt return to Levi's more often! read more

The staff was very helpful in checking out the new merchandise and also super Covid-friendly to make sure each item you try on each is sanitized for the next guest. I would give this store and stag negative stats. They are liars and tried to play me for stupid. I went into the store to see if I liked the jeans I found online which I did. However online was the only place they had the deal so I asked if I could just purchase online and pick up in store to get the deal. They stated their specific store didn't do this although online it says I can pick up in store. The associate asked the supervisor to confirm and he stated the same thing that I couldn't order online and pick up in store. The associate came back to me and told me that I couldn't do it although the internet said I could because supposedly HR is not allowing that store to do it anymore. I ended up leaving and not buying the pants. However I went home to order them and selected to pick them up at that same store as I originally wanted. Now they have my order ready and supposedly they were telling me they couldn't. This is lying staff and should be reprimanded for their horrible customer service and lying about the company's store policies. These people like the manager should be fired. read more

I have been on the hunt for traditional old school 501 jeans. You may not know that although the tags of many levi's say Original 501s that is not actually the case. Levi has made the leap into more sustainable fabrics so there are many options now with stretchy denim like fabric that looks similar but the fit is really different. I hoped to find actual original 501 fabric in my size but that didn't happen on my visit to this store. The store is well organized with friendly helpful staff though and they did make alternate suggestions. I was able to buy some original 501s for my husband and it was a good experience overall. Left feeling like we had some success. read more

There's a newport beach fashion island location now but I will put my review here because Nate who helped me tonight was amazing and he told me he's moving to the Irvine location. Not only was he patient and willing to give an honest opinion as I tried on 4 styles and 2 different sizes but he also assisted me on the hemming process. I am so excited to pick up my new jeans. Their alteration option and tailor shop on site at this location is super convenient and you can customize your jeans to add patchwork, different levi logo in the back, buttons etc for an affordable price. Honestly so great!! NATE YOURE AMAZING. THANKS FOR HELPING ME TONIGHT! He even stayed past close to answer my many annoying questions. This is what customer service should be. The manager followed us around the store and asked us if there were going to be any "problems", called security, and suggested we leave the store. I went to purchase a couple pair of jeans and made the mistake to come to this store instead of an outlet. The manager gave the instruction to one of the employees to ring me and 5 seconds later he was instructing her something else. To the point that I noticed she was not putting attention to my order as it had to be place online, I ended up speaking up and calling out the manager that him and his staff were all over the place except providing customer service. She forgot to place my order and after calling them out I ended up with a charge for the online order they placed without no receipt nor email. Days later the manager called me that the order wasn't processed and now I needed to dispute this with my bank - so their incompetence became my problem. The funny thing is that is just a matter of time that all these stores will be managed online - good luck! read more

Two stars because I got jeans for a good price. I went here on 8/24/18 to browse and look around at the jeans. I was disappointed and did not feel welcome here at all. The young man working here introduced himself and spoke to a man shopping there and said "let me know if you need anything". But with me, the same worker ignored me. No eye contact, no hello, no introduction like he did for the male customer. After trying on the jeans that I tried on, there was nowhere to put the old jeans an mister rude guy left me standing there with like 5 pairs of jeans in my hands for like 2-5 minutes. I felt very uncomfortable, like he possibly found me fat and unattractive and didn't want me in his space. I bought the jeans and said "I am so happy! These jeans are a great price"to the young man, because he was my cashier. The young man's response? Silence. Why did he check up on, introduce himself, etc to the male customer but completely ignore me? Is it because I looked fat and ugly on that visit? Is it because I am a woman? Was it because i was looking at jeans on sale? I don't know, but it made me uncomfortable. Overall, I may come here again due to finding a pair of cheap jeans, but I won't have any expectations in terms of customer service. read more

If you love Levi's then this location is for you. They have a huge selection and very helpful staff. I've been to this location a couple of times in the past 2 years. I was just there this weekend with my girlfriend. GOOD 1: They have a great selection of all things Levi. If they don't have it here then you'll prob have to get it online. GOOD 2: The staff is very very helpful and really know their product. GOOD 3: Price. There are lots of jeans out there and they are ALL made of the same dang basic material. The only real difference is slight style differences and the price. Levi's have always been the best bang for the buck in a stylish brand that I've seen. BAD 1: Since it's inside the Irvine Spectrum it's not that easy to get to. It's a whole process to park, walk all the way to the store, etc... it's not something you're going to get done in a hurry. It's definitely a longer process than a regular mall in most cases. Overall this is my first stop when I'm looking for a basic set of jeans or something special like all white. For example, 2 years ago I got invited to a swanky White Party last minute and needed something fast. I had 2 hours to get white jeans and a solid white shirt. She was able to help him find his size and even alternative designs. I'd say the only downside to this place is that you'd be paying full retail price (unless they have their own sale going on). They have great inventory here and very helpful employees. The only issue is the price. You're paying full retail here so expect to pay close to (if not more than) double what you'd pay at Macy's, JC Penny's, etc. For me, the problem is that I wear 514s which I can only find at the Levi's Store. Firstly, this store has some good bargains when you catch something on sale. I was happy to see a certain wash offered on special but they didn't have quite my size, but this is where a particular staff member went above and beyond to help me out. I don't even know if she gets anything out of it, but she was kind enough to call another store and arrange free shipping on a very small order, a single pair jeans that were marked down to 25 bucks. This store has a nice selection of Levis. I like Levis but overall I miss their Premium US made jeans. The staff is very helpful. I was doing a return and the two guys helping me were very polite and accommodating. There was an issue with putting back the sales tax on my return and they worked it out no problem. I came to the Spectrum just to do a return for my husband at Levi's. When I got in the store there was one customer at the counter buying something and there were four employees standing around. Not one of the other employees offered to help me or even greeted me. I had to wait until the one busy one was done and she helped me. Well she didn't really help me. I had the receipt, the full packaging it came in, but because I didn't have my husband's credit card with me they wouldn't do the return. I was annoyed and they really could have not cared less. I was dragged in to this store on night after work by my boyfriend who had a sudden "obsession" (in the making) with raw denim. We walked in and were greeted by one of the sales associates on the floor, with the usual, "Hi, do you guys need help finding anything?" My boyfriend asks if they had any raw denim available, and without hesitation the SA politely excuses herself and calls out another girl. Boy, it was as if her whole life she had been living in an abyss-ful of DENIM because she knew heeeeeelll of a whole lot about denim and jeans and everything denim-y. My second visit, I went in to go buy some pairs because I was really grabbed by what the other denim-educated SA told us about. Lo and behold, she was there working and (lowkey) I was relieved. She had me fitted and gave me my size of demi-curves. (Note that she knows your pant size just by a small tug on your waist and plainly looking at you. Amazeballs, right?) They fit SO amazingly and I have been wearing them a lot nowadays. (I honestly can't wait to buy another pair...) Really great store, and five stars just for that girlie. Her name is Ava by the way (like Ava-cado), and if you ever need a nice pair of jeans, definitely ask for her. After making the mistake of straying away from the tried and true I don't know if I could ever buy a pair of jeans that aren't Levis. They fit nice, are incredibly comfortable, can be quite stylish and will last through the Armageddon. Now that I have come to the realization that these are all I need, I am happy to say that this store has replicated the quality of their jeans in the quality of their employees. I am so bad at jeans. I've patched my old pairs in vain only to have the rips come back in the most inconvenient of places. Now that I'm both too old and too fat to sport the low-rise things that are in style, I figured it wouldn't hurt to see if they had old people jeans at the Levi Store. It turns out that I don't have to settle for old people jeans. Thanks to a very helpful employee who unlocked the dressing rooms no fewer than four times for me AND searched high and low for my correct size and length, I ended finding cool people jeans. The employee who helped me had all kinds of interesting sound bites, such as, "Women's jeans usually shrink half an inch, even on me," (he was male) and "The rivets on these genes are made from recycled materials!" He was a trooper, simultaneously encouraging me to choose stylish washes and convincing a middle-aged man that he should abandon his beloved 501s. This was the most I've paid for jeans, which is probably why all of my previous jeans have met with an unfortunate early demise. I know that Levis aren't by any measure "expensive" but I sure hope they last. If not, I would be happy to visit this location again knowing that I would get helpful service and halfway hip jeans. read more

When they have a sale, they have a sale. I went during one of their 50% all sales are final liquidations and saved quite a bit of money. For example the jeans I purchased were available across the street at Tilly's for $30 more than what I'd just spent. The sale price brought the jeans down to, what i feel, is their market value. That is to say, on average, I feel they charge twice what they should for their product. This is a great place to go try on some jeans, find your size and then take that information to shop elsewhere. read more

I've been here twice to exchange jeans bought onli ne. Last year Micheal helped me even though I didn't have receipt or even tags attached! Looked up order via credit card. So they didn't have 505s in my size, so he said would take back ones brought in, and mail me my size, turned out to be the premium ones with the leather patch instead of that kinda papery patch online ones. Then recently I went in with 2 pairs of utility levis I got online. These were completely packaged/unopened with tags and online receipt. I explained to Anissa the delightful pretty young lady, I didn't want all the pockets on legs etc. Anissa took the time to help me search for my size and desired style, even in the clearance sale section! Turned out i got two pairs and a nice black white gray levis buttoned long sleeve shirt, all for around the price of the two pairs I bought online. I found a pair of jeans I liked at Urban Outfitters, but my size was sold out and they had no more in stock. Since it was a pair of Levi's, I figured they had to stock them here - this is a Levi's store, after all. I entered the tiny storefront and quickly found what I was looking for. The only problem I had was that I was literally stopped every 30 seconds by a different employee asking if I needed help finding anything. I appreciate the offer, but store is small enough to fit in my back pocket, so it should be obvious that once I've declined help once I don't need to be asked twice. Also, not that it even matters, but I was amazed by the fact that they seem to only employ very hip looking gays. I haven't seen this many in one location since the last time I wandered through WeHo. Not a single female on the staff, and all of these guys seemed to be good friends. I think there's some kind of racket at work here. I felt like I had wandered into someone's living room to shop while they had a small party. But I digress. They had every style of jean on the market right now, but they seemed to be most well-stocked on the ubiquitous skinny jeans that everyone is wearing. Prices are a little steep, but I'm also unable to comprehend why anyone would spend over $50 on a pair. They had a sale going on, though, so I saved $10. I had bought a pair of 501 CTS online and the jeans was an inch too small. I went to this branch for an exchange with the same style but just one size bigger. The store refuses to exchange because the color I got was an online color only. I did ask for exemptions due to the fact the color was so similar and the biggest difference was just the naming. To cut the story short I just ended up returning the jeans and I'm now in search for a different brand altogether. This company needs to get their customer service corrected.
