Imagine getting off of a graveyard shift from work, you finish your shift and wall to you car only to find that you have a flat and have to change that flat tire after a hard day at work. exactly what happened to me. Took my car here once they opened. No one was there so early. Gave them a run down of what happened. Froyd let me know that he would check of it was repairable if not a decent used tire would be like $65. In the blink of an eye he had my tire repaired, placed back on my vehicle checked air and everything. Paid and done. the whole thing took 20 minutes at the most. even jacked up my vehicle with my daughter in the car. these guys are awesome!!!! their customer service was on point!!! their services were that of a business with a sense of urgency!!! I recommend you bring your car here if you need anything involving tires. repair cost me $25. in and out in no time. 2025 update Burbank Tire Spot did me right. My car has finally hit the age that the battery sensors for the tire pressure warning light have died. That means I am getting a false low-pressure light on my dashboard. I called Burbank Tire Spot and Felipe told me to bring in. He has a reader and I had one dead battery with two very low ones. I need this feature as it is a safety issue driving to work. The was very nice and answered all my questions. The Tire Spot backs all their work. If I have any issues what do ever with their work. They will back it up. The price was fair and they had all the tires off and replaced the sensors in about 20 min. The crew is very nice. There was a person that pulled in when I was there and Felipe helped them out with advice on their issues. Felipe, Fidel, Ernesto and Iliana make a great crew. Got a screw in my tire unfortunately and called probably like 10 other shops including Costco and all of them a) either had hours long waits or b) insisted I needed an entirely new tire. I called Burbank Tire Spot and they said I could come immediately to get it patched. There was no wait at all, they immediately took the tire off and patched it. One of my tires had a low pressure warning, and I noticed a nail right in the center. Since I work near the Empire Center, I decided to stop by Burbank Tire Spot since it was only a 3min drive. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by one of the staff members. They quickly removed the tire, removed the nail, patched it up, reinstalled it, and even topped off the air in all my other tires. One of my tire literally blew up on the freeway, luckily I had a spare to replace it with. Next day I called this place to see if they had used tires to replace my blown out tire with and guy that answered the phone confirmed they had tires available. One option for $50 the other for $75 depending on thread life. Brought my car in, and as I was pulling in, literally 3 guys stood up from where they were sitting and started to help me (even before I got out of my car). One directed me where to park, the other went towards my trunk to get ready to get my tire, and the other to talk to me about my choices. Told them I needed used tires, they brought out the two options (and they were really good condition. Looked new actually, but they're obviously used. Even for the $50 the thread life was still better than what I have on now) [I'm due for 4 tire replacements, just holding off a little longer so this is temporary.) Unfortunately, my car has the lug nut wheel lock and when I replaced my tire with my spare, I lost my tire lock adapter. They were happy enough to break off the lug nut lock to replace my tire at no additional cost.) I WAS IN AND OUT IN 10-15 min. I saw them balance the new tire before they installed it. They didn't try to upsell me on new tires. They even gave me quote for new tires (3 brands) when I asked for it and they all sound really reasonable. I typically get new tires from Costco, but I might give this shop a shot for the new tires when I'm ready. Couldn't be happier! Thanks! read more

Got a bad flat on a Sunday morning right before work. Most Tire shops are closed on Sundays. Most tire shops are not Burbank Tire Spot. From the initial phone call inquiring about my EV tire. These guys were next level. I had to get my tire towed after I realized I would not make it 3 miles on my run flat tires. After arriving they noticed a slight dent on my rim I caused trying to drive on a run flat. They offered to straighten the dent on the rim for an affordable fee. Got my tire switched. The gentleman also stated that in the future they can drive out to me if it's a short, local distance and switch out the tire where I'm at. Considering they're not busy at the time. This shop was clean and organized. Very hospitable. He even offered me an ice cold Coke before I left on a warm day. I made sure to leave a Tip with my payment. These guys are A+.
