I can't say enough about Brian and his company. I asked them to come to my new apartment to hang a 65" LG TV and an extremely large and heavy Seinsheimer sound bar. I didn't realize the building uses metal studs, not wood. He explained to me in detail how that changes the options available to me for properly and safely hanging those products. I normally leave the room and let technicians do what they need to do, but Brian was so engaging and willing to talk about and explain what he was doing, his experience in the field as a technician and as the owner, and offered recommendations for restaurants to go to as a new resident. I have artwork I need hung in the next week, and I will be going back to BF Configurations for help. You know it is a good company when the owner is willing to come out himself and do the grunt work. I've had this 55lb mirror from Restoration Hardware for upwards of 4 months now. I went back and forth considering hanging it myself or calling a professional. As you probably guessed, I called a professional. I contacted the company's name sake, Brian Flewellen, and requested an appointment. Brian showed up promptly and ready to work. They mirror was hung in 15 minutes or less. Before leaving, Brian checked to ensure that the mirror was sturdily hung and supported. To top it off, he ensured that any residual rubbished was cleaned up. (This guy even asked for Windex to clean the mirror!) I'm thoroughly pleased with his professionalism and expertise. I'm now in the process of scheduling my next service! I highly recommend BF Configurations. No issues at all with the work. There was a bit of confusion on where I lived but it's a new development so that is not their fault. Gentleman was pleasant and work perform efficient. Bit of confusion as I was led to believe I could pay with cash from the owner but they don't accept it. They send you an invoice after work was done which I found rather odd as you risk not getting compensated but that's not my issue. I would use them again. read more

I just wanted to say thank you to BF Configurations for doing an excellent job mounting my 55" TV and putting up three pictures in my living room. I've never had my TV mounted so I was little apprehensive about it at first but Brian was quick and efficient. Within 15 minutes my TV was up and it looked great! Next Brian put three pictures up for me. I am super indecisive about spacing when it comes to pictures, but he was very patient with me and everything came out perfect! Brian is a nice guy but is incredibly unreliable. From last minute cancelations, reschedules and his latest act...flat out no-shows, this guy makes it difficult to support him. Don't bank on him and if you're going to be naive enough to go with him- have a back up plan in place for when (not if) he shoots you a last minute text. My husband planned his entire schedule around our appointment for his only off day in several weeks. Brian not only never showed, but WE had to reach out to HIM once we were an hour past our appointment time for him to tell us he was out of town waiting on a flight. So tacky and unprofessional. I'm all for supporting BOB's, but company's like Brian's make it difficult with such terrible representation, poor execution and lack of consideration for customer's time and experience. We really tried to give BF a chance, but 3rd strike is it. Would not recommend unless you're into supporting someone regardless of the quality of product or experience they provide you. We've already made sure to warn a few of our friends to go with someone else based on our terrible experience. By the way, still have not heard back over 2 weeks later after this no-show despite a text promising otherwise. We hope he's ok, but business is business and his tactless behavior (which he has demonstrated a pattern of) has reached its end for us. read more

Hello, Consumers beware: Brian Flewellen of bfconfigurations came alone to our house last Friday the 17th to give me an estimate on rerouting the wiring for our new 70inch Samsung 4k tv. He took the tv down even though I said I only wanted an estimate and he didn't have anyone to help him. I told him several times that the tv is too heavy for me to lift. He assured me that he does this all the time and he needed to see how difficult the job was before giving me a quote. While attempting to rehang the tv he dropped it breaking the corner and damaging our wood floor. I asked him what he was going to do if we started having trouble with it. He said he'd pay to have it fixed or replace it as he has insurance. After discussing it, my husband and I decided we want the tv replaced to avoid any future issues or further damage to it. Since Brian initially said he was in the hospital with the flu he has not been answering my texts, messages on Facebook or phone calls from my husband. I posted on the BFconfigurations page for someone to contsct me about my tv, but as yet no one has. I tried calling the 886-573-5753 number on the business card and I just get a message that my call can't be completed. I also emailed the business to try and get this resolved, but again I haven't had a response. As a consumer I say beware when dealing with this man/company. Take pictures and video while he is in your home and have someone else there as well. To Brian and bfconfigurations I ask that you please stand behind the words on your website stating that the customers satisfaction is your top priority and correct this situation asap.
