This place is sooooo good and it is pretty darn cheap. I typically order from the app and just stop in to pick it up and its always ready to go which is very convenient. We just recently stopped in and they had redecorated for their 9 year anniversary and really did a great job. The staff is always friendly and easy going. I wish they still had the sauces out for self serve, but might have created a bigger problem, who knows. I just recently moved and I am glad to know that there is another one close by. Also, bring back the teriyaki mushrooms!!

The service was great!! The employees were nice very polite and helpful. The food was so good that I would come back day after day. The place is clean and the music just made the place feel so at home.

I remember last time I reviewed they had some portion of issues, but they are back on track now! The only downside is that they get pretty busy during the lunch rush which means dirty tables not being wiped down so you'll probably have to do it yourself. Not the worst thing but a heads up. Overall I love the food at bibibop and this location delivers as well now!

The four things I've learned while packing up our house this week are (not in any particular order): 1. Packing makes me hungry (or maybe it's the stress of packing up our whole house), so don't pack on an empty stomach or else you wind up eating anything and everything. 2. Don't pack all your toddler's toys (oops, we may have gotten a little "pack" happy, but you know who's paying the price of this mistake? We are. Sorry nugget.) 3. We've acquired far too much "stuff" in the five years that we've lived here. Always purge two times per year. So now the packing has taken on a less than organized approach, because I find that this will be "future Carla's problem". Good luck future Carla, there may be a box with potholders, items from the infamous junk drawer, your baby pictures, and an elf hat in one box. 4. You never have food in the refrigerator because you've packed up everything in the kitchen So due to not having anything in the house to eat, I needed to go out and grab something quickly on my lunch hour. I had a hankering for rice and chicken, and figured Bibibop would be a good option. If you're not familiar with Bibibop, it's the Korean/Asian version of Chipotle. I had never been to the location on Sawmill, and decided this would be the closest one. This is the first time I've stepped into a Bibibop and there was a large line. It was lunchtime, so it's to be expected. The line moved super fast. I opted to get a bowl with purple rice (yes, you read that correctly. I didn't know it existed either). Why is it every time I say purple rice, I want to belt out Prince's Purple Rain? I digress. If you're not a fan of purple rice/rice in general, you can choose from the other base options for you bowl: salad, Japchae (sweet potato noodles), or you can get a wrap. Then I chose to add potatoes (you have the option of adding potatoes, sprouts, and/or black beans), then chose chicken as my protein (you can also choose from steak, spicy chicken, organic tofu) and veggies (romaine, red cabbage, carrots, corn, sesame kale, daikon, cucuumbers, kimchi, cheese, eggs). I chose daikon, corn, and cheese. Then you can choose your sauce (gochujang, teriyaki, spicy sriracha, cucumber wasabi, sesame ginger, or yum yum). I opted to get my own side of yum yum, which by the way, that area got a bit congested. I was literally in line for maybe two minutes, paid my $7.57 for my bowl, got my side of yum yum sauce from a self-serve sauce section of the restaurant, and was on my merry way. I opened up my bowl, and it looked lovely. The bright white daikon and golden hue of the corn looked great against the purple rice. I added some yum yum sauce to my bowl, put the top back on and shook my bowl up, so I could evenly distribute the yum yum sauce. I bit into a potato, and unfortunately it wasn't all the way cooked (none of them were). What a bummer, because that's one of the components I like the best. Everything else tasted fresh. The corn was sweet and you could taste the notes of cilantro in each bite. The cheese added a nice sharp flavor to the bowl. The chicken was moist and flavorful. The yum yum sauce added a sweet, creamy, goodness to each bite. Pros: -Efficiency of the line -Variety of options to choose from -Purple rain, I mean purple rice Cons: -Potatoes weren't cooked all the way -Sauce station is a high traffic area, I think having some pre-made sauce containers, so those taking items to go would be helpful and keep that area less congested. Tips: Don't pack on a empty stomach.

Went there for lunch last week. The restaurant was packed with customers. The place reminds me of a Asian Chipotle. Pretty much the same concept. I liked that they had vegetarian and vegan dishes on the menu. The free Miso soup was also a very nice addition. I just find the place a bit to noisy.

Our Old Fashion had a nice taste. The place is very small and reservations are a must. The small cozy atmosphere was a delight to enjoy a wonderful meal and conversation. The drinks were exceptionally great and since I'm coming from California, very affordable. The food was delicious, especially the braised beef croquets, chicken friend mushrooms, whipped ricotta, and sourdough. The pork collar and the tare squash were beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. I requested the sommelier to recommend a wine that would compliment our order and the Domaine de Ferrand Chateauneuf - du- Pape a fine French wine from the Rhone Valley was our selection. This was a beautiful bottle and fine selection. John, our server was the perfect gentlemen and server with great personality and full of customer service.

We got a couple appetizers to try and a couple ramen dishes to try. The Karaage was okay, the breading wasn't special and the flavor of the nuggets and sauce were a bit underwhelming. The gyoza was disappointing and lacked flavor. The TanTan Mazemen was good but it could have used some extra toppings to help the dish, such as corn, mushrooms, or something to balance the savory flavor. The sauce was pretty good but the ratio to ramen noodles was way too much sauce. We asked for an extra bowl of plain noodles but got a bowl of noodles and sauce. The Spicy Miso was pretty good and flavorful, it had decent toppings and spice. It was a solid basic miso broth and pretty good. Overall, the food was good but there was something missing from each dish and it was a bit pricey for the individual dishes. Staff was nice but seemed somewhat rushed when we were trying to order and throughout our meal. Overall, they were very attentive and would clean off our table every time they stopped by. We felt like we had to finish our dish because they wanted to grab the empty dish. Overall, it was a decent experience. I chose the bridge park special, which was a pizza with an olive oil base mozzarella cheese with a basil pesto over it. Grilled chicken and grilled onions. The chicken taste like rubber. I did not eat it after the first piece didn't trust it. It's very hard and chewy. The rest of the pizza had a good flavor. It was served a little too hot, but considering it was 3 o'clock, I was glad it was heated thoroughly. There was a lot of olive oil on it. It was a very greasy piece of pizza you needed an extra napkin. Service was excellent. The man that took my order was pleasant and he even brought my pizza to where I was sitting that was appreciated and a surprise. As far as ambience, there's like patio twinkle lights on the top. It's a big food hall so the seating is shared among all the vendors again I was there at 3 o'clock. There was maybe two other patrons it's not a very popular time. Would it come back? Sure I would just come back closer to 12 when the pizza was guaranteed fresh I feel this might've been sitting for a while. This would've been a four or 4 1/2 star piece of pizza had the chicken, thin tender Instead, I had to go with a three cause it was neither wonderful nor was it awful. It was just good. Again, I would come back... And will. And when I do, I hope I can give it a higher score.

I got the strangest margherita pizza I have ever had, and a cheese and pepperoni that was also kind of weird. There is almost no cheese whatsoever on the margherita, and it was dehydrated too, which was also unusual. The cheese and pepperoni one was fine I guess, but there was a solid layer of pepperoni beneath the cheese, which made the texture benefit super wet. Again, all just kind of off. Service is good; not a freestanding location and it's inside the Bridgepark north market. I can't say if I would come back or not? Perhaps if I saw a tastier looking item walk by that was ordered from here. Posting a photo of one of the slices.

While there were a few minor service issues, our server was kind and attentive and acknowledged the celebration with complimentary desserts, which we truly appreciated. After dinner, my cousin and I went to wash our hands and use the restroom. At the time, all stalls were occupied and one was out of service, so we waited. When a stall opened, my cousin kindly let me go first. I finished and stood outside the stalls waiting for her for about three minutes. During that time, I noticed several people going in and out of the restroom area. I also saw a man sitting in a chair along the hallway wall near the stalls, hunched over. Shortly after, a woman exited the restroom and grabbed him to leave. I thought nothing of it and minded my own business. I also observed the executive chef enter one of the restroom stalls. When my cousin exited, she mentioned that the stall smelled strongly of smoke and that three girls had exited the stall before she entered. She said the stall smelled like marijuana but used it only because it was the only option available. She also pointed out that the man sitting outside appeared to be associated with the group who had been in the stall. We then returned to our patio table where our family was seated. Our server brought out her birthday pie along with another complimentary dessert. She blew out the candle, we shared dessert, and we began preparing to leave. A few minutes later, while we were still seated on the patio, the general manager, Nick Krafft, approached our table accompanied by Executive Chef Michael Wagner. We initially assumed he was checking in on our experience. Instead, he immediately stated, "I'm going to have to ask you not to smoke in our restaurant and bathroom," directing the accusation at my cousin and me. We were completely taken aback by both the accusation and the manner in which it was delivered. We calmly explained that it was not us and described exactly what we had observed in the restroom. We stated that neither of us smoke and never have. We even offered to have our belongings checked and explained that we had not taken any jackets or purses with us to the restroom, as our family remained at the table. Despite this, the general manager refused to listen or consider our explanation and continued to place blame on us. He did not speak to our server, who had interacted with us just moments earlier while bringing out the birthday dessert, nor did he attempt to investigate further or de-escalate the situation. As we were leaving, my fiancé asked the general manager if he actually smelled smoke on either of us. He responded "yes," which was not true, and continued to push a conclusion he had already formed. No apology was offered. We spent over $1,000 celebrating a family birthday at a restaurant we had trusted and enjoyed in the past. Instead, the evening ended with my cousin's birthday being overshadowed by an unfounded accusation. There were many guests dining that evening, yet blame was placed solely on two women who had simply used the restroom. I am a Nurse Practitioner, and my cousin is a special education teacher for autistic children. Neither of us have ever smoked. Being accused in this manner was humiliating, hurtful, and completely unnecessary. I was later contacted by the regional manager, who was understanding. However, I believe this situation highlights the need for better investigation, accountability, and staff training to prevent similar experiences in the future. A personal apology from Nick, acknowledging his actions and taking accountability, would be an appropriate step forward after innocent guests were wrongly blamed and a birthday celebration was ruined.

We had a cousin in from out of town and met up with him and his coworker. My partner picked Cap City due to the brand reputation and food. We made a 1:30pm Lunch reservation via OpenTable. We were warmly greeted upon arrival. Inside was immaculate and inviting with an upscale vibe. The food was, of course, delicious. The overall service was slow and it was a smaller table for four (we should have been in a booth) so the pacing of the dishes were off to start. Rolls didn't come to the very end because we had apps and then main dishes. When I had asked about the rolls, as I thought they forgot, I was told they just had not been out yet since we did not have room on the table. Also, we weren't really attended to and didn't see the server hardly at all, with long times without being checked on. That's the easy summary on service. I am sure it was an off day for the server or just the time of day. It wasn't terrible just below expectations for the price point. Back to food, my partner and I started with the Blue Cheese Chips, I enjoyed the Meat Loaf Dinner, and he ordered the Eggs Benedict w/Crab. Rolls at the end. We found street parking on Riverside but there is a parking garage near the front entrance.
