If you're having everyone sign in on a dang iPad you need to TELL EVERYONE WHO WALKS IN or have signs that instruct people on what to do. So we sign in and wait. And wait. And wait. Honestly. 4 people working the counter and each of them are leaning on the glass just taking their sweet time. We sat around waiting for over 40 minutes just to purchase ammo before we walked out extremely frustrated without being helped. Our phone got a text that they were ready for us when we were 10 mins away from the store. I get it. You're going to argue that each person gets great customer service and blah blah blah but if you're going to encourage your employees to take over 20 minutes with a customer, then you need more employees behind the counter. And put clear signage up that lets people know what the process for being helped is.

Upon entry, you are greeted by staff but I can see they watch you like a hawk. I guess it has been because there were theft in the past months so they are careful. They follow you everywhere so it made my shopping experience uncomfortable. I tried on a few Nikes and Hoka but they just didn't fit well. Plus I've seen bettter prices at actual Hoka stores. I do give them credit for having a wheel spin for kids to see if they can win a pair of shoes.

I had to reference the law before they finally printed one. The toddler shoes I bought (quoted as $70 only when I reached the register) turned out to have a Velcro strap that would not stay closed. When I tried to return them about 20 minutes later, I was told the shoes were worn, even though the associate had encouraged my child to wear them out of the store -- and the strap issue was the entire reason for the return. Overall, the experience felt not transparent, manipulative, and deceptive and I personally would not go back.

My family bought me a pair that are a size to small and now I'm three months into trying to get a new shoe or new size or anything . Footlocker has beeen NO help and my problem is still is on going and footlocker is not helpful to people with disabilities in my experiences with them .
