There are Fiji water bottles in the lobby but no sign by them. I wasn't sure if they were included in the cost of the appointment or cost extra so I didn't take one. Maybe if I was bolder, I wouldve inquired. They sell a number of sugar scrubs and other products that you can use after your sugaring/waxing appointment at home. At 2:30pm, a technician came out with another customer who'd just finished and greeted me after closing out her appointment. I was definitely nervous but my technician put me at ease with light conversation and music (they let you choose what music you want when you schedule your appointment). I had initially made my appointment for sugaring but I was told that my hairs were too short and that wax would work better. I was a bit disappointed because I'd read about sugaring, but happy that my technician was able to provide good advice. It didn't hurt nearly as much as I expected it to. I was in and out in about 45 minutes with silky smooth legs.

When appointments ran behind, the front desk publicly blamed her in front of other customers, making me feel at fault for needing the accommodations I'd already documented. * Billing error: I was charged for a lower leg package I didn't purchase and clearly stated I didn't need. When I tried to get this corrected, staff refused to switch it to a full leg package (which is what I actually use). I now have 12 unused lower leg passes that I will never use. * Unprofessional interactions: I experienced rude and overly pushy behavior from front desk staff on multiple occasions.
