It was a little pricey for him to go to the dealership and conduct the review but he found a ton of problems and ultimately recommended that I do not purchase the car. Over the past 10 years, I've bought and sold many vehicles and worked with over 20 inspectors. Their job is to meticulously examine the car and deliver a detailed report to the buyer. Unfortunately, my experience with Steve was far from satisfactory. He arrived 20 minutes late and took over three hours to inspect the car. After checking my security footage, I saw he spent much of the time doing little, sitting in the car with the AC on, and repeatedly revving the engine. He also left fingerprints all over the vehicle during his inspection. I've worked with numerous inspectors and respect their expertise, but Steve's conduct was unprofessional. He even interrupted my wife, who was working from home, to have her come out and activate the turn signals to verify they worked--an absurd request for a supposed professional. Rather than providing a thorough inspection, Steve seemed more focused on driving the car and offering subjective opinions, like stating the car was "uncomfortable" and not ideal for long drives. A quick look at his past reviews reveals similar complaints. While his rates may be lower than those of a qualified mechanic or inspector, you get what you pay for. He left a mess on the passenger seat and called me with basic questions, such as why a red light indicated an open door, which any competent inspector should know. I'm writing this to spare others the frustration. For a reliable inspection, invest in a professional--it's worth the extra cost. I will not permit Steve to inspect any of my vehicles in the future.

After i booked online, the inspector, Dabo contacted me right away to confirm the details, and he arrived at the dealership on time. Even though the vehicle wasn't there (in a warehouse), he waited for them to bring the vehicle to the dealership. Dabo inspected the vehicle thoroughly, and told me of all the various issues he found on the vehicle, and i'm really glad i did not buy it cause it would have been a headache and cost thousands of dollars to repair all the issues the dealership was hiding on the vehicle. I was satisfied with the report (along with pictures) that were provided promptly after the inspection was completed. Because i did not buy the vehicle, i wanted to have another inspection on another vehicle that very same day, and i'm very glad Dabo was able to accomodate my request. Dabo again inspected the vehicle, told me about the issues on the vehicle, and again he saved me a headache because i was able to make a deal with the dealership to fix those issues that he found on the vehicle before i purchased it. He also provided the inspection report promptly. All in all, my experience with inspectiver was very positive. Dabo was very friendly, professional, and his experience in talking about issues that he found on the vehicle was very helpful for my purchasing decisions. In addition, I feel like the price inspectiver charges for doing a pre-purchase inspection is quite reasonable. If i had to buy another vehicle, i would use inspectiver again.

He is very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He spent over an hour inspecting everything in a very organized manner and explaining to me options of fixing the issues he found. Dr. Wheel is on the lower side of the equation. The other thing, they come to your house. Say what? Got me wondering how solid of a repair we were looking at. Well, once I dug into the process, saw that the work is warranted for a year, I figured I'd give them a shot. First, we had them do two aftermarket wheels which relatively minor damage. The result was pretty incredible. The wheels looked good as new and honestly, I couldn't remember where the blemishes were . Months later the wheels looked great. Today, we got four wheels on my wife's car done, all with curb rash to a varying degree and the result was great. The challenge today wasn't the damage, it actually wasn't super complex or extensive. It was the color. From the factory, the color is pretty unique, but the Dr. Wheel team got it pretty much exactly. A special shout out to Jonathan, who came out to our house twice and did a great job. Friendly, professional, thorough, and just an all around solid dude. Not that I hope to get more curb rash on any of our wheels (nor do I wish that for you!), but if we do, we will definitely go back to them. We've already referred them to a few neighbors.

Wow, Western Tire Co is one heck of a great family owned and operated business. I'm a first time car owner and I get a little freaked out whenever anything goes wrong with my car. So, when I discovered one of my tires was leaking and, no matter how many times I topped it up with air, it kept leaking, I took it in to Western Tire Co and crossed my fingers that I wouldn't need a new tire. First of all, I didn't have an appointment, just stopped in on my way home from work, but the people who work there were SO nice and told me they could squeeze me in. I felt like I was in the right place just because of the way they greeted me and they hadn't even looked at my tire yet! I only waited about 15 minutes before they checked out my tire and discovered that there was indeed a screw buried in the tread. They removed the screw, patched up the tire and charged me a mere $20 for their labor. That was weeks ago and I haven't had a single problem with that tire. I'm still so thankful for the way I was treated at Western Tire Co and I continue to mention them to everyone I know. read more

If there were a 10 Star Review Option, these guys would get it hands down! I'm still in shock that places like Western Tire exist! It truly felt like one of the last honest and integrity driven places you'd expect a business to be-- you don't find places like this anymore! I ran over a screw and had no idea what to do, nor did I have the time to research and make an appointment. I happened to be across the street from Western Tire when I noticed the screw lodged in my tire and called them. I spoke with Josh, he told me the repair price and that he could get me in and out right away. Fantastic news as I was already running late for a meeting! I thought I misheard him when he said $20. I arrived, josh and his team greeted me right away and wasted no time repairing my tire. Literally probably took less than 15 mins. Western Tire is by FAR the best place to go for tires and alignments!! 100 % honest and top notch customer service. I recently took my Ford Explorer in for a a flat repair (because there was a nail in the tire) and they told me "there will be no charge because we pulled the nail and it did not puncture the tire so you're good to go." Doesn't get any better than this place. And Cheryl F's review from 05/31/2016..... Tires do not go bald by themselves. Either lack of maintenance (meaning rotating tires) or if there is an issue with alignment, control arms or ball joints etc... But tires do not just get bald by themselves. read more

I couldn't afford a new tire at the moment but Juan R., the salesperson, was a true blessing. He understood and said "Let me see what I can do". I had a flat tire, was expecting to replace it, brought it to francisco-who was awesome. said all i needed to do was patch it, quoted me $6.00 for a patch and $12.00 for a plug..my dad had told me i would expect to pay $40, so it was a relief to find that it was so dirt cheap. Francisco-put a lot of labor and love into repairing my tire, told me what was wrong, alternative solutions so it would be inexpensive. tipped him double the cost of everything cuz he was so great, and it was around the block. highly recommended. read more

These guys are awesome! I called 12 tires shops looking for the AT tire I was seeking. They were super friendly, informative and accommodating. I asked to plasti-wrap my brake calipers red while they removed my tires and they accommodated, when most places wouldn't. Stop you're research, because I did it for you. Go to these guys! This place is incredible. I got four new tires mounted and balanced on my car at an amazing price, including the optional road hazard warranty. And they did it without an appointment, while I waited and listened to them shoot the you know what in the office. Now my car drives better than it did when I bought it years ago. I'm a regular client of the western tire for several years and the service they provide has improved a lot over the past. I was never waiting for long hours and every time when I visited there the job is finished less than an hour. The service is continuous in lunch hours with put any halt. I have had to fill air in my driver's side rear tire twice. Dropped by Diamond Tire & Wheel on a Wednesday morning at around 9:15am. There was a car in the driveway with tire work being done. I let the person doing the work know I had a slow leak and he said he would look at it next. After a 10 min wait, he finished the car ahead of me and had me pull the car into the driveway. A few mins later, he had the tire off, showed me the nail in the tire, and about 10 mins later, he was putting it back on. Paid the small fee to patch up the hole and I was on my way. Great job! Something to know, there isn't a lot of parking. Pretty much one spot in front of the shop and street parking. I got a spot on the street when I first arrived. When I moved it to have the work done, two other people parked in the spot and waited a few mins and then moved on. Impatient, if they waited just 10 mins they would have been next!

They said it would take about 45 minutes to change the tires and balance them (standard) so I headed across the street for some Starbucks and wandered back 30 minutes later and the work was already done. Very happy with the service and the staff. I'll be back for any repairs I need in the future.

Her tone was dismissive and disrespectful, and that's something I can't ignore. I've dealt with the other guy before, and he was the complete opposite -- friendly, helpful, and patient. That's the only reason I came back. But this lady? Absolutely no customer service skills at all. It's shocking how someone like that is allowed to represent a business. If you value being treated with basic respect, I strongly suggest avoiding her. There's a right way to talk to people, and she clearly hasn't learned it. This is my second experience with Noho Tire & Wheels…read more My first experience went brilliant. I came in with a tire that was losing pressure due to a nail and they patched me up in no time at a reasonable cost and sent me on my way. Just a positive experience all around. This time I was towed in with a very bad flat and without even a greeting a "Hello, how are you doing?" Or a "Hey what's going on with your tires today?" A man seated in the alley approached me and was immediately pressuring me to buy four brand new tires at a cost of $110 each without even looking at my tires first. He told me that my tires are old and they should be replaced and that if I didn't agree right away it would cost me more money later. This level of aggression was cold and disheartening and it is absolutely the reason why I will go somewhere else to get my tires replaced. After dealing with the unfriendly and aggressive sales tactics, the service was speedy and efficient and I was able to get back on my way with a new tire. Overall I would still recommend them to people in the area but I'll be on the lookout for another place going forward.
