The person who helped me back then was rude and unhelpful, and I left thinking I'd never return. Fast-forward to now: I was in the middle of a move and needed boxes urgently, so I decided to give The Box Depot another try. I'm so glad I did! I was helped by Moises, who completely changed my impression of the store. He was friendly, funny, patient, and went above and beyond -- answering all my questions, helping me find exactly what I needed, and even offering to carry everything to the car.
