We decided to stop in Amarillo for the night to find a shop in Amarillo , landing with Marc after 2 other shops could not fit us in their schedule that day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and showed me how he knew the compressor was no longer working properly. I went to his shop about 9:30am and he had us back on the road a little after 2pm. We made it to southern California comfortably...if you are passing through or live near Amarillo, you will not find better quality of service or fair cost than Bullard's Auto Repair!

Recently he worked on my 2012 Ford F150 Since I had an extended warranty; Marc Went to work and fixed what Street Volkswagen could not fix after 4 times in their shop. Mark worked hard to get the work done as quickly as possible he let me know what the warranty would not cover so I could make a plan to pay the rest. I also found out that previous work Supposedly done by the afore-mentioned dealership never happened. Like when I bout the vehicle the dealership supposedly replaced a water pump and replaced the spark plugs. The plugs were the original from when the truck was new as per the black dots on all Ford F150 original spark plugs. Needless to say, I will never take a vehicle back to Street Volkswagen for work. The Dealership also was supposed to fix an issue with the Flywheel and Starter which is now starting to act the same way before I took it to the dealership. So I would pretty certain it was not fixed properly the first time. What I am saying is Marc Bullard will fix you vehicle properly!!!!!

Then held my car hostage until cops made them give up the key. They even threatened the cop to take my car if I didn't move it at their pace. Very rude and asked for my "husband" and told me I "didnt know anything". I don't recommend this company at all. They are also working with an auto sales place too. Be careful!!!!

My car stalled on the road and I was flooded and could not get help until several hours after the incident. Eventually I had to get my car towed to my place but I was without a car. At the time, I had no major obligations that required me to get around but nonetheless, I was without a car for a while. I was fortunate that my insurance company was able to recommend this place for repairs. I ended up having to have me entire battery replaced,la and behold, they even found a better one for me. Terry dug in and found the issue and fixed it in one day and was a very reasonable cost. Yes, it took a couple weeks to get on his schedule, but very, very well worth it!! He has my business for life!
