Waitress ruined my son's birthday celebration! June 2026. My son is 11. Decided to have his friends, & our family for a Friday night out. Wanted to take advantage of their happy hour till 6pm. Worst service / experience I have ever had. Sandy a waitress was rude to our party. Came off aggressive, wasn't pleasant Immediately wouldn't take our next beer order - cause we ordered it too fast. We had over 30 people there all buying food, drinks, game cards - but still harsh rude aggressive loud poor service. Questioning each order of beer. Then before we even did cake brought the check and after - asking her to do it a certain way. She messed it up and was interrupting the basketball game/ conversations to figure out how to handle the bill. Asked for water, napkins. Didn't serve us. Basically cut us off and even told members if our party we couldn't order more. I was so embarrassed for my party. I see now why they weren't busy on a night showing the NBA final game. Poor management didn't help when approached. Definitely lost a few customers! Hope corporate reads this and understands why customers don't come back. And really to ruin and cut short a 11 year olds birthday party short. Wow. Lesson learned. read more

Didn't care much for the food pizza and wings were just average. Wait time was not bad for being a Saturday night I think we got a table in like 15 minutes. We celebrated our son's 10th birthday here and it was a great experience. Initially we had trouble booking the ocho lanes because of the holidays but Amanda was very helpful and booked us the lanes. When we arrive for the party, we had so much fun, the food was really good. We ordered pizzas and should definitely say they were awesome! I would usually guess that sports bars and arcades have greasy pizzas but this place pleasantly surprised me with fresh ingredients. All the service was awesome, thanks to Tiki! It was our first time visiting Big Al's last Wednesday, and we had such a great experience. Our waitress, Gorgi, was incredibly sweet, humble, and welcoming. She was very attentive and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The happy hour food was delicious and very fulfilling, which made the experience even better. Other employees also stopped by to check on us, which really showed how much they care about their guests. Coming all the way from Long Beach, she truly made us feel welcomed and comfortable. FALSE ADVERTISING!! We drove from one city to another looking for an affordable bowling alley. I ran across Big Al's and noticed on their website they are offering "Kids Bowl FREE". Then we get to the register and one of the employees ends up telling me it's $30! That is not mentioned in the ad at all. The only reason we went there was to expect our kids to play for free in the Arcade & Bowling. But no we had to spend everything at regular price! Our first time (and probably last) to a Big Al's today 3/2 at 1pm. My kids and I opted to go with one hour of lane time. We were assigned to Lane 20. Lane 13-19 were full with people. There was clearly a female server assigned to this area. We sat with the green screen pictured waiting for a server for nearly 40 minutes. She was clearly making her rounds to the other nearby lanes and going to the bar to grab their drinks. She came and asked what I needed and I asked for a menu as we had never been there before. She said she would grab a menu, disappeared and never came back: Horrible follow up and service. That sealed the deal for me. I opted to go walk to the bar to order our food (which takes time out of my hour lane time to play with my kids) and expressed how disappointed I was. The female bartender Aneese (I for sure butchered the spelling but they have no name tags)...she was key in customer retention. She took my order and then offered to bring our drinks to our lane. She brought our drinks and then since our pizza was taking so long she sent out chips and salsa in the meantime to hold us over. When we got our food she came to check on us and she was just great. She was a bartender. Not a lane server and should be in charge of training the lane servers in customer service. Sadly we will not be back because lane service is no issue at Bowlero. I'm giving a poor rating for the overall experience with waiting for zero service and multiple lane issues. The bartender: She gets a 5 Star rating in my book and I tipped her accordingly (100% of the bill) but I feel management needs to see this and make some changes in terms of service/attentiveness. Looks like this is not a one-odd issue by the other reviews. You need lane servers that are hustlers and great at multi-tasking...and FRIENDLY. Our server that disappeared seemed bothered. read more

We decided to give this place a try , and we had a blast . We enjoyed a game of bowling for about 70 bucks for 3 including shoes. I felt it's it bit strap but nothing is cheap now days. Cool feature when bowling with kids and adult there is an option for the bumper to go up and down for each player on their own ! Thought that was neat The food was okay . The wings hit the spot of texture the heat was good but could be hotter lol that just us . Our fries were over cooked to a crisp though ! The Mac was barely even warm , which is ironically served on a small skillet ‍. Hopefully next time the food will be better . Service was great especially in the arcade area . I think we spent another 50 bucks on a point card and all 3 of us enjoyed games for a good 45 minutes, we still have point to play . Over all this place is huge and pretty well kept . Boxing ppv events are held in a large room curtained off. $10 cover. 5 screens (2 massive and 3 smaller ones) Pros - the smaller screens quality is pretty clear/crisp with decent definition. - nice size with a lot of seats. - good atmosphere Cons - the 2 massive screens quality is very poor. Poor definition and lighting. Overall 7/10 - good place to catch a fight. Drinks pricey (as they are everywhere I suppose) $21(with tip) for a margarita. - seats aren't very comfortable. read more

I was out in the near by area visiting family and came across this place. Needed a drink after a long day hanging out with sober people. Anyways loved it met a cool bartender. Georgie I hope that's right. She was great. Super funny and great little conversations with her when she wasn't busy. Definitely what I needed after a long night. Now I know where to stop by when I come out here. The drinks were also delicious. The place seems fun especially with some friends. Headed to Big Al's today to watch the World Cup Mexico game and our waiter was Nemo. Nemo provided outstanding service during a very busy time at Big Al's . Despite how crowded it was, he remained kind, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. He checked on us regularly, made sure we had everything we needed, and maintained a positive attitude the entire time. It's clear that he genuinely cares about providing great customer service. Thank you, Nemo, for making our experience so enjoyable! After Nemo left our table was taken over by waitress named Sandy. Sad to say I can't say the same for her she was rude loud and over charged us. Also stated you been checked out knowing she had over charged us. When trying to explain to her she overcharged us she refused to listen and walked away stated the manager is coming. Manager came and refunded what she overcharged. Went here last night with my girlfriends. I arrived a little bit later as they were already there, 5:30ish. They had already ordered as it was Happy Hour. I wanted to place an order as well but no one had come to our table. Our server don't come til 30 minutes later and I placed my order. I remembered the timing because HH was almost order. More of our girlfriends arrived, so we asked to move to a bigger table. When we changed tables, my order already arrived and my friend who placed her order right before my arrival didn't get her food yet. My other friends who just arrived placed their order and it came out right away, yet the one who ordered at 5:30 didn't get her order yet. We asked one of the servers who brought our drinks if they can check on the order and he said I'm not your server and left. At that point we were fed up and asked for the manager. He eventually comped the food, but her food didn't come out til an hour and a half after she ordered it. They have HORRIBLE SERVICE and CUSTOMER SERVICE! As far as the food, 3 of us ordered the fish and chips. I asked them what they thought of it and we all agreed, the fish taste like those frozen fish sticks you buy from the grocery store. The food was absolutely amazing--huge shoutout to Chef Ruht and the entire cooking staff for delivering another unforgettable meal. My steak was cooked to absolute perfection, juicy and full of flavor. My wife's tequila shrimp mac and cheese was rich, creamy, and packed with the perfect kick. A little family outing on a Saturday night, lets go play some fun games and we can eat there too, easy. I was wrong on so many levels to think this as we headed to Big Al's. Normally I wouldn't even dream about talking about the quality of food at a place like this, but once the menu was looked at, I realized this isn't priced like snack bar food, this is priced higher than a lot of decent restaurants. Now there is an expectation! This review is not about our server, she took our order and everything came out with nothing missing, she had a great smile and attitude. This review is about the garbage they served us, the inability of a cowardly manager, CRAIG, to handle a situation, and the fact that I will tell everyone I know, and don't know, to never come here. You had your chance, CRAIG. We ordered the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich, Prime Time Steak Bites, and a Vegetarian Pizza. What we got was some bread with meat on it and American cheese slices laying on top, yup, not even melted, just laying there. In a little skillet we also received a soup with rubber balls, well, mushrooms actually that had soaked in whatever way too long and for safety reasons could not be eaten, and then 6 total "bites" of meat in which 4 were just cuts of fat. I am not kidding, they actually cut the fat into "bites", they genuinely put effort and energy into making these look like the steak bites. We also received some raw dough with veggies on top of it, I guess we are supposed to cook it ourselves, but we couldn't find the pizza oven, just like the people working in the kitchen. Now we are polite group, we quietly told the server all three plates are bad, she said she would get a manager to come over. This is where we should have met Craig, nope. Craig decided we were not good enough to speak to about our experience, and he sent a message back with our server for us, "I gave you a discount and have a Brookie desert on us". Let me get this straight, you are 3 for 3 fails on the menu already, and your saving grace is to give us something else from the kitchen as a way to make up for everything, from where ever you were hiding? You want to be a manager Craig, then put some effort into the what is being served to your guests, at flipping insane prices I should mention. If something goes wrong, in the hospitality world, you try to make it right, make us want to come back and try again. You served garbage and you made us pay for it. A steak blob sandwich, some bites plus a small wet dough veggie carrier, a Dr.Pepper and a Coors Light , along with our generous Craig discount, you know for not being able to eat any of the food, came to a total of $51.00. And we tipped our server, because she tried unlike Craig. Also, Craig, 3 of your 4 men's urinals are out of order in the restroom, but you probably know this if this was your hiding place. Oh, and we walked thru the Arcade but we did not play anything. Saddest arcade I have ever seen. 1 out of 10, I do not recommend, thanks Craig. read more

My son and i have been taking advantage of the summer deals of kids play free in arcade, they have certain foods on Happy Hour too during 3-6 so that's also a plus.
