Great gym for anyone wanting to get back to a routine that is fun and safe if you are over 50yo. Very nice people and wonderful staff.

Greetings fellow consumers . . …read more So, we purchased a Precor Treadmill ($2,000+) a few months ago to assist in my rehab (definitely before the Covid-19 drama) . . . & on this particular day (20 May 20) I decided to stop by the store to seek clarification regarding an ongoing issue we've been having (since Precor did not return my calls regarding this issue) . . . & upon entering the store the saleswoman (before saying ANYTHING else, says to me (with her hands extended in a crossing guard 'STOP' motion) . . . "Didn't you read the signs on the door!!!" . . . to which I said "yeah, it said "No Public Restrooms" . . . & her reply was condescendingly (to say the least) "you need to read all the signs" . . . . yeah . . . 'customer service 101' . . . don't treat customers like their your children with your condescending tone . . . We both were wearing masks when I entered the store . . . & before I even got within 10-15 feet of her . . . she made her condescending statements (with her crossing-guard stance) . . . In any case, the point of my visit was to simply ask a question (behind my mask AND the CDC's suggested 6' distance) . . . since Precor did not return my calls . . . and she was absolutely NOT helpful . . .which is bizarre to me as she was incredibly helpful when we were making our purchase . . . which I believe is a testimony to their customer service "BEFORE" the sale . . . service after . . . not so great . . . (euphemism). So, my take home message is this: If you know what you're looking for & you don't need assistance in the process . . . this is a fine place as they seem to carry quality products . . . however, IF you need customer service . . . you'd be better-off shopping anywhere else . . . Walmart, Target or even the internet . . . as that's pretty much the quality of 'after purchase service' you'll receive here . . . p.s., to be clear, if given the option . . . I'd likely not rate Precor as harshly .. . however, AZ Health . . . I'd give lower rating if it were an option. p.s.s., Note to AZ HEALTH: IF you're a retailer & you're not open for 'face to face' customer service (after the state permits you to open) . . . . your signage needs to be BETTER than this . . . & you need to figure that out) . . . though I suspect that I'll miraculously see you post a picture of a sign on your business demonstrating this . . . Surprise!!! . . . .

This afternoon (Friday, June 12th), I was at the 6327 E. Broadway store shopping for a few items…read more I was in the shoe department browsing for some court sneakers and was pleasantly surprised when Jorge, a sales associate, asked if he could be of assistance. I let him know what I was looking for and he took the time to show me and explain what they had in inventory. I was grateful that a store representative actually asked if I needed help instead of trying to hunt someone down to help me. I moved onto other areas of the store trying to find a head visor. I must have looked like I needed help as another store associate, Luis, asked if he could assist me with finding something. He guided me to the golf area and located some visors, but also brought in that department's associate, Jane, to see if there might be more in stock elsewhere. The reason I am being so detailed about my experience at Dick's today is that I can't remember being helped like this in a store, well I guess, in quite a long time. I appreciate what Dick's is instilling in their employees. That customer service does matter. I appreciate how well I was treated today and will remain a loyal customer. Thank you for hiring great folks to represent your company!

I spent a long time looking at the workout clothes because that's what interests me a great deal. My husband decided to buy HOKA Bondi 9 shoes for work. Sadly, they didn't really work out for him and I came today to return them. The customer service is so friendly and fast. And when we bought stuff a few days ago we had to we were helped quickly. I was in the store about 30 minutes this morning and nobody came up to ask me if I needed any help or if I had any questions. Been interested in getting some pants for my husband, but I just didn't see what I wanted on the display. The store was clean and I'd be willing to go back again. They have disc golf supplies and discs and that's pretty cool.
