Having owned new Subarus and new Fords for decades, in 2017 we bought our first Honda - a 2017 Honda CRV EX-L. Why? the Bianchi Honda salesperson, Josh, knew everything about the product from start to finish (very impressive), Honda's reputation for longevity, and he was willing to "negotiate." 9 years and 89K miles later, we love our Honda CRV and wish we had bought one decades sooner. The Bianchi sales team was professional and accommodating, the service department is honest and efficient and their prices are not out of line with other shops. All we have had to do other than normal preventive maintenance is having the front brakes replaced at 87K miles, and tires - a major cost savings over our previous vehicles. So, we have a great car with low maintenance costs and a great service shop. Next year, we will trade this oen in and get another new one from Bianchi Honda! read more

I was in sometime last week in regard to needing help with my wiper replacement I had purchased wipers from Walmart but was unable to get them onto my CRV. I called first to see if they were available to help me and they said to come on it. I didn't catch the guy's name that helped me, but he looked at the wipers and then tried to install them and then said that the 25 CRV required Honda wipers. Walmart wipers 28.50 for the from Honda wiper for the front 78.00. After further thought I was like there is no way that it only takes Honda wipers so I YouTube it and found that indeed you can put Walmart wipers on the 25 CRV'S. Yes, I probably should have watched a video before calling Honda, but I didn't think I would have needed too. read more

This dealership is a nightmare. The sales team will promise you the moon and back, their first born child, and their left kidney, but they don't deliver nor honor their word. I've purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership, that is 2 too many. The service department is just as bad, the staff can get testy and unprofessional, and the end all be all is, they dont care about you, they just want to rake you over the coals, up-sell up-sell up-sell, and overcharge for everything. The service department damaged a component of my car, is not willing to take responsibility, and wants me to pay an additional $145 to determine what damage they made, in order to charge me more money and perform the repair (that they damaged / caused). Will never return, will never purchase another vehicle, and I will never allow them to perform any service or maintenance to my vehicle ever again. BEWARE & AVOID read more

We bought our HONDA Pilot in 2019 ( it's a 2016) the key important was the use of the DVD player for travel with young kids! It had a dvd player but you couldn't control most of the features from the drivers seat which is kinda important for young kids! Not to mention the sun roof would never close half the time randomly. There was also a snap in the speaker and within 2 years we had it the drive shaft was froze - my friend who is a girl mechanic found the issue when 3 other shops could not find the issue! We have had NOTHING but ISSUES getting this particular dealer location to take actual care of the issue that the car has EVEN U DER WARRANTY! Do NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! read more

Recently, my wife and I were vacationing in the Finger Lakes region of New York. The day before we were to leave to return to Chicago, we noticed that the driver's side rear view mirror was vibrating quite a bit on our 2017 Honda Accord. Naturally, we did not want to risk the mirror coming off at high speed and damaging our car and maybe another car. After checking, we saw that Bianchi Honda in Erie was a perfect place to stop on our way home. We called the next day, October 10, 2022, and spoke to Amanda in service. After explaining our situation, she asked us to stop in, and we would be taken care of. She was so polite and helpful. Upon arriving at Bianchi Honda, we first met with Adam Valle, a service advisor and explained the problem. Immediately, he took a look at the problem and then called over the assistant service manager, Scott Fling. He diagnosed the problem as some loose bolts on the mirror, which we think happened when someone banged into the mirror. In less than 10 minutes, he had solved the problem and sent us on our way. We have had no problems with the mirror since. Both Adam and Scott were polite, friendly and concerned about helping us. We couldn't have been more pleased with the attention we received and the prompt and efficient way our problem was handled. I doubt we were in the dealership more than 30 minutes, which was a real blessing as we had a long day of driving ahead of us. Bianchi Honda is indeed fortunate to have people of the caliber of Amanda, Adam and Scott representing it. We, unfortunately, are unlikely to ever use the services of Bianchi Honda again. However, we think everyone should know that thay have an outstanding dealership which we think is an incredible resource for the car-buying public in the Erie area. read more

My 2 star rating comes from my experience with the finance manager. I went into the dealership with a loan already secured through my CU. The finance manager was aware I had a loan secured yet went ahead and ran my credit through several banks unbeknownst to me. I only found out when I started getting letters in the mail from the banks. Additionally, there was a snafu with my ten day payoff and I ended up needing to pay less than $200. I went to the dealership within 20 mins of the call to pay and the finance manager followed me to cashier like a criminal. Once I got my receipt he walked away with out so much as a thanks for coming in. read more

Took my Highlander in for my routine auto butler and oil change. Long story short, when I dropped my car off my windshield was in perfect condition when I got it back I had a long crack across half my windshield. Service manager basically told my that I have to fix it myself and that the crack happened from chips in the windshield that were already present. Inspection paperwork they gave marked my windshield as good and there is no documentation saying these things were present when I brought it in. I now have to pay $500 bucks to replace my windshield so it will pass state inspection because they don't want to fix their accident Unbelievable!!! read more

Eeeww!!! Just drove two hours to Erie to pick up a certified car that was promised to be "spotless". These are pictures of the first car they showed us. Covered in stains of unknown origin. They then showed us two others that were even more stained! I then asked them if they weren't embarrassed to show such dirty and stained cars to people. They told me their garage "must not check the interiors anymore". If you are interested in purchasing a dirty car, this is the place for you! read more

I recently traded in my car to downsize to something smaller, as much as this killed me my husband made a good point that my daughter was graduating and has had her license now for two years and I just don't need big as much as I love large vehicles. I emailed about a particular car I had looked at and they emailed right back and I later that evening took it for a test drive. Two days later it was officially mine! My husband (no shock) knew a lot of the guys there but Garrett Mays was a very nice sales man and I would definitely recommend any of those guys. They are friendly, quick, and very professional. just now I had an issue with my LEASE vehicle since May we are in the end of July now. Bianchi Honda ordered a part to fix the issue, i was supposed to wait for their call, after waiting 3 weeks, I have called the office. They have admitted that the part arrived but noone actually called me. Made another appointment to replace the part, issue was fixed, until I arrived at home same day. Made the third appointment, when at the dealership the issue didn't present itself at that time so the service refused to fix the car and sent me home. I had to make fourth appointment, make a video for them to believe me and I asked for a loaner car. At my fourth appointment I dropped of my car, got another vehicle, the same day Bianchi called, told me they ordered another part, and i need to come and drop of loaner car. I am driving for the FIFTH time to pick up my car. It is still NOT FIXED. Later, I get a call, they inform me that the part came in, and I have to wait till next week to get a loaner car for my car to get fixed. The issue with my car is that my.windows don't go up or down, and at that moment my roof window was stuck opened. If it was going to rain. It would be unfortunate for my interior to get wet. So I tell them that I am worried and I prefer to do something sooner. You would think that after their customer has made SIX trips to their dealership they would be more accommodating. However, they tell me that my other option is to come in and wait there till the issue is fixed, and by the way I only should come at 1pm, because that is most convenient for them. I have to make SEVEN TRIPS to FIX a window in my car, and they are asking me to take a day off to accommodate their schedule for an issue that they have previously refused to fix. You folks in Erie do not know what a gem you have in Bianchi Honda. I had dealt with them for years. I moved to the Cleveland area and went to Sunnyside Honda, North Olmsted; and they ripped me off. Thus, the next car I get will be at Bianchi. Their staff, repairmen, sales department, and the service is better than any other place I have seen, and I have seen many having lived in the Cleveland area. I would recommend them to any body. Hey, I will be driving about two hours to get there; I knew a gentleman that lived in Bradford, PA, and he went to Bianchi Honda all the time. They must do something right for us to travel so far to purchase and car and to get it serviced. I know with some people, one could stand on their heads and spit quarters, and they still would not be happy; hey, everyone or everything is not perfect. Tip a glass to Bianchi. read more

I purchased a used 2007 Chevy Colbat in August. The only decent thing i have to say about this place is my car salesmen was very nice. Other then that i am not impressed. My car needed to be fixed twice within the first 30 days. Keep in mind these were not outragely expensive problems. However, when I spend thousands of dollars on a vehicles i would appreciate it to run properly. Then one time i called to see what time the car wash was open, and they said till 7:30. I drove 40 minutes there and within the hour the tempature dropped and they closed it. I get the weather changes and it can't be open until its above 38. I think the receptionist should of said open until it drops under 38 degrees. Not entirely happy with my experience so far. read more

Recently bought a car here and I can not express enough how pleased I am with the service. Everyone was to friendly, courteous, and so knowledgeable! The dealership itself is super impressive. It's clean and bright with plenty of different waiting areas for people waiting for their cars to be serviced, or to buy a car, like myself :) There was even a kids area with a bunch of tablets for my kids to play with. I feel like I was suckered in with a coupon offer that basically worked out to save me $10 on an alignment. I was then charged $48 for a tire rotation and balance. The final straw was when I dropped the vehicle off the night before, I was told that it should 'probably' be done by Noon. It wasn't ready until 4:45 - which put me in a very difficult situation that I won't bore everyone with the details. Basically, this is the last time that I will ever use this dealer for service. The rating is for my own personal experience with their service at this specific location, the problems mentioned later are largely just the typical downfalls of getting service at a dealership this size and brand. I recently brought my car here for the first time for a specific issue my regular mechanic couldn't address. Every employee I interacted with ranged from neutral polite to very friendly, so no complaints there. Their staff all seemed very professional, and I had no issues with scheduling (Garages are always busy at the end of the month, so I think I lucked out by good timing). My wait time was a little over an hour, which for such a high volume shop, not bad. So as far as every aspect the employees of this specific establishment were in control of, I was happy with my service that day and have no issues or ideas of where they could improve. Their waiting area is very comfortable with a beautiful aquarium and plenty of snacks / coffee bar / drinks, which is a perk of going to a dealership. Where I'm not happy is only because when you go to a dealership - you pay dealership prices, which is not this specific shop's fault and probably preset by corporate. Their labor rate is 109 at the time of this review, which is almost double some independent mechanics, and their quotes for parts also tend to be double, depending on what you need. So it just becomes pros verses cons. With a dealership you're paying premium prices for genuine parts and service, you know what you're getting and there's typically more detailed paperwork and accountability (Every single thing done is recorded when it happens, with itemized lists of parts and quotes you don't get other places) so that's always nice over smaller garages. You know the technicians here are going to be familiar with your car. Also, they can usually get parts other places can't like my current situation. However, for everyday service like brakes or even rotors, their high prices are just not feasible for me when I can get equivalent parts for a quarter of the price and change them myself, as someone capable of that type of thing. If you're someone who lives comfortably and likes good service and convenience, I would recommend them. Just be aware for any repairs there will likely be some sticker shock. read more

Scheduled an auto butler, oil change, and inspection for Saturday May 6th at 9:00 AM. I had a check engine light come on a week before that so I asked them to take a look at that too. I was informed that would be a $ 109.50 charge to check the engine light, I understood that and said that was fine. I was leaving the car there I left it at 9:00 AM. At 2:00 PM I had not heard anything, I was on hold for at least 20 minutes, had to call back twice and finally transferred to parts where I talked to a very nasty employee who then transferred me back to service. I was told that they could not figure out the check engine light, but they thought it might be the fact that I had put an after market gas cap on the car. He informed me that tech. was still checking the car - 5 hours later. And that the tech. had worked through his lunch on my car. Like it made me feel better to know someone skipped their lunch? He could not tell me how much longer it was going to be for my car, but he would call me back, that was around 2:45 PM. By 4:00 no one had called me and I knew service closed at 4:30 PM So my very nice cousin drove me back and the car was done, but he would need to finish the paperwork. I left there finally at 4:45 PM. Almost 8 hours later. I was told they were pretty sure it was the fact I had put an after market cap on the car and next time take it to Advance Auto and they can check the code. WHAT. The cashier told me she was sorry about the wait, I then informed her I would never be back she so OH. Like I just told her the sky is blue. I paid $ 179.50 for you to tell me I should have gone to Advance for free. And to add insult to injury my oil % light was not put back to 100%, it still shows 30%. Your customer service, if that is what you call it is awful, no less than awful. Honda is a great product, but you know what I don't have to use your service department and I won't use it ever again. My husband can deal with the Auto Butler from now on. I hope I was not treated like this because I am a woman. read more

I had a great experience from the third sales who was actually there the next day when I returned to buy the vehicle. The finance person was great and made everything very understandable. I was not impressed with how difficult it was to get to the point of buying the vehicle. I have never had such a hard time buying a vehicle. I made two different appointments to meet with a sales person and recieved one call to reschedule because the previous one left and only found that the second one had left when he was not there for the appointment. I purchased a 2013 Honda Accord from Bianchi Honda and paid the money in cash 8 days ago and could not pick it up then as I was in the process of obtaining my state ID given that I am an international student. Right after I got my ID, I arranged a 2 pm appointment and emailed the salesman all my documents in order to expedite the process because I had to be in class at 3. I came in 8 minutes earlier to make sure I would not be late for school. I finished all the paper work with the salesman and Mike the manager who I had to see to sign all the docs suddenly decided to leave for 10 minutes and then had someone else in his office after his unannounced break which was frustrating. Next, I expressed my feeling of frustration because I could not see him until 2:39 and for the first time in my life I was being blamed on as a customer and for a weird reason which was not being able to pick up the car (For a month, which was completely false)-according to Mike the manager- and I was strangely offered an instant full refund for the car and please note that an apology was never heard. I admit that I got a good deal on the car but never in my life have I regretted buying a product due to the way I was treated until my experience at Bianchi today. It's surprising how a successful dealership is managed by a person who clearly lacked professionalism and sadly; proper manners. I hope no one goes through what I encountered today. read more

My 88 year old mother purchased a Honda CRV from Bianchi Honda per my suggestion. Unfortunately it has been extremely unreliable. It has issues starting and no one at Bianchi Honda knows why. Unlike their commercial which portrayed their Honda family car as being very dependable for many years. This has not been the case for my mother who bought the car brand new and paid cash for it. Had I known the troubles she would experience with it, I would NEVER have suggested she purchase a car from Bianchi Honda. She was stranded several times in the heat, the cold, out of state. The second to last time they attempted to fix it they gave her a new battery. The warranty was about to run out. Five months later the car once again would not start. At this point my mom had no warranty and no roadside assistance. We waited, yet again, for three hours (out of state) until a family member could help us. We had an appointment again to have Bianchi look at the reoccurring problem. The female in the service department who took the call to schedule the appointment was very kind. Unfortunately I had to cancel the appointment as my mother was in the hospital due to a terminal situation. When my mom passed away four days later I rescheduled the service appointment to have tjis reoccurring problem addressed yet again. They were booked up so it took quite awhile to get the car back in for service. When I finally took it in I was once again very disappointed. They kept the car from 8:00am until 2:00pm and started the car several times. That was the extent of their service or research into the issue. They said if I wanted to pay more for additional tests I could do that. They'd already done additional tests on previous visits to no avail. They said there was really no more they could do. I had to call my sister to express my disappointment in Bianchi's ability to remedy this situation. My sister is taking over the car since our mother's passing. I can only hope they have a better service department in a Honda dealership where she lives in Cheektowaga, NY. I am beyond disgusted with the service my mother received consistently at Bianchi Honda. I hope Jason reads this review. This car was completely unreliable. I never knew if it would start or if it would leave my mother stranded as it had so many times. It was a very uncomfortable feeling, the worry with this vehicle. I told my mom that if it was my vehicle I would have traded it in. I have a Honda Accord, a BMW and a Chevy but you won't have to worry about my business nor my recommendations in the future. Took vehicle in to address an issue that was a defect in my 2008 Honda Civic Hybird and they offered $250 when they should have fixed it because it was built that way. In addition to refusing to pay the entire amount to fix it, my two new tires were ruined and it will cost me $300 out of pocket to replace them. In total, to fix the problem it will cost for $550 because Honda built it incorrectly. My problem is that Bianchi had the option to do the right thing and fix it, but they wanted me to pay the labor to correct and they would pay for the part. I agree that it was out of warranty, but it would have been covered if we recieved the notice that they would correct it when it was sent out in 2009. We never recieved that notice. A $26 oil change turned into (with two air filter changes) a $121 bill. Ouch. Seems like it always happens up there.

The price was good, but not worth the hassle. We arrive to pick up our car at a scheduled time with the sales person, and had to wait around for 2 hours before it was ready. When we finally got it and started signing papers, the finance person was more interested in telling stories then getting us through the process and out the door, even though we'd been waiting a long time. We finally get our car and on day two we get a warning light on the dashboard. The service department does nothing for us except say we have to bring it back, which was impossible because we don't live in Erie. I have to find another dealership and take care of it myself. When I submit a poor review to Honda I get a call from the sales manager who tells me I can return the car for a full refund. This did not help and would only add to the hassle. Like the service dept, he avoided the issue and didn't try to help me out. And now I sit waiting for my title papers. They had told me I'd get them after 10 business days. It's now been 20 and my 30 day temp plates are almost expired and I still don't have them. Bianchi prides themselves on selling 300 cars a month. Well, it certainly shows. When you sell that many cars, many details are skipped and you end up with poor customer service. read more
