Fun Concept, Great Bar & Atmosphere The Truck Yard area has a really nice concept with outdoor seating and a variety of food options. However, all the food options are non-vegetarian, so if you're vegetarian, I wouldn't recommend it for food since there aren't any vegetarian choices available. That said, the bar is absolutely awesome. The interior looks amazing, and the staff working there were very nice and sweet. A young guy helped me out and was really friendly. I ordered a fun and creative drink made with cranberry and vodka--it was served in a blood-bag-style pouch! It sounds funny, but it was actually really cool and unique. Overall, the place is highly recommended for hanging out. It has both indoor and outdoor seating, live music that was really good, and a very friendly crowd. I even saw families with kids, probably because of the food truck setup. They also have fire pits outside, which makes sitting outdoors even better, especially in cooler weather. There are different styles of seating as well, which adds to the experience. If you get a chance--especially to sit outside by the fire--it's definitely worth visiting. read more

Welcome to OKC Truck Yard! We are so happy you are here! Cheers to this new addition in OKC. First, you have to find it. We had the hardest time. Pro tip: Put Bass Pro Shop in your GPS. Once in the Bass Pro Shop parking lot look south (if you are looking at Reno turn around, that's south, it's also looking towards the OK River). Then drive that direction, south, in the parking lot until you see the Truck Yard sign and tons of cars. You're welcome. It's a perfect spot for an early team evening out. We came to celebrate a friend's next chapter and I instantly loved the cozy, backyard-chic lawn chairs from my childhood kind of vibe--it's a country meets playful, colorful, and modern kind of experience. I'm not quite so sure I'd venture here on my own, but it's ideal for groups, especially if you're wanting to hangout outside. And don't miss the bathrooms, at least the lady's room. It's totally one of those quirky, hidden gems that makes the whole experience more fun. Bathroom adventure: unlocked. The service was great--a couple of us were directly under these giant indoor heaters in the inside meets outside space and we were melting. They kindly took care of it. Once we had some reprieve from the heat, we finally started enjoy ourselves. So if you're dying of heat with the heaters on, just ask! They listen! The drinks were fine and everything you'd expect beer, wine, and quirky cocktails abound, but the rotating food trucks is where this place really shines. The night we were there, everyone in our group could find some tasty dinner treat. As a bonus they had live music (we caught a show on Friday night). We went down to see the land run monument and found the Truck yard. It's an enclosed area with all kinds of things going on. They used old wooden doors to create the fence. You park nearby and walk into this open-air setup with picnic tables scattered under string lights, a flatbed truck serving as a stage, and a steady rotation of food trucks, some local, some brought in. The main area has a very large bar with plenty of covered seating. Food trucks line up along the east side. What I thought was cool was there were lawn chairs hanging all long the fence line and located pretty much everywhere. I assume these are for the patrons use. The food prices were pretty high IMO, but I guess you are paying for the atmosphere. Was a nice place to stop and set a spell. Wish Arizona had something similar to this. Genuinely such a neat place. Drinks were phenomenal and 3-4 food trucks lined up outside if you are wanting food to go along with it. They offer samples so you are guaranteed to have something you enjoy rather than taking a chance. Highly recommend the Passion Fruit Margarita or The Purple Drink. Multiple different areas to hang out and heaters all over. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Taqiyyah who made our experience even better with her service. Super friendly bartender and would highly recommend others to go to Truck Yard because of the service you receive. Live music happens at multiple times throughout the week. I was so excited OKC got a Truck Yard! I've loved the Dallas location for years, so it's a huge win for OKC to get one. The OKC location is way bigger than the Dallas one too! We came here for a work event there was about 60-70 of us! I'm from NY and absolutely loved this place it was a great laidback environment super clean and the drinks were good I tried the purple drink and the cherry limeade both good!! The food was from the food trucks I tried the ribeye nachos and the cheese fries both delicious one thing the food trucks I don't think were ready for the group our size but we did all get served! They had a stage for a singer, huge tv, multiple fire pits even an old airstream for karaoke! The ladies restroom decor was fantastic I highly recommend this to anyone!! There is a decent variety of food options to choose from though it might be a tad difficult to please picky kids. I was not able to find a plain cheeseburger. The live music is ok but is a bit loud for a normal conversation. We were eating there during the Oklahoma / Texas Tech softball game in the world series and I would honestly have rather heard the game commentary. The format for getting food is that you can go up to any truck you want and order or you can scan a qr code at your table for the servers to bring food to you. We've come several times since it's opening here in OKC. The food trucks always fall short. Just not the great food we've had at festivals here in OKC from food trucks. Tonight we came to watch the Thunder game. Had to show our ID to get in because over 21 2hrs before game time. When we came in there were little kids everywhere, which was no problem at all but why act like it's adults only for games. We ordered margaritas and watched the bar tender fill our cups packed to the brim with ice. When asked if he'd dump some of that ice out he told me he was required to fill them with ice. Very secure which was nice, they check id's at the gate and at the bar. Went on a Wednesday and it was pretty packed. Wait times for drinks weren't long and they were made well definitely recommend the frozen options like the mangonada. Food was pretty average though tbh. We got the nachos but not by choice. The food trucks start closing pretty long before the actual venue closed (about two hours before) so there was only one open. I wouldn't recommend coming for food but definitely the drinks. This is a fun place, but the parking is a SCAM. You're supposed to pay for parking and then it's validated if you buy something. I went on a Friday and had a pending charge on my credit card for 4 days, and had to dispute the charge on the 5th day when it hit. What a pain! I'm pescatarian (seafood, no meat) and I can always find options that work for me when I eat out with friends. They had a veggie Philly Cheesesteak, so I ordered it (my other option was wings; no seafood options). For the same price as a regular Philly Cheesesteak I got a bun with cheese and grilled veggies. I was expecting more. No issue with ambiance or service, just heinous parking debacle and poor selection for nonmeateaters. read more

Stopping here was an absolute pleasure! We were traveling across country and made a pitstop to grab a beer and some food and a place that was dog friendly, especially for our German Shepard; Truck Yard exceeded the expectations. The staff that was working (01-08-26 morning shift) were so friendly and polite, they even were spoiling our dog with pup cups and milk bones! When people leave, they let more in. There is an indoor covered area, outdoor area with lawn chairs and an outdoor, elevated area with tables.
