However, I have been shopping with this store and Belmont store for over 14 + years and repeatedly bought your lined chiffon pants and tops in various colors. saleswoman Janie failed to put the scarf I paid for in my bag. She also charged me for a purse I did not buy. I called her at the store and she said she was embarrassed and sorry. She said she would put the scarf in the mail the next day and credit my card with the cost of the purse I did not buy. She never returned my scarf and never credited my card. I called her today and she had no excuse for failing to rectify her "mistake." I have messaged the owner and am considering filing a police report for embezzlement. Do not go in the store if Janie is there!!! Watch her like a hawk. read more

I want to comment on the rare experience I have had at this particular Saga. Jayne has created a unique shopping experience that has become a lost "art." At first I thought she was the owner because she took such care and personal interest in the store, clothes and me as a customer. It is my Happy Place to shop. I used to like this place. Not only did my family shop here, but we told our friends about it too. That was until I called one day to ask if they carried a white flowy dress I was planning on getting for my mother. The person who answered the call was an ill-mannered pompous individual whom I was told later is either Sammy or Jeffrey, the owners son. When I brought this up to the store manager Stacey, she actually laughed and found it to be humorous! Clothing is not well made and is very overpriced. Beware if you purchase that they do not allow refunds even if the clothing has tags and has not been worn. They do give store credits but without the tax that you originally paid. In other words, when you use the credit, you will have to pay the tax--again-- when you go to use the credit. When I made the return for store credit, they did not give me my original, un-itemized receipt back. There are no price tags on the clothing, so when you do make a return for store credit, it is very arbitrary since the receipt does not have a line item on it. Some of their stuff is cute but shop with precaution. There is no room for margin if you change your mind. read more

Oh God! The lady with short dark red hair, she is a very rude and unpleasant person. I bought many clothes and at least 4 pants 3 dresses and 2 coats were torn ( used already, poor quality) and when I went back to show it to her she just cut me short walked away saying " I have customer " wowww she just charge you huge and when the items are defective she does not take any responsibility in a very rude way. Make sure you inspect the clothes carefully. I will never return. read more

I love, love, love this store soooo much! I've been shopping both this store and Shoreline Village for about 7 years now. I moved to Ohio for 5 years and shopped their Facebook page even. That's how much I love it! It's one size fits all, but you HAVE to try on everything you like bec some items fit different even if it's the same in a different color. They have a warehouse in LA so if you don't see the color you want in a store then they can check the warehouse. read more

I LOVE Saga. So... honestly my friends always wonder why I shop at this boutique. It doesn't look trendy, young or really that cute from the outside. Actually it reminds me of an old lady store or a mid aged white woman. (Not trying to be racist) just the look of the store is very deceiving. But... did I mention that I LOVE it. They have the cutest most comfortable clothes. It's all mostly Italian cotton. Also, most of it looks like something you'd wear on vacation. What a great boutique! And with spot on clothing style and prices. I got a beautiful Made In Italy tunic style shirt, exactly what I was looking for and it was $44 out the door! Nothing that I could find anywhere except on the models in Pinterest! (and those were all made in China with a lesser quality fabric). My sister was visiting from out of town and we decided on a walk along 2nd Ave. What a discovery! Cute shoes and booties, scarves, etc! This is the most unique store. Unusual items that you won't run into everyday. The pieces are European made, the styles are quality and comfortable. Nicole was pleasant and very helpful not pushy. Really cute unique shop next to Parker's Lighthouse. Stopped by because I saw this adorable dark blue sundress made out of a really lightweight material, perfect for summer! I walked in and asked the sales girl where the exact dress is and she found it right away, luckily they still had my size and she also helped me check out some other dresses that caught my eye. The dressing rooms are made out of fabric and it was a little windy that day so there's a good chance the other shoppers caught a little thong action as i was changing but I'm sure that only added to their experience hahah! I walked out to show the dress off to my guy and the salesgirl because I was afraid it was showing too much cleavage, she was super polite and not pushy or anything, even suggesting I could wear a cardigan over it if I was uncomfortable. I said no, cleavage is good. Bought the dress right away and the salesgirl was so sweet and friendly! She had a little trouble with my guy's credit card and the credit card machine and confessed it was her first day. She was so CUTE that it didn't matter to me how long she took to ring up the purchase... I just thought she had the most positive energy, really made me want to shop even more! Minus one star for the UNGODLY parking situation. I drove around for 10 minutes trolling until finally I just had my guy park it in the numbered parking spots and walk back. read more

Yes, the sales lady does indeed have a heavy french accent. I initially walked in because there was a huge sign that read, "additional 30% off everything in the store". They had pretty nice displays and I could definitely see the French and European influence this store brings. Not a lot of people can see it, but I think there is a simplistic and flowy vibe you get when see the clothes they sell. Yes, the price points for the items are a little more than the typical commercial clothing stores (i.e. Forever21) but you are buying items that are a little more unique and less scandalous than those huge stores. They have a good selection of things including flowy skirts, sweaters, ponchos, tops, etc but nothing that I needed or loved. What my fiancé and I were surprised about was the small men section of clothing in the back. In fact, the majority of the time we were there, he was trying on clothes and he actually purchased one (although he really wanted to buy another shirt). With the extra 30% off, he paid about $45 dollars for a top that was originally marked at $80. Not bad! The French sales woman was definitely observant and must have followed us around everywhere we went making comments and suggestions. A little to close for comfort, I must say but we walked out happy with my fiance's purchase. Might I add the funny small TV displaying the boob lifters that they sell made me laugh a bit. read more
