ALTERATIONS were done in the store and it took 30-45 minutes!!!! That's enough time to walk around or to grab dessert and come back. I fully expect a few eye rolls when my purse strings are tight, there are reasons for it, so I'm especially grateful when someone can roll with my quirks.) I only tried on five outfits and walked out with two. Seerat was incredibly kind and patient, helping me with buckles and zippers when I started to struggle. Lata has a strong eye for color and was thoughtful and compassionate throughout, especially in helping me stay within my budget while still meeting the dress code. Like most places, all sales are final, so you do need to be sure. That said, it was absolutely worth the 30-minute drive. By noon, my biggest headache was solved. I had a vision of how I wanted my outfits to look for my 3 day Indian wedding event. She sat with me for about 2 hours and she took my vision and sketched my dream lenghas and dresses. She even helped me design my 8 bridesmaids sari's. She had so many brides that she was working with at the time when designing mine but she took the time and made sure each piece and every color was the one I wanted. My outfit was made in India and for those who know about outfits made in India, it can be scary. I have ordered outfits online from a website which I will not name and they never arrived on time and the measurements were way off. When my outfits arrived from India from Officially Couture by Maneka the waist was a little big but the girls at the store were able to fix that in a day. :) Needless to say for a bride I was freaking out but all was resolved. I give this store 5 stars. Everyone at my wedding commented on my amazing outfits. I am so thankful I walked into this store and have had the pleasure to work with Maneka, her mom and girls. I had the broken items appraised by another jeweler and they said it could NOT be fixed. It was beyond repair! When I asked her for a refund or store credit because I knew it could not be resolved, she denied me! I don't live near her store, and she refused to send my necklace back to me through the post. SHE STILL HAS MY MONEY AND MY JEWERY. It's theft. It's unfair. I was a good customer and she failed to fix the set OR refund me. She did nothing to make it right. First, bought an outfit off the sale rack and one staff member told me it was $100. Then when I went to purchase at register, they told me it's $250, so I agreed to pay $200 + tailoring. Tailor took my measurements and gave me an estimate of 3-4 weeks and when I called to check in a couple times during the weeks they promised it would Be ready in time for my flight. Gave them extra days to finish it and today find out it's still not ready and tailor is not there and to come in. After additional insistence, someone is last minute going to work on it, not even the actual tailor. Will never buy from there again.
