I ate here with my girlfriend on a Saturday , it was my one cheat meal for the week and it was awesome. It was just us which is crazy because the food was solid, I was surprised that not more people were in. We got 2 appetizers, salads, bread, and 2 entrees all for around $60 after tip. For me it was a great deal. My girlfriend is a bit snobby (lol) but even she said her dinner was great. She didn't like the sauce used with the appetizers but I loved it . Service was great and though it was empty I feel like at night the ambiance is great also! I WILL be back for more cheat meals . These guys make a really solid slice! Nice undercarriage, nice crisp little bit of flop. Sauce is good crust is flavorful, just the right amount of toppings they don't kill it, they don't leave you wishing put more on. Also had the chicken Parmesan, and the traditional Stromboli here. Napolis is MOLTO BENE, I think that the pasta sauce is one of my favorites. It's simple but tasty, with slices of garlic in it. The pizza is very good, they have your traditional thin crust as well as a Sicilian style. Both are delicious! The Napolis special Stromboli is awesome as well. They have a great selection of pasta dishes and a few salad options. They are also great for groups. The food is always good but The only critique that I have is that sometimes the food is on another level of good. read more

This was my first time at this restaurant and I went with 3 teens who recommended it. First, I found that you order and pay at the counter and then you seat yourself and when the food is ready it's brought to you. I was happy to find that they had spaghetti aglio e olio (garlic and oil), one of my favorites and not available everywhere. The kids had various other pasta dishes. All came with really large salads. The salads were large enough that only the young lady who didn't eat hers was able to finish her pasta dish. We boxed that salad and brought it home and I had it for lunch. The salad had a nice assortment of lettuce, some onion, and sliced green olives, a nice touch. Those of us who ate the salads were able to take home enough of our main dishes to make another meal. We all had fountain drinks (including 1 lemonade). Service was attentive and refills on the drinks, well, we didn't have to wait for them. our server made sure our glasses were never empty before bringing refills. I noticed they had a number of other dishes available that I want to try. Everything was really tasty and I will definitely suggest that we go back there again. read more

This has been my fav pizza joint in the area for 5+ years now. Quality is slipping. Last night, the pie was missing toppings i paid for. The salad had the wrong dressing. At least the garlic knots were good. There were only three things on the bill, and they messed up 2 of them. My order was over $55 BEFORE driver tip and service fee. This is the second time in the last year something like this had happened. I'll not be back again for at least 6 months; there are other pizza places nearby. read more

They have, hands down ther best pizza in the area. For my birfday, i tasted myself and household to a ginormous Sicilian with lots of toppins, and it has been worth every penny. The crust is perfect, it reheats great, the sauce is just right, and delivery was both contactless and spot on. Love it much, will order from again. read more

Took the family (12 overall) for a birthday celebration. Everyone at the table agreed that the food was awesome. There were not many folks in the place, which was actually quite nice since we were able to easily put together a big table and actually hear each other talk. Service can be uneven at this location as they keep their staff low but everyone was very friendly, service was attentive and I didn't think the cost was bad given the quantity. I had the special which was a pasta dish with clams (in the shell), scallops and shrimp. It was delish! Be aware that this is an informal restaurant - you sit down, read the menu, then go order at the counter. They then bring the food to you and keep your drinks, etc. filled. read more

It's inexcusable for pizza to be this bad. Service is nonexistent. We were completely invisible until we were finally able to make eye contact with a some one behind the bar. It was lunch. They were not that busy. I ordered two slices and a coke. The coke was flat. The pizza had a huge thumb print on top in the cheese about two inches from the outside edge where the kitchen staff had picked up a cold slice of pizza and flung it into a microwave to reheat. The FBI could identify the cook. The pizza was warm to room temperature and needed to be re microwaved. Sad thin zero flavor pizza will not get any more of my lunch patronage. read more

I have been to the 'original' Napolis pizza in Flowery Branch, but found out this weekend that they opened a new location closer to my house. So on Sunday, we ventured out to their new digs on Mundy Mill in the plaza with Tractor Supply. They are located about smack-dab in the middle of the strip, and I'm betting a lot of people haven't even realized they're there yet. When we came in, we were immediately greeted, and handed a menu. Like the Flowery Branch location, you come in and order at the counter, then find your table and wait for your food to appear. Before we were even seated, a basket of bread and their signature tomato sauce was on the table, along with silverware and small plates. We had the bread gone pretty quickly, and they stopped by to see if we wanted more right away. Drinks arrived fast too, and the food was quick as well. The food was just as good as the original Napolis location, and we quite enjoyed our calzones. Apparently they've been open for about 7 months, and the employees who work there originally (for the most part) worked at the first Napolis before moving to this location. Their prices are fair, and the food is good. A great standard-fare Italian food joint. They have a decent variety to choose from for appetizers, main dishes, and desserts, although I'll admit I'm not a fan of Italian desserts... But it's an Italian restaurant, so I get it. I REALLY like the pizza, spaghetti, lasagna, and calzones! The bread is good too, as are the desserts. This is my favorite pizza place in this part of Oakwood for a reason. However, my four-star rating might mislead some people because I'm giving them a good rating because of the delicious food. I feel bad for the employees, because you have to pay when you order up front. Therefore, it inevitably leads to the servers receiving lousy tips, if any tip at all from employees. After all, if you haven't even been introduced to your server yet, how are you going to know what you want to tip them? This arrangement isn't fair at all to their employees, in my opinion. I end up feeling bad and giving a larger tip because I know they won't earn enough in tips. I wonder if management is worried about dine and dash. Anyway, it doesn't make sense to make people pay in advance and surely they realize this isn't fair to employees who are making their living off those tips. It probably explains why there is a decent turnover there, minus with the cooks. That said, the employees themselves are usually friendly to me and come back regularly to refill my drink and the owner seems like a good man. The atmosphere is awesome with what they have on the walls. I'm just saying the employees are getting a bad deal because they'll never get good tips except maybe from the regular customers who know all the servers and want to leave a fair tip. read more

Overpriced and mediocre food. I was charged $39 plus tip for a small cheese, small margherita, fried ravioli and a bottle of Beer. came in and the restaurant was dead; that should've been my first sign. the servers behind the counter barely acknowledged us when we came in or walked up to the counter. I found the prices pretty high upon first impression. I ordered a pasta dish which came with a side salad, my husband ordered 2 slices. bread came out quick, it was alright. salads came out, both were undressed and had HUGE pieces of lettuce. Our food came out not long after. The pasta serving size was huge and the slices were large. the pasta was so bland. It was an overly large bowl of not-reduced cream and penne with chicken was so overdone I couldn't eat it. The veggies on the pizza weren't cooked hardly at all, the crust was burnt, there was hardly any sauce to judge it. no one came to our table to clear the salads nor offer a refill. We left with an entire bowl of pasta less maybe 5 bites and a slice and a half of pizza on the table. apparently the flowery branch location is better but after that, I don't know if Napoli's can season or cook Italian food. read more

We came in tonight to eat dinner. First off, the girl who greets you and takes your order clearly didn't want to be there. I don't think I could get an emotion out of her if I gave her the winning lottery ticket. She wouldn't even respond when we thanked her for bringing food to us. Second, you were out of butter. I understand places run out of things. They sell butter next door at the Rite Aid. Must have butter to enjoy your bread! Third, we live in a huge hispanic community. Many of us are bilingual. Every time we eat here, we get to listen to the hispanic workers in the kitchen joking and screaming curse words over the loud music. It doesn't really make for a great evening trying to enjoy our meal. The waitress was very friendly. She actually spoke to us and spoke back when we spoke to her. read more

Do not order food for pick up on Friday or Saturday nights cause the owner is to cheap to pay a college kid to sit there from 5-8pm to "ring up" to go orders. They only have one cashier. This is not a normal restaurant where you sit down , place your order , eat & then pay the bill. You have to stand in ( on average 22-27 minute ) line to order/pickup your order. I call my $30 pizza order in every Friday at 6:15. Arrive at 6:45 & I'm out the door at 7:17 pm 90% of the time. Unfortunately BiBa's Italian restaurant is 15 minutes out of my way but definitely worth the quality of food & you pick up your Togo orders at the bar. In & out in 2 minutes or less. I'm tired of spending $30 a week to feed my family & have to MICROWAVE my pizza every week when I get home. read more

one word for this place. Terrible. My family and i wanted a nice authentic Italian pizza for dinner, Instead we got the worst pizza I have ever had. Frozen pizza is better. The lady that took our order was extremely impatient and rude. Our total for a pizza and stuffed shells was $60. We ordered stuffed shells and a medium white pizza. Both orders was a joke!!! The stuffed shells had four shells and look extremely unappetizing. The white pizza was COVERED with cloves of garlic. It was sickening! My mom ordered a Sicilian slice and it was as hard as a crouton. No joke you could not cut into it!!!! They also brought out plain white bread and cold marinara for us and our garlic knots was covered in margarine NOT butter and the margarine was all clumpy and stuck together!!! I highly do not recommend this place at all especially if your a vampire with all the cloves of garlic they give you!!!! read more

I love the food here... Let me start with that but there was one thing that I thought was absolutely disgusting from my last visit there. I was checking out and there was an issue at the register and the guy who was making my pizza took his hands from my dough, messed around with the card reader to fix the problem and went right back to the dough without washing his hands. I literally watched him and was in awe. I was there with someone but if it was me alone I would have left immediately. I believe he was the manager, which makes it worse. I didn't say anything because I believe in God and I believe that my food will be covered by the blood of Jesus, but I also did not want him to do anything worse to my food by saying something. Ordered 2 large pizzas to go. They made them quickly but they were nothing great. Skimping on the toppings is an understatement. The super thin layer of sauce was ridiculous and actually dried onto the pizza because the layer was so incredibly thin. Broccoli pizza lacked broccoli and should not have sauce (sorry I'm from ny and broccoli pizza is a white pizza in ny). It wouldn't have been bad if it had some flavor to it. I've gone to this place several times and keep giving them another chance but this will be the last time. read more
