Small place with only two tables so I'm guessing most people get take-out which we did and it was fabulous! Called the restaurant directly as it's cheaper and they keep all the money (rather than Door Dash). It was ready in 15min and we shared: 1. Falafel Plate w/ salad, pita, and dressings. Tasty -- not dry at all. 2. Chicken Kebob Plate w/ salad, rice, and pita. This was amazing with two skewers of ground chicken with authentic spices mixed in. I substituted their signature "Sour Cherry Rice" and this was maybe the star of the show. Unique flavors, lots of cherries, and a HUGE portion! I Woodland Hills today and thought we would try some Persian food. Found this place due to the high review score. I got the Beef Soltani and a half order of Dolma. My wife got a plate with a skewer of Beef Shish Kabob and a Chicken Koobideh. The dolmas were good. The Soltani plate was large. A lot of meat. The beef Shish Kabob was the best. I wasn't fond of the grould beef. I also tried the ground chicken skewer. It was okay. The service was good. This is definitely a hole in the wall restaurant. This is my first time at this little restaurant. It looks like a hole in the wall, but it is so delicious like homemade Persian food. I met my friend Veronique that lives right around the corner and we ate in I had a ground beef skewer plate, a.k.a. Koobideh with a delicious fluffy Persian rice and a salad. The meat was very fresh and juicy the way I like it I also ordered a side of cherry rice to go And a walnut stew to go: made with pomegranate and walnut sauce with chicken chunks. We have been getting takeout from Bibi Sara for a couple years now. Great hole in the wall off Topanga with good Persian food, generous quantities and friendly service. We usually call in 4 - 5 dinner plates and have them with extra kabobs and pack them family style to keep the hot food together and cold items (salads, hummus) together. We love the chicken and beef kabobs as well as the ground koobideh versions. They offer daily menus items too, and everything we've tried is very good. We don't live close, but it's off the 101 and we pass by a couple times a month on our way to see our grandchild. Wow, this place is FIRE. We stopped here for some best Persian food in the Valley, and I got me the Boneless Chicken Cherry Rice plate. It was so good, I didn't know what to expect. I used to live in the valley, and never had food here before. They are located right near the mall, and the food is off the hook. Ground beef was really good with their hummus too. The extra order of hummus is a somewhat small container, doesn't come with extra bread or anything, but it was pretty good and was enough for 2 to share on the kabob plates. It was a delicious, well rounded meal that left me feeling very satisfied! The space itself could use a lot of love -- it wasn't gross or unbearable -- just not very well kept.
