Got the Egg, cheese, bacon on Brioche and it hit the spot. Made to order and reasonably priced. On a return trip, ordered a triple D burger. Bacon, egg , cheese and tasty beef grilled over an open flame made for a legit burger. In addition to their fresh fries, they have Tater Tots. Also have Veggie (Beyond Meat), Chicken and Turkey Burger options. Service is fast and friendly but plan accordingly if they get busy. Overall, solid Burger and Breakfast Sandwich. read more

Thanks for nothing. I wish I had timed the amount of time the gentleman at the counter took to take the order in front of me. It should have been a sign. 25 minutes should have been plenty of time if an impossible burger, considering they cook 3.5-4 minutes per side? Airport food is generally bad, and my experience at BGR is no exception to this general rule of thumb. I settled on The Burger Joint because it was in my terminal and the line was shorter compared to other fast-food options. I ordered a Beyond Burger and side of tots and the cashier was refreshingly nice. She informed me my burger would take around 10 minutes. Totally fine. But when my burger came out it was cold and didn't look 100% cooked. Oh well, it's not beef so it's not like I'm going to get sick by eating this pink, cold patty. Luckily, the tots were warm so I ate most of those. Sure, I could've complained and asked for a new burger, but I chose to silently suffer instead. I have ten minutes ti grab a quick bite in the airport and approached the Burger Joint. For airport food, it was great. I was able to get a burger over a fresh salad and it was incredibly well priced. But, I really appreciated the staff. The girl who greeted us ( receipt says Saquetta) knew the menu down pat! Every order you gave she followed up with all the important questions, listing out all the cheeses, the toppings, the dressings, etc. Also, the staff cooking the burger was so nice! He called my number and gave me my order and asked if I needed dressing. They worked great together and provided a non stressful expierence to a stressful, which the now the norm, day of flying. I never thought I'd find myself uttering the words "I wish I went to Subway." And yet―I actually did. Looking for a quick bite before my flight I figured this would be the place. There was no line but if I had looked a bit to my left I would've noticed a large queue of patrons waiting for their chow. The service was brusque but friendly as I ordered a hamburger w/ avocado and tater tots. As I waited for my food I observed the staff and watched a minor kerfuffle ensue between employees. The fry cooks were completely inept as the concept of timing was beyond their skill set. After an agonizing twenty minute wait I finally received my order. The tots were cold and greasy and the burger contained nothing but a bun and the aforementioned avocado; I guess if you don't ask for other toppings you don't getting shit. The burger was the shape, size and consistency of a hockey puck as it dripped black grease from being charred to death on their flame grill. I managed to wolf down half of the tots and burger before I threw out the rest in disgust. Total waste of $17 I really should've just went to Subway. =( read more

Bottom Line: Good Burger with surprising side options. Contrary to a lot of the other Tips - my Server/Employee was great. I went in today and ordered a Cheeseburger. The guy taking my order was super helpful, super patient and super friendly! I asked for no bun and he suggested the lettuce wrap. They give you a ton of lettuce. There is no bun to sop up the grease so it is a little messy but they wrap it really well in the paper so the mess was minimized. The Burger was juicy, which to me was a good thing ;-) I got a side of Grilled Asparagus. I had asked the server if it was good and he assured me it was. He was right!! It was delicious. As good or better than many restaurants I've had it at. It's not cheap but it's also not expensive - especially for an airport. Bottom Line: I will def be back to get the Grilled Asparagus and try some of the other Burger Combos (I especially want to try the grilled jalapeños and an egg on top ;-) read more

It took about twenty minutes for them to serve what was probably the worst chicken I've ever had--overcooked like a rubber tire with wilted toppings. Good food and great burger! I love BGR The Burger Joint near my home so decided to have one before getting on my flight. No complaints about the food. Prices higher than normal because of being in the airport, but not much can be done about that. Order taker was completely unattentive at 12:30 pm and even though it isn't busy, that should never happen. It was ok, and wasn't busy and my food was cooked quickly and I wasn't running late. I stopped by here earlier today with my wife for an early evening snack. It was too early for dinner but we weren't arriving at our destination until after we would be hungry and so we decided to give BGR a try. This location is in a food court like area in the B terminal. As such there is a restaurant front and not much else to speak of. The menu does state that the burgers are cooked "over an open flame" which I could indeed see in their kitchen. My wife and I decided to split "the burger" and doubled it for a second meat patty both medium well with lettuce, tomato, pickle and pepper jack cheese. Then for our side we went with sweet potato fries all for a cost of about $15 ($3 less without the second patty.). Ouch! They do have a captive audience though and the burgers are cooked to order. While good for quality this is bad for an airport as our burger and fries ended up taking ~15 minutes with us being the only person in line and no one waiting. Thankfully we weren't in a hurry so it didn't end up mattering. Whenever the food was ready it was handed over to us in an inauspicious brown paper bag. Partly due to that and combined with the fact that it was in a food court at the airport, I wasn't really expecting much from it. So I was pleasantly surprised by my first bite into the burger. It was seasoned nicely and was juicy despite being well done. It also had that char broiled flavor to it which I loved. Overall it was a solid burger, especially for food court airport food. The fries were similarly pretty good with a nice crispy exterior and a soft chewy interior. The only thing where I thought they were lacking was in seasoning which I could have easily added myself. The bottom line for me is that I would probably stop by here again in the future. I have to start by saying that the prices aren't "airport terminal prices." They're pretty much the same as out in town so you don't have to feel like so ripped off and dumb about not bringing food with you through the security checkpoint! That said, if you're feeling a breakfast sandwich or a burger while you wait to fly, BGR is not a bad choice! This is the meaning of hidden gem. As long as you have time to spare before your plane leaves I strongly recommend stopping by. The portions are a decent size and made to order. Good food but poor service and long wait times. My burger was thick and flavorful with a nice bun to meat ratio. Milkshake was expensive but uses actual ice cream so the taste and texture were awesome. Burger took about 10 minutes to come out after a 10 minute wait to order.
