The atmosphere was very inviting and calming. I came after watching you me and Tuscany and I definitely felt the Italian vibe. My bartender was amazing. The meatballs app was solid. But the star of the show was the fettuccine al granchio. The pasts came out hot and fresh and the flavors were absolutely delicious. I can't wait to come back and have it again.

Great food and atmosphere. Definitely come again. Got an old fashioned and it was perfect. The Pesto Pasta they have is amazing.

Well butter my biscuit and call me blessed, this place is GOOD. Y'all... Pasta Masters just took us straight to Italian heaven and dropped us off with a full plate and a smile. Our server Jaclyn? Lord have mercy. That woman is a treasure. Sweet as peach cobbler and sharp as a tack -- and her recommendations? Spot. On. If she told me to order pasta served in a Mason jar, I'd say "yes ma'am" and pass my plate. We kicked things off with the meatballs (little clouds of joy), the burrata (sinfully good), and a Brussels sprout salad that made me question every vegetable I've ever met. I'm telling you, it was downright euphoric. I nearly stood up and testified. Then came the entrées, and honey... we were quiet at that table. Not because we're polite -- because we were too busy having a moment: * Crab ravioli special - I'd elbow my own cousin for the last bite. * Pappardelle ragú - Makes you want to write a thank-you note to whoever invented pasta. * Fettuccine al granchio - I'd protect this dish like it was my firstborn. And listen, we just had authentic Italian in Boston, but this pasta said, "Bless their hearts" and went ahead and showed out. Bottom line: Go. Run. Don't stroll. And if Jaclyn's working, let her order for you. She ain't steered a soul wrong

We were so impressed with the food at Pasta Masters, we've gone here twice in a week. The restaurant is a find in the tiny town of Hoschton. It is a place that both knows and executes Italian food extremely well. We stumbled into it last week, we did not have any expectations besides being curious by the claim the restaurant had in their website - that they made their pasta in-house. This is a rare and expensive thing to do, for any chef/business. We decided to check it out. Our entire party agreed, hands down that the best thing on the menu is the burrata, soft and fresh mozzarella served on a bed of pesto so good, it probably was made of basil locally grown or freshly shipped and prepared in-house too. It went perfect with the focaccia bread (part of a second appetizer - the Marinated olives. We have sampled almost all of the menu now that we've been here twice. My new faves are the Pappardelle Ragu and their seasonal Seafood ravioli. My son sticks with their Spaghetti Pomodoro and adds a side of meatballs to his order. My husband has stuck to their chicken parmigiana special and paired a side of spaghetti to this order. Even the bar has proven impressive. I asked for a cocktail not listed on the menu and was surprised at how smooth and balanced it came out. We have only had the crème brûlée for dessert. This too did not disappoint, the flavors remind me of a custard made with true vanilla bean. The flavors one gets to enjoy at Pasta Masters are crafted from the start with quality ingredients rare in today's restaurant industry. It is the work of a chef and team that takes pride in the work of letting the complicated flavors of different ingredients take center stage, instead of blunting the palate with salt, sugar and fat. We were told the chef is still polishing their menu. This is exciting time for the staff who were truly attentive - they said the restaurant is not even three months old. We plan to come back and support this local business as much as we can. I wouldn't be surprised if (given a few months) this little restaurant becomes too popular and impossible to get into without a reservation.

    Bridal Shower at Pasta Masters

This is my 3rd visit to Pasta Masters and it gets better and better. At our bridal shower event last night I enjoyed the Chicken Parmesan. It was crispy yet tender and the homemade pasta is so uniquely fresh. I'm a fan!

My partner ordered the steak on her bowl and she said her steak was extremely dry as well however she liked the sweet potatoes. We ordered macaroni and cheese for the kids and it was very cold. Didn't even melt the cheese they sprinkled on top. The cheese sauce was grainy and lacked any flavor. We asked for the macaroni to be microwaved and they didn't have a microwave. Oh, and the bolognese--silky ragu clinging to fresh pasta, slow-cooked forever. Every bite screams Italy: the aroma, the way it settles heavy on your tongue. Makes you forget you're not actually in Naples. Their food isn't just good, it transports you, straight to someone's nonna's table. Wood fire, imported grills, honest bread--it's all so true. And the wines! They don't just hand you a glass--they pair. Every dish, every sauce has a buddy tucked in their list. Spaghetti and meatballs with a crisp Chianti, veal with Barolo that cuts right through the richness. Hell, even asked for a random white once and they nailed it. What happened?!!?…read more Let me start by saying this place used to be AMAZING! Beautiful wine list, long list of Italian liqueurs, beautiful seasonal menu done expertly, and an attentive staff. It knocked our socks off and we raved about it to everyone who would listen. My husband and I went back for a nice dinner after a period of 6 or so months and were appalled at the changes. It's a completely diff restaurant. Now they have a very small menu printed on computer paper of basic (boring) Americanized Italian dishes like spaghetti and fettuccine Alfredo and pizza, only a handful of wines (like basic red or white), no more after dinner liqueurs, a short basic cocktail list, and to be honest, service was not great. Our food took an hour to get to us and was cold. The kitchen looked like they were working without a head chef and was staffed by a couple of young boys who looked straight out of high school (no ageism intended but clearly they were misguided and are not professionals). The tomatoes in our Caprese salad were mushy and over ripe. The eggplant parm was dry and cold. We complained and were able to get some money off the bill but we are so extremely heartbroken by the drop in quality! For the prices they are charging they are smoking crack. We likely won't be back unless they go back to they restaurant they used to be. I won't be surprised to see this one go out of business if this is the route they continue to take. :(

Because it doesn't exist however, the security staff that was working there was super nice and it was an older gentleman who told me I in fact, could park directly outside the front door of the restaurant despite it saying no parking because that sign was simply up for the purposes of construction period So I took him for his word and I definitely parked right in front of the restaurant and luckily did not get towed or any tickets because he was right Now onto the food. Everything is freshly made on site from all the pastas to the desserts. And I have to say this was absolutely incredible. I have never had this type of artisanal approach to Italian food outside of Italy. This is the stop. Unfortunately, it was on a Friday where I was observing no meat so I did not order any dishes with meat, however, none of the dishes, disappointed in any way shape or form. We even ordered dessert and that just blew my mind because I do not like tiramisu, but this thing was delectable. And if I had room, I would've ordered another one. Our waitress Natividad was fantastic!! she was so kind and patient and very helpful with the menu. In fact, the kitchen had made a wrong dish out of all the dishes and sent it to us, but she intercepted realizing that it was wrong. I sent it back to the kitchen had them starting on the right dish, leaving only one person in our party waiting just a few more minutes for his plate to come out. The portions are very fair however they are not super generous. So if you are sharing and you really love what you're eating be careful because the person you share it with will probably love it just as much as you do and will eat more than you really want them to. I was amazed by their thoughtful service and couldn't believe they went out of their way like that. This experience was so wonderful that this spot has definitely become our go-to for Italian food in the city. The food here always impresses me. Although I've never been to Italy and can't compare it to authentic Italian cuisine, this restaurant feels comforting--almost like home. The pasta is freshly made in-house and cooked to perfection; every dish I've tried has been delicious and satisfying without being overwhelming. Despite the many popular Italian spots nearby, this place stands out for its amazing flavors and welcoming, family-oriented atmosphere. It's also an ideal spot for date nights, family gatherings, or girls' nights out. Additionally, they offer products for sale near the entrance, making it even more appealing. Also, we challenged our bartender to create a drink. We listed off favors, amoras, and alcohols we'd prefer. We listed off a few of our favorites, and the bartender absolutely dominated.
