You basically order from the self serve kiosks and they bring your food out. We had two drinks, wings, and the original bibimbap. Prices were a little on the pricier side. They also had drinks and dessert options too. Cloud matcha: 7/10 - pretty good matcha latte with a layer of coconut cold foam. It was good but a little light on the matcha flavor. Mango jasmine tea with mango jelly stars: 7/10 - Mango flavor was there and you can taste the jasmine tea as well. The mango jelly stars were a nice texture and the flavor was faint. Fried wings (6 piece) in their yangnum flavor. It was like a sweet and spicy sauce: 6.5/10 - I loved how crispy the wings were but there was not enough sauce. Some of the pieces weren't as coated and it's a shame because that sauce was delicious! It came with a side of radish upon request and the radishes were cut into messy pieces. We came on a Wednesday and there was supposed to be $1 6 piece wings special but we were charged for the full price of the wings instead. Wings were good but we've had better to be honest. Original bibimbap: 7/10 - The bowl comes with rice, beef bulgogi, carrots, spinach, bean sprouts, shiitake mushrooms, cucumber, bibimbox sauce, and fried egg. The flavor of the beef was pretty good and the veggies were fresh. My husband seem to enjoy it very much and finished it. Overall, it was okay. When we walked in, we assumed we needed to order at the self-serve kiosks since no staff were at the counter to take our order, even though we were greeted. After ordering, we noticed they offer complimentary miso soup for guests, which was a nice touch. We served ourselves soup and fountain drinks and then waited at our table. Our Thai tea came out first. It looked great, but the taste was a bit powdery, which threw it off a little. Our food arrived shortly after and was pretty tasty overall, but not the best Korean food I've had for the price. For two teas, one fountain drink, and three meals, we spent close to $85. At that price point, I expected a bit more in terms of flavor and quality. If you're looking for a quick, casual meal to satisfy a craving, this place works. I've been here a couple of times now, and I love it! I've tried a few different flavors of wings, and they've all been delicious, and the chicken is perfectly juicy. Tonight was my second visit. I ordered the bento box again with Chicken. The Chefs have changed and tweaked some things. The kimchi was a smaller amount-not quite as good. They added spinach-it was cold and beside the bean sprouts. I do like both. Last visit, the chicken was the best I've ever had. The flavor was so good. Tonight was okay. Not quite as flavorful. Was disappointed when my favorite roll from my favorite sushi place did not get delivered and with 30 mins until they closed for New Year's Eve I was not able to try to reorder it. So after scrolling a bit more I found Bibimbox and wanted to try them out. I chose the Build Your Own Bowl as I wanted some customizations, something I couldn't do at the other popular Korean bowl place. I got Chicken Bulgogi with a Sweet Potato Noodle base, then added Mandu, enoki mushrooms, carrots, scallions, kimchi and the gochujang aioli (gochujang, mayo, garlic). I also added a side of white radishes as a palate cleanser. The Signature Melon Soda was a given. I've never had one before so why not? When I received the order the bottom of the bag was greasy and leaking through. The container was soaked so I had to clean my counter. I also didn't receive a straw for my drink. I don't know if that was the store's or the driver's fault but I managed. Nevertheless, the food was awesome. The bowl was thicc with plenty of good size portions to taste everything. It was more than what I could eat and I was fine with that because leftovers. Service was fast and the palce is spacious. They have a photo booth but it was not in service during our visit. The menu offers an impressive range of options such as bibimbap, KFC aka Korean Fried Chicken, desserts and drinks! Of course we had to try most of them lol! You order and take a number and they bring the food to your table. There's free miso soup! It's in a soup server to the right of the drink machine. Bibimbox is a lot more casual than I expected. It's like a Korean fast food spit, with the way that you just put your order into a kiosk and put in your table number and sit down to wait for them to bring your food out. The food comes out pretty quickly too, and it's all really good! But while you wait, you can make your way over to their little self serve station, where you can get little bowls and utensils, condiments, water, or some free miso soup, which was also delicious. We got the 16 wings box and I love that we were able to split it between two flavors. The soy garlic is classic and really delivers. And the yangnam is a nice switch for when you want something that's both sweet and spicy, although the spice really isn't that bad. The wings themselves aren't the biggest, but they're super crispy and still have a good amount of meat. They were super flavorful, but quite salty, so eating them required a lot of water for us. We also got the rose tteokbokki. I loved the texture of the rice cakes, super bouncy all the way through. The sauce reminded me of an extremely cheesy buldak, so it was definitely on the spicier side, but still pretty manageable. You have the option to add on the fried set, which includes fried mandu, mozzarella sticks, and fries. It would have been nice to have some fried stuff to dip into the sauce, but mozzarella sticks and fries seemed too basic to spend extra money over imo. Also for the price, I kind of expected to get an egg with the tteokbokki but it just came with rice and fish cakes. We also got the signature bingsu, because of course you have to eat something sweet after eating something spicy. The bingsu was so good! But smaller than I expected it to be for the price. Still plenty of open tables around 2PM. The menu is pretty big with bibimbap, wings, Korean fried chicken, and more. They also have Kumo Kumo Dessert Café inside, which sells matcha drinks, lattes, bingsu, soft serve, and taiyaki. Plus, they have free self-serve miso soup (literally just broth but still yummy). Pretty solid new Korean restaurant in town! Our small UYE group was made up of Jimmy, Lea, Goldie and myself. I was impressed with the appearance of the building, especially when I got a look at the creative wall art on the right side of the building. The interior has nice seating - basically all table and chairs with good spacing. The ordering area is sizable and it's also neat to see ordering on the kiosk capability. There are many ways to be creative with your meals here! The best way to do that is to order the build your own bowl selection. It may take a bit of time to complete it! When I saw that, I had no clue what 90 percent of the selections were! LOL Instead, I ordered the bento box meal. I chose the chicken bulgogi version with white rice and yum yum(?). There were a few sides that came with it. I thought the kimchi was really good! It was a good meal - sort of like a Korean fast-food style restaurant. It gets pretty busy here and we all really liked our meals. I certainly would order what I had again, but I think I would try the build your own meal option next time for fun! I will also say that the mango lemonade is a great option on the beverage side! If you can't figure out what you like, go with this one. It was great to catch up with each other again and share our thoughts on the meals we ordered. I think they should spice up the chicken a little more and not change the kimchi. It really aggravated me that it took 39 minutes for my food to come out and this is a place where you order at the counter on a machine and then sit down and wait for your food. I don't know what was going on in that place. There was six other tables sitting there not dozens. The staff seemed pretty ambivalent. They have free miso soup, but the bowl was empty and when I asked them to fill it up, they looked at me kind of silly. They never did. Went here with my girls since my husband raved about the food. The place replaced the Bojangles on Southside near Tinseltown. We ordered the Korean chicken and while we waited for our food they provide free miso which was a pleasant surprise. The food was great and the atmosphere was bright and new. This is a fair and honest review of my experience, keep in mind that I went during the soft opening and they also experienced an issue with the fryer, causing a long wait. They told me that upfront, prior to ordering, so I don't really have much to say about the wait. However, it may have been a good idea to limit orders during your soft opening, so that quality wasn't negatively affected. Two things I was disappointed about : my wings were not saucy, as you can see from the photo; the kimchi portion was tiny. The menu and what I believe I was charged for the kimchi was three dollars but the receipt shows two dollars. When you add up the total that I spent, I believe it was $3. The ah-boong is not pictured, but because they didn't have a way to take it to go, I had to eat it first, it was okay. I did wait for nearly an hour, again, it's not that I'm complaining about that because I knew it would be a long wait, it's just disappointing that the wait was for the wings and they weren't perfect... I clearly was fine with waiting, but for a good quality product. I may go back again someday, I really think they need to consider the price of the kimchi with a portion, especially comparing how much rice they gave me. read more

My coworker and I ate lunch here a couple of weeks ago. They have ordering kiosks and counter service. A Bento box and a soda cost around $20, plus a $2 tip. The drinks and complimentary soup are self-serve. It took 10-15 minutes for my food to arrive, but it was initially wrong. They corrected it quickly. The food was okay, nothing special. A big crunch has arrived in Jax! I couldnt ignore the giant chicken at the front entrance any longer. The restaurant is very cute and clean. They have lots of seating and even have a stack of high chairs if you have little ones. You can order at a kiosk or with a worker who were all very pleasant when we entered, even greating us! We ordered the Tteokbokki with cheese, fried chicken wings (soy garlic and yamgyum) , and a mango lemonade. The mango lemonade was so good and refreshing (a good amount of sweetness too). The chicken wings were super crispy and crunchy. Neither flavor was spicy if thats your thing. I was surprised to like the soy garlic over the yangyum. The Tteokbokki was good especially with cheese, it had a nostalgic tomato flavor, almost reminiscent of chef boyarde. This also was not spicy. Overall, I think you should give this spot a try, I liked the atmosphere and that you can grab gloves to prevent your hands from getting messy. I do wish that they offered small plates for the chicken. They even offer dessert but I am not the biggest fan or strawberry or matcha so I skipped the soft serve. I chose to do take out for my first time at Bibimbox. The order experience went smoothly with the kiosk, employees were around if there were any questions and the ones I asked were very helpful. The wait time was not too long. Not pictured were the fried dumplings which were tasty and flavorful. I ordered the build your own bowl with the beef bulgogi, rice, corn, zucchini, carrots, edamame and furikake. It was my first time getting furikake which added a different flavor to my bowl. I was not a huge fan of the zucchini as I prefer mine a little firmer but everything else made the bowl very filling. I ordered the OG bibimap sauce, the yum yum sauce and the sesame aioli sauce, a sweet soy sauce was added in my bag - they were all on the side. Overall I enjoyed each sauce but for my bowl preferred the sweet soy and yum yum sauce. The other sauces were good but probably better with different meat. I also had the soy garlic wings which had the right amount of crunch you expect from Korean fried wings as well as a tossed in a sauce with a good balance of flavor. would recommend read more
