The 1-star rating comes from my experience at the gun counter to receive my certificate. I waited close to 45 minutes despite the store being almost empty. And during this 45-minute wait, one of the employees behind the gun counter flagged me and another gentleman multiple times while handling a 9mm pistol! This is unacceptable, especially since it was an employee. NEVER point a firearm at anything or anyone you are not willing to destroy, and it does not matter if it was accidental. One of the 4 basic safety rules of handling firearms and a Turner's employee working the gun counter broke that rule. If a manager of Turner's is reading this, please reach out to me. I would love to identify this employee for you.

Amazing Pickleball Experience & Great Customer Service!…read more My husband and my son went to The Rally Shop yesterday for the first time, and they were so amazed by how Han took care of them and helped them find the right pickleball gear. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made their first visit such a great experience. We came back again today, and we got new pickleball shoes and I got my new Selkirk Omni Widebody Pickleball Paddle! We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner Howard. Once again, Han was very helpful -- she guided us on what shoes are best for pickleball, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt confident with our choices. If you love Tennis, Badminton, or Pickleball, this is definitely the place to go! They have great gear, great advice, and you can even rent a pickleball paddle if you want to try one before buying. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, but special shout out to Han for going above and beyond and making our experience extra special. The store has such a nice atmosphere when you walk in, and you can feel that they truly care about their customers and the sports community. They carry much more strings than other places and I was able to do a hybrid set of new Toroline swings which feel absolutely amazing! Everything about this shop just shows their attention to detail. When my rackets were ready, I even received an automated text message from their system so I didn't have to call to check or ask when it was ready. Such a great convenience and they even put a little sticker on my racket with all of my stringing details. Highly recommend this shop to any fellow tennis players!

I am so glad I did. All the other stores I went to were full of male salesmen who were condescending because I was a woman buying my first gun. They kept trying to push tiny "purse" guns, and even pink guns. I wanted a Smith and Wesson revolver because it's a "dummy proof" gun, which is great for a novice. Ian at the Army Navy Store understood why I wanted this particular gun. He was patient, really listened to me, and answered all my questions. He was even willing to teach me about guns. He didn't have the gun in stock, but said that the following month he was going to Smith and Wesson to place his order for the year. He texted me while he was there!!! I was shocked he remembered me, let alone while he was in the middle of placing the order. Then a few weeks later, he texted me and said the gun came in! You can't beat that for customer service.
