There was only one employee we saw during the entirety of our visit but he was super friendly. We ordered a bottle, the charcuterie platter and a pizza. The charcuterie board is refrigerated and they provide a bag of crackers as well. We went with the veggie pizza & it took maybe 20 minutes to come out and was absolutely delicious. The grounds themselves are absolutely gorgeous. There are 3 covered areas to sit at up top with plenty of seating. Down the first flight of stairs has a fish pond and some beautiful areas to walk around. I'm not sure if that area was where they do weddings as there was also a spot across the way with a dais, but we didn't make it over there. The wine was delicious! We tried two of the whites and the sweet rosé. I'm not normally a rosé fan, but it was my favorite wine I had there. Overall we had a really relaxing time with beautiful views. It's a very quaint, unique piece of property with old buildings and new ones made to look old (bathrooms). You can walk through the vineyards and there are various areas where you could have parties. There is a barn, which is beautifully decorated and lit inside. It would be perfect for a wedding reception or any other type of party. There are several areas where you could put multiple groups of people or use the whole facility for a giant party. When we were there, there was live music. The band was really good and we enjoyed sitting under the umbrellas and trees while listening. There was also a pizza food truck whilst we were there. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and they delivered it to where we were sitting. I shared it and we all enjoyed a slice. I can't believe I didn't know this existed here before, but I'm so glad to have discovered it. I will definitely come back and bring friends. It's just the perfect little spot to spend some time. The staff is amazing. They really guide you throughout the entire process. I loved how I could just text or email them, and I would get a response back in a couple hours or by the next day the latest. They were extremely responsive and had answers to all our questions. They also let us customize our package to fit our needs. We were able to remove and add things on without question. They really cater to each couple. Our coordinator, Haley, was outstanding. She was really honest with us and also never pressured us to do anything we didn't want to do. She really delivered on all our requests and made sure we got anything we needed. She got everything set up for us and made everything look amazing. Our banquet captain, Samantha was also amazing and she got us everything we needed. Any request we had during reception was done without question. My husband and I are still over the moon over our wedding and how great it was. We received so many compliments from friends and family about how awesome our venue was. Everyone loved the food and drinks and felt that the timeline was just right-- not too long but also not too short. Even compliments to our DJ, Gerald, for choosing awesome music. This place is a good midpoint to Legoland and SD Zoo Safari Park. The only deduction to rating is due to the lacking guest services agent while checking in. The lady manning the counter was not welcoming, no smiles, and seems to just be annoyed. So much for a nice place when the guest services agent doesn't seem happy to welcome eager guests. Was not even offered welcome drink and I didn't bother to ask less getting more attitude.

When I called for them to pick me up, the girl at the restaurant never got a hold of someone so I waited. When I went back she's like no one answered and I said well were you ever going to tell me? She calls again 3x no answer. I call with my phone some guy answers. Said that someone from the restaurant needed to call. I pass the girl the phone. I hear him tell her we are busy and can't pick anyone up. He was on speaker. She noticed he was being unprofessional and she took it out of speaker. Get back and talk to a manager Andrew to tell him the experience. He basically sweeps it under the rug and said he was the only one there and he didn't answer the call. Other reason for low rating is the wait time in the counter. Seems like There's a lot of people in the back but only one person helping. People had to wait for bikes and check in checkout. It was a bit of a cluster. Overall nice stay. The cleaners and maintenance crew were super nice and friendly. Worth the money paid for the experience and the amenities.
