We reached a major snag when we were putting the trainer together -- there was a small connecting wire that went through the vertical housing to attach to another wire, so that readings on the unit would transmit from the pedals to the LED screen. Ken made great efforts to help get the wire fixed, so that we could put the unit together. Between the two of us, he knew how to splice two separate millimeter wires together, reattach it to the plastic plug, and send us on our way. Although I insisted on paying something for his excellent repair skills, he refused any compensation for more than an hour that we spent on the unit. The elliptical works fine now, and I would highly recommend considering Sport and Fitness for your fitness equipment. Bill Myers 720 339 3639

The one negative critique I will make is regarding their "warehouse". They're running a business where you have to go visit their facility to check out and choose a piece of equipment, but the building is located behind a house, in a very remote location, with absolutely no signage outside at all. I'm not sure why they wouldn't put up a sign for their business, so that potential customers can locate them more easily (it took me a couple of tries to figure out the right place)....but once you get past that part, the rest of the process is very smooth, with great communication from both Shane and Vicki. i would highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing gym-quality fitness equipment go check out this business first.

Eventually, I determined I needed a boot in a wide size and Jax didn't have what I wanted. So I continued shopping for other stuff. Keith found me in the store, and recommended a boot that DID come in a wide size. And since Jax didn't have it in stock, he caught me AGAIN as I was walking out the door and put the brand & model of the shoe on a piece of paper & gave it to me to buy online. I normally only leave bad reviews, but Keith really impressed me with his friendliness and customer service. I'll be back and thank you Keith!!
