The minus star I give is honestly because the wine is a bit meh (I got a bottle of the sparkling wine). One, it's just not the best taste wise even when you add some orange juice, but the biggest thing is it's always warm when they hand it to you. They made a nice effort for their first try at wines other than their Sherry, which they excel in. We mentioned that we have a 1992 Triple Cream Sherry and wondered how they were drinking now, should we open now or can it still sit, etc. Since they had one open in the back, they poured us a little bit and it was still fantastic! I definitely had a little buzz going and it was only I think five or something maybe six different flavors very good size for a flight.
