Difficulties managing their own schedule and the customer service situations that creates for them. Notified less than 5 minutes ahead of my son's appointment his stylist was an hour behind, and he'd have to see another stylist. I don't think she fell an hour behind with those five minutes, there was simply no foresight to notify the customer. Separately, I received a call the day of my appointment notifying me that my stylist was ill, and was asked if I'd like to see someone else or reschedule with the same stylist. I opted to see the same stylist, and was told I'd receive a call with options for another appointment, but did not receive that call. read more

Very bad customer service, and very unprofessional, I came to my appointment 25 minutes late which was out of my hand because my uber took a wrong grout, I Ubered to the salon $40 to get there, and $40 going back so around a total of $100 , and when I arrived, they said that they won't be able to take me and that I needed to reschedule. This is a waste of money and effort. Very unprofessional, very inconsiderate, Extremely not flexible and very mean interaction. The girls on the front desk don't even have a small slight smile on their faces. I went here recently for a pedicure and unfortunately I was really disappointed. The women who did my pedicure was very kind but seemed overwhelmed and was not prepared. There was an issue with hot water so you can say the pedicure was less than relaxing. I feel bad for the nail tech and hopefully the salon provides her with more support and working equipment. I wouldn't recommend this salon for nails. read more

Charles listened to all my concerns I had regarding my hair. Texture, color, lack of flow and volume as well as the gray I was now getting as I am trying to age gracefully. He truly does listen and relates to what I was looking for and not just the newest trend or something he wants do. I found him to be honest when he didn't think something I wanted would fit my needs at the same time. He is VERY skilled and intelligent. He also threw a few ideas of his own that he thought might put me on a better track to feeling a bit more self secure with myself. He seemed very concerned on what would make me comfortable. I felt that he wasn't just there to make a buck but, there to make people like myself feel better about themselves. Even my husband made a very nice comment after my first cut and color with Charles. That was HUGE! Even without making a lot of fuss with my new style... the cut was so good that even waking right out of bed in the morning I felt better looking into the mirror. A great start to every day. Even today 11 weeks later my cut & color still looks amazing! I still came in for a cut/trim and color just to freshen it. It would have still looked great even if I had waited longer. He is like an artist that has transformed me back into my unique and beautiful self. Loved his true talent so much I convinced my 80 year old mother to change her stylist to Charles. Even tho he was a bit more money for her especially, as a retired women on her own, I told her he would make the difference for her & she would no longer have her money "wasted" on HC/cir she was never happy with. She just saw him the first time beginning of this week. I cried when I went over to see her and to see if she was happy with what Charles did! He transformed my beautiful Mother into the lady she actually was! The cut was perfection and the color exactly what her skin tone needed! She looks in her 50's not 80! Mind you she takes VERY good care of herself but. the right cut on your face & correct color for your complexion is truly key!!! It makes you look aged and drab and dry if not done RIGHT. There are a lot of people who are licensed stylists but, not all are actually a true ARTIST at what they do. If you can't feel great in your face and hair then maybe you just have stylist and not an artist. If you want to be transformed book yourself an appointment to be transformed with Charles. He CARES about how you FEEL when you get out of his chair. He takes pride in his work and knowing he made you feel better than when you walked in. Thank you Charles for making me feel beautiful again but, thanks even more for making my Mother feel alive and beautiful again. At least the money spent is not going to waste now. I love Bianchi's! I've been to a lot of different salons and this one is one I actually return to. I go see Lia and she somehow always makes my blonde hair exactly how I want it, even if I don't explain it well or come in with pictures. The staff in there is all very nice and fun. They have a huge range of stylists with different skills, there are always all sorts of people in there getting different things done on their hair. They have a lovely spa as well and nail techs, I haven't used any of those services but they do offer them as well! Prices are relatively reasonable and they products they use and offer and amazing. read more

My 13 year old daughter let a hair knot go. The salon was willing to help us remove it. After over 2 hours of combing her hair out using peanut butter, she was basically bald over a large part of her head. They told me to expect it to be thin. (See pic in caption!) We had to locate an expert in extensions to help us with this huge problem now and so far have spent over $1000. I can't imagine how painful this process must have been for her. The owner and manager deny any responsibility. It's very sad to me that those in power can't do the right thing and take responsibility. I will never return or recommend this salon again. read more

After weeks of debate and scouring their social media. I decided to give this salon a try with such high hopes. I called to make appointment, was on hold literally 25 minutes.. and hung up and called back again. The girl was polite and apologized said she was manning the phone alone and how high over the salon was . Felt bad for her really. She was definitely frazzled, but nice. I named six different stylists that I admired their work online, none had openings that week. So I asked for someone she would suggest good with dimensional blond. She suggested One that had openings. Almost four hours there. And $230 spent. I'm so disappointed and sickened at the results. Now and I went to a dive salon maybe.. I cried after looking through my hair... it's such a beautiful salon, the girl was very nice. She apologized for being slow. She seemed intimidated by some of the other stylists walking around. However $230 for these results.. not worth it whatsoever and never again. I really expected to love my hair after looking at their posts and reviews. Devastated * Two months later and still just as devastated. The overall condition and color of my hair is the worst it's been since high school box dye. The uneven root growth from bad lines and bad highlights looks terrible. I am scared to have anyone touch it . So much had already broken off. I never received a text or email. Then, because I missed the appointment the girl rudely tells me that in order to make another appointment you must pay 50% penalty fee. I went to Bianchi's for the first time today. I was way overdue for a color and trim. Eleni was so nice and sweet. She didn't say anything negative about the condition of my hair or prior stylists. She was so kind and made sure she looked at the photo ideas and asked lots of questions to make sure I was getting the color and look I wanted. Even with my vague and poor description skill. I came in for a balayage and showed my stylist the first picture below...after the consult it sounded like she understood how to lay the color...first she dyed whole chunks of my hair blonde with no back combing or highlight techniques which Have occurred for my other balayages at other salons and took it almost too my roots but said it will help to bring out the red...after that she moved on to the red but focused on my roots. I did ask for her to take the red lower when I saw she didn't bring it down low enough but she still didn't seem to bring it down enough...after she dried it I could tell it looked nothing like the photo but I was already there for 3 hours and just wanted to get home...I gave it a chance and curled it bc I know curling it sometimes reveals dimension but it looked worse and actually brought out more mistakes. Some of it bled to the ends and it didn't seem to blend well. I tried calling and left a message but no one responded The stylist was super nice and talked to me the whole time and the colors are close to the picture but I paid over $200 and my hair looks terrible. After meeting Shauna, I trusted her right away and now I don't trust anyone else with my hair. The girl can do anything. This was my first time at Bianchi's and I can confidently say I will most definitely be returning! The customer service alone sold me on this place. I didn't pass by a single person without being greeted by at least a smile and a hello. I went in for a simple cut, but Stephanie was able to make my hair wishes come true by getting rid of all the brassy, blonde highlights that were left in my hair from a past experience. This place did not live up to the hype, highlights were not the greatest and after being done had to go over a spot again because it was done wrong, the cut was very choppy layers and uneven, one side of my hair was longer and way more cut off of my very long hair than I wanted ,I had to desperately find someone to try to fix a $180 mess somewhere else, will never go here again, the process lasted 6 hours!! If I could give Bianchi's more stars than 5 I would. I am a first time client of Catherine and she is absolutely fantastic. I have fine highlighted hair that was in need of a color correction and Catherine was extremely thorough in the consultation and meticulous during my appointment. She made me feel comfortable and made me her top and only priority. Her eye for color is top notch. She gave me the most striking natural bright blonde that looks great on me. She was able to take old photos of me and also inspiration pictures i found and bring them to life that best fit me. She cut just enough to make my hair come back to life and look healthy again. As someone who has dealt with hair loss in the past from stress and is super careful about the products and services done to my hair, I was absolutely blown away and throughout the appointment i was confident my hair would turn out beautifully and it did. Catherine is skilled and knows how to put clients at ease and achieve a beautiful end product. She is knowledgable about products and made great recommendations for my at home hair care routine. The products used were high quality and my hair feels healthy even after full highlights. I genuinely appreciated the consideration and attention to the integrity of my hair and the directness/honesty from Catherine. I trust her explicitly to do whats in the best interest of me and my hair! Not to mention she is the absolute sweetest person and great to talk to! The front desk staff has been so accommodating and friendly every time I called and adjusted my appointment time when a scheduling conflict with my work came up. (FIRST TIME CLIENT).Made my hair appointment 10 days prior to New Year's Eve! 2 days after my appointment was made, they called me to reschedule because (Nicolle )who's supposed to be my hairdresser can't do your hair today!!! So, I was okay with the rescheduling because I understood with the busy and hectic life we all having right now! I Was rescheduled for dec., 30th and I also took a half of day off from work ( without pay) due to like being strict and in time to keep my appointments!! I got a last minute phone call from them again that ( Nicolle) can't do my hair today neither! So, I got twice denied to be them NEW client !Very, very poor management and respect for them clients for my experience!!! The fun part was when the receptionist said to me over the phone!!( I have to reschedule you for another time)LOL That was really sad and nasty at the same time!!! So,I am stuck with them lie's and my poor hair never got done because of them!!! Which hair salon will take me in last minute on New Year's Eve ?!!! Non of the salons will do that!!
