This location could be a case study of how employees are a direct reflection of management. Our group of 4 visited tonight (07/16/26) around 8pm and had the displeasure of having John P. as our server. See below for a laundry list of issues we experienced: -Before John left to put in our drink orders, I asked if the check could be split 3 ways because 2 of us were on a business trip and needed to have our own checks for expense reports. He said that wouldn't be a problem (spoiler alert, it was). -3 entrees included a salad that never showed up before the entrees did. Had to ask for them to be brought out. -John did not stop by our table for the rest of the meal after dropping off the salads until we were nearly done with our meals. When he did, he attempted to take my plate which clearly still had food on it and had to be told that I was not finished. -Zero refills because he never stopped at our table during our entire meal. I had to ask for a water refill and he never looked at anyone else's drinks and someone else in our party had to ask him for a refill on their drink when he returned with my water. -When taking dessert orders, John walked away before everyone was finished ordering because he ASSumed (but never asked) that 2 people were splitting a dessert despite being given no indication of this. I had to stop him and place my dessert order. -When he brought the check, it was not split. He completely incorrectly split the ordered items into 4 guests on one check. I went to the host's stand to ask for the manager. When he finally came out, he acted as if he was being bothered by us and not because of John's apathy and incompetence. The manager had no idea how to split the items so he had to find John do it on the computer while I HAD TO TELL HIM AGAIN WHAT ITEMS EACH CHECK WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE. HAPPILY left zero tip. Stay way from this dumpster fire of a location where the employees have piss poor attitudes due to the manager having a piss poor attitude. read more

I visited this Longhorn on my way back from the airport. I've never been before. There wasn't any wait upon arrival. It was a bit packed but not overwhelming packed. We were seated very quickly. The establishment was clean. I went to the restroom and it was decent. The waitress was nice and welcoming. She took our orders. We both ordered salads and I specifically asked for vinaigrette dressing. When she brung a salads, mine had ranch. She looked at me weird as if I was the problem. The ranch had already spilled on the salad in transit. However instead of bringing a fresh salad with the correct dressing, she brought the dressing on the side. I had to then find her again to tell her that I needed a new salad because ranch was already on the previous one. After the mishap with the salad, the main entrées come out. Luckily they were all correct. About 15 minutes into eating our entrées the waitress comes out and tells me that she now realized that she gave me the wrong salad dressing. I don't know if it was a "aha" moment or what. That was weird. I knew what I asked for. Nonetheless, we finished our meal and left. read more

6/29/26 arrived 12:05. Dining room had a dozen tables occupied. Asked for table for two. Hostess said there would be a short wait, as a table needed to be cleaned to seat us. There were more than twenty unoccupied, clean tables available. Hostess went to table next to kitchen door and bar, and cleaned table. Not a choice location. When I asked for a table away from the kitchen door, the hostess looked as though I had insulted her and said you can have this one which was across from the kitchen entrance. This made no sense as th dining room was fairly empty. I understand spreading customers among servers, but this hostess choose the worst locations in the room. We left. She obviously needs re-education on her job. Very sorry to experience this as we have eaten here many times before. We are not, however, likely to revisit location again as there are many more businesses who treat customers properly. read more

First time trying and will be the last. Ordered the ribeye, side salad and brussel sprouts. First, loves the steak! But it came out before I got my salad. The runner asked me if I wanted another side, I said no. The bartender(as I was sitting at the bar) came out with a salad half way thru dinner. The sprouts were cold and soggy, but I was hungry so I ate them. The funny part is the upcharge me for the sprouts (which I knew), but didn't even take a dollar off. Its Monday, really? It's been a while since dining at Longhorn Steakhouse. It was my son's birthday. It was on a Thursday. It wasn't crowded when we arrived. We were seated right away. I was very pleased with the prompt service. Our server was very nice and checked on us regularly. Even when it started to pick up. We were seated in a booth. Which I prefer. We started off with the mushroom appetizer. It was delicious!! Our server brought us bread with butter. Our meal was cooked to our liking as well. My son said he wanted a burger with fries. The LH burger took care of that. We both purchased the same thing, and my husband ordered the steak. He said it was very enjoyable as well. My son loved his birthday dessert. My husband and I recently went here for a late lunch. When we arrived, we were seated fairly quickly, and the restaurant was not super crowded. Our server came to greet us at our table within just a few moments. She was polite and professional , while also very personable. My husband and I ordered the onion ring appetizer. I cannot remember the name from the menu, but it is similar to a blooming onion. The pieces were very well coated, and the breading was seasoned perfectly. For the main meal, my husband ordered a ribeye and I ordered a fillet. They were cooked to our desired temperature and seasoned nicely. If you are looking to have a nice steak meal, but don't want to pay a ton of money, this is a very nice, middle of the road option. read more

Friday night and we decided on LongHorn Steakhouse for dinner. This is my first time visiting this location. The hostess was polite, it was not crowded but had a pretty full dining room. The music was not too loud and with the temperature outside being in the 90's today the AC was on high Yay! Our server Trevor is great. Professional and friendly, our drinks and food were out fast, accurate and hot. The Manager worked hard and so was the rest of the team. I love what the leader does by setting the bexample. A friend and I met for lunch recently. The parking lot was big and u had no problem with parking. There was no wait time and we received a hearty hello from our server very quickly. I'm back on my health thing so I didn't eat it, but we got what looked like soft bread quite quickly. I didn't get a coffee as word on the street, it's not great here. I got the lemon mushroom chicken. The chicken itself was nicely cooked. With the servers recommendation, I added the seven seasoning blend as she received feedback from a lot of folks that it was a little bland. Personally, the blend made it salty however I don't eat a ton of heavily salted food so most people probably would have thought it was fine. She did recommend using the lemon to cut the salt, but I do believe without the seasoning, the chicken would have been fine. The asparagus was delicious. Cooked perfectly, Not too hard and not mushy. It was an up charge for the asparagus, but I got a good portion. The Brussels were very good. I'll definitely be ordering them next time. Lastly the lobster chowder soup was tasty too. Good consistency and great flavor. Overall, it was an ok experience. Not unhappy but also not over the moon. We had a good time though and our service was pretty good. Turns out, the 'friendly' waitress, that blonde girl, has the 'gift' of divination,' and knows perfectly well how much you 'wish' to leave her as a tip, even when you prevent her with a resounding 'no' on the check you signed for $71.29. She's a true artist! And, to top it all off, the manager admits that this girl has a 'special talent' for these 'misunderstandings.' I know that I have been to this location several times, over the course of a few years. It makes me wonder why I have never written a review of my meals here. I even distinctly remember coming here for a birthday, had a pretty decent ribeye. As far as I can remember all of my meals have been "fine". The service has been good, sometimes really good. The place is adequately (if a bit corny) decorated. We went today for lunch, on a whim, treating the wife and she likes her old reliables. She got salmon [a bit overcooked], sweet potato, and a salad. I got a LH burger [previously frozen patty], and fries. We both had water. The tab was $40 and we left $15 (so two people Sunday afternoon on the ring road of a mall ($55 lunch)- all good, Maryland cost of living , supply chain yada-yada-yada, all worth it to me. SO why no review in all those trips? I guess the 3 stars says it, it is okay. I have never been disappointed, I have never been wowed. I guess that is something the owners of this company have to decide. It's likely okay to stay middle of the road and be profitable. It is okay to serve food in a decent setting that is good enough. I have never run a restaurant chain. So certainly my opinion can be ignored, they are doing just fine without my input. If I did run this company, I would streamline the menu a bit, get a bit more premium on all the ingredients, and train the cooks to get it absolutely right instead of okay. I would also have the staff dust those black cattle drive silohouettes at eye level when you are seated if you are a tall guy- who inspected barracks as a Commander long ago (I check, old habits). read more

Stopped by here for some good food before heading home. Golden Corral was busy, so I chose this place to eat good steak. I've been to other LongHorn Steakhouse restaurants, so I had my expectations. The steak never disappoints. It was slightly overcooked for rare, but it was still yummy. I would recommend getting medium rare. The lemonade was delicious and fresh tasting. The bread was alright, might be my least favorite compared to other restaurants, such as Outback Steakhouse. Place was good, typical longhorn service and food. More lighting would be nice indoors. Always a pleasant meal when I come here. Had to wait a little while but it's expected on a evening after work. Atmosphere and ambience is a nice setting. Good for family or date night. Had my first experience at Longhorn and it wasn't a bad one. I ordered the 10 oz. salmon with Brussel sprouts, Mac & cheese, and a side of grilled shrimp. All of the above was good but the Brussel Sprouts were AMAZING. My daughter had a Caesar Salad (which I tasted) and it was good. She also had a "renegade" (top sirloin) steak that seemed hard to cut. Yes, it was well done lol (I don't believe kids should eat raw meat). My son had a kids meal chickens tenders which really isn't worth mentioning (insert eye roll). My biggest let down was the Texas Tonions. I assumed I was going to be getting something similar to the blooming onion at Outback. Boy was I wrong lls. If you are a fan of onion rings you will enjoy these. If not, order something else like the Wild West Shrimp. My friend order these and they were delicious. The prices for their steak are reasonable and they always cook it right to my order (medium) which is always a good sign. We had an amazing dining experience recently when 3 of us decided to eat at a restaurant outside of the hotel where we were staying. I am so glad we chose Longhorn. Otherwise, we would have missed out on experiencing the service that Shaun provided. Even though he serviced several other tables, he still extended the same amount of attention and care to each of us. His level of customer services was more than just "excellent." It was "superb." He made us feel like we were valued and he didn't miss an opportunity to check to see if we had everything we needed and we were enjoying our meal. The food was absolutely delicious. If I were hiring, Shaun would be my first selection and he would be used as that model employee to train others on what is expected of them as a representative of the company and what we want our customers to experience.
