Wacky and bad business practice. Where I work we tell everyone about the extra charge if using a credit card before they actually use it and even tho it's a small thing knowing before hand is key. It's giving miserable 1st, 2nd it's at best a low vibrational tourist metaphysical trap that steals indigenous practices with no recognition.
