made a return. so 1st issue is that you dont have enough in you till to perform a cash refund, as the initial purchase was cash. so then a refund was issued to my debit. not until after the transaction was complete did you notify that it will take a few days. do you think that was the best way to complete this transaction? great customer service. do better. read more

We called this Footlocker on the way after having been directed by the Footlocker in Brea Mall, saying that this store should have our sizes available. After being placed on hold on the phone for fifteen minutes while they looked for sizes, we had already gotten to the mall and decided to go straight to the store. Once we found the shoe on the wall, we waited for twenty minutes as the store attendants either helped other people who had come in after us or joked with each other and played on their phones. A little fed up with the bad service, I walked up to the counter where two of them were on their phones and asked them to bring me the sizes I needed. They didn't know the differences between men and women's sizes and just left us with the two boxes of shoes even though we had questions. Overall, I was really disappointed with the quality of service that was shown today. I was looking forward to buying two new pairs of Nike Air Maxes at this location, after having bought my first ones here a few months ago (where the attitude of a different store attendant back then was amazing). Even though they had the shoes I wanted at this location, I decided not to purchase here solely because of the terrible customer service today. read more

My son rarely shops and it's even more rare he has a compliment to share. He has a job that requires that he's on his feet all day. He finally broken down and went shopping today. He went to Dick's, Sports Authority and Finish Line. He was peeved that no one person came forward to help. not one. He finally ended up at Foot Locker. he said he was immediately greeted, his shoe was found and hec was out he door. Have to give this location 5 stars because of Carlos!! Carlos at Main offered they type of customer service I rarely see anymore. I ordered a pair of hard to find Superstar Adidas black with white stripes online for my daughter and when they came, realized I needed a size 7. I called the Main place store and while they didn't have that size or even that shoe for girls, Carlos found them at a far away store that happened to be close to his house. First, he had taken my number and promised to call me back which he did, and then he offered to personally go to that store, pick them up for me, and personally deliver them...what??! I don't always go to Footlocker, but as long as Carlos is there I will! Thanks Carlos, you should get employee of the year, and if you were my employee, representing our company they way you represented yours, you would get a nice bonus! read more

Customer service here was horrible. The cashier Natalie must have been new(hopefully) because I waited 15 minutes for her to cancel a transaction while she was audibly cursing at the register. She eventually had to find help to accomplish this. When she finally did get around to completing my transaction she asked who helped me. When I responded that no one had helped me, I pulled this shoe off the wall then began to wait in line, she became agitated and asked who got me the size. I said that the size on the wall was the correct size, then her coworker chimes in, who got you the other shoe?! Also agitated. Not one person at this store gave anything even mildly resembling customer service. Horrible. read more

Honestly was horrible...went with my family and was looking for some Shoes. I couldn't find them on display on the women's side so I went to the men's and found them. I asked an employee what their smallest size was to just buy them in men's instead. The staff member then looks at me smirks and says why not look in the women's ( kinda like why not check there idiot for your size in womens). (Recall I had already checked that there was none in the women's) I check again because maybe I missed them you know? happens. Well they weren't there and when my dad told him , staff member then says they sold out. Like? ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT A RETAIL STORE EVER!!! I went in to buy my kids shoes, I paid for them then went to the gamestop next door. My son said they fit kind of tight, so I went back and asked for a bigger size. The store manager "Leo" said "We don't have a bigger size" I said ok can I get a refund. What came next I am still in complete shock: He said "Your kids wore the shoes so they are used I can't return them". I said "We were just here and went literally next door, we never left the mall". He said "There is nothing I can do, you walked out of the store." People try on shoes all day everyday what is the difference to walking next door. This guy has a real attitude problem so instead of going back and forth arguing with someone who does not appreciate a customer especially in a time of Recession I left the store I went to South Coast Plaza mall footlocker were everybody was super friendly I told them what happened. They apologized and said "These shoes don't even look worn" my thoughts exactly. They offered to ship the correct size to me and waive the shipping fees. I will never step inside the main place footlocker as long a Leo is the store manager. I told people at work what happened and they said they had similar problems with the same guy with Returns. read more

Many of the latest and greatest athletic shoes can be found at Foot Locker. In addition to shoes, they also sell some really cool athletic T- Shirts, shorts and socks. With such a wide variety of items, this place is one of the best spots for athletes to get gear. One aspect of Foot Locker that always cracks me up is that the workers all wear referee uniforms. That silly component to the store allows athletes to feel right at home. When I stopped by the Foot Locker a few months ago, I was greeted by a sincere employee who asked me if I needed any help finding what I needed. I told him that I needed a pair of comfortable, size 12 basketball shoes. He then took me to the basketball shoes section where I picked out two designs that I wanted to try on. The man was back in a flash and in a hard decision, I went with the red and blue Nike Hyperdunks. I then thanked him for his timely service, paid for the shoes at the front, and was out of the store in 15 minutes. In my experience, I found Foot Locker to be a quick and efficient way to get great athletic shoes. Coupled with great service and a wide variety of shoe choices, l will definitely go to Foot Locker to find my next pair of basketball shoes. read more

Huge selection, they usually be one of the first foot locker store to go on sale, some shoes were clean but some of them are covered in glue stains or the box were beat up so you had to ask the em to bring you a better one. The staff were ok but most of them looked pretty pissed off especially the lesbian lady she always look like shes on her period and seem pretty mad when you ask questions. read more

The employees here have no idea what they're doing. I went in to go buy my brother his Christmas gift and they charged me twice, they claimed that the balance of the 2 transactions wouldn't show on my card but it did and I paid 75 bucks for 2 T-Shirts. I went back to the store to return the items and they told me to call my bank because they couldn't fix it. Unprofessional, uneducated, and overall lazy. I think it's just shady how the girls here lie to customers about having a size available just because they want it themselves. I came in one day and just checking in if they had fly knits racer for myself they said they only had a 6 & 7 left I tried on the 6 first thinking it was going to fit but didn't. So the person who was helping me (which who lied to me) she went to the back to get my the 7 .. So while I was waiting I looked up and I saw her from the corner of my eye coming out towards me with the box. But I heard her speaking to her Headphones *oh you want them? Okay I'll put them back* so she came out 3 second later and told me she sold the last 7 but then walked away fast and I saw her and the other girl laughing. So this random guy came up to me and asked me if I was doing okay of course I asked him to bring out a 7 for me WHICH HE DID & told me it was the last one and it was hidden in the back. When the girl saw me trying them on her face went completely white. Because she knew, I knew she was lying & pulled That scandalous move and I totally ignored her after that. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!! Called in once on 1/7/16 6:50pm Cathy answered asked her if she could check for a item in stock she flat out just hangs the phone up. I call back again and she hears me start to talk and hangs up. Try a 3rd time she answers I tell her what I'm looking for had to tell her 3 times she's like I don't know what that is. (I'm looking for a hoodie sweater how hard is that to know what it is.)I then tell her I have the number of the item she says oh system is slow what is it again! ARE YOU KIDDING ME I TOLD YOU 4 times! Then she gets quiet and says no we don't have it. Chances are she didn't even look for it what bad service. Foot Locker is one of the best basketball shoe stores there is and is not only about basketball shoes, they also have dress shoes and running shoes. They have an abundance of shoe designs and a variety of shoes types for example, Kobe 9, Lebron 11, KD 7, CP3, Hyperdunk 2014. Running and, roshes shoes, which are running shoes in many colors and much more styles. The prices, which are a little expensive, don't really matter to the customers or me, because the shoes are worth it. The employees are very nice ,ecstatic and respectful. I have never gone to a store that has a plethora of shoes like Foot Locker does. Because Foot Locker is one of my favorite stores, i usually shop there . I feel very jovial when i shop there, in addition; i don't get bored. Basketball shoes, which i like a lot, Foot locker has a variety of it in their store . I feel content when i shop there, because there is a lot of shoes to choose from this amazing store.
