Aaron @ pit stop thank you sir ! You have helped to keep my car on the road daily for almost 2 years now. I wouldn't take my Cadillac anywhere else. If you have a classic that you drive daily, or any car for that matter I would highly recommend pit stop as they are very reasonable, knowledgeable and reliable.

Where do I start. I hate writing reviews. especially negative ones. I recently purchased a spacer leveling type lift to be installed on my SUV for just over $400 so that I could install some larger tires on my car. I asked pit stop if they would be able to install them and they said that it shouldn't be a problem. Once pit stop received my vehicle they determined that they had no idea how to do it. I'm not a mechanic but I am fairly mechanically inclined and believed them so I went ahead and ordered a full suspension lift kit for the vehicle for $1200 plus shipping. I'm not able to return the leveling kit once the box is opened since the company can't resell items the could have potentially been installed and uninstalled. Pit stop installed the lift kit I purchased and installed the new tires I had purchased for the vehicle (The tires were purchased after I made a specific trip over to pit stop to make sure that the tires I was ordering would fit). I received a call from pit stop once the car was "done" to go pick up the car. When I got to the shop I noticed the car wasn't lifted and that the front two tires were not able to fully turn left or right without tearing up the inside of my wheel wells in the front. All four tire sensors were also non functioning. (Aaron told me to just "take it down the street" to a separate mechanic so the he didn't have to deal with it.) The shop failed to realize that the springs I ordered were not lift springs but lowering springs. It cost me almost $1000 to have the kit installed. I finally looked at the stock suspension myself as it was out of the car and no longer on the vehicle and then looked at the original spacer lift that I had purchased for $400 and it took me about 3 minutes without any tools to put one of the spacers on one of the rear shocks where it was supposed to go. I sent aaron a photo of what I had figured out with no response. I have also asked him 5 separate times what it would cost to have new springs put on the lift suspension and he's yet to even get back to me. Side note: I also own an RV rental business and have been taking my fleet to this shop with it's previous owner for years. When aaron purchased pit stop from Ron he inherited their clientele as well. You'd think they would want to keep a regular customer happy. I have now taken my vehicle to a different mechanic and am in the process of swapping the aftermarket suspension out for the original suspension with the spacers installed. Some how not an issue for this other mechanic. This will also cost me $1000. My advice, take your vehicle somewhere else. Unless you enjoy completely wasting money and time. I'll leave this review up until they find a way to fix what happened. below is a picture of the original suspension with the spacer i installed after 3 minutes of tinkering. The second photo is a picture of the aftermarket suspension with what is clearly a spring that is too small for the shock. How they didn't know that this spring was too small is only reflective of their lack of experience.

No more going to the dealership anymore (they keep my car for weeks and charge at least 4x what Aaron charged).

My truck is on a 12-inch lift with 42-inch tires, which basically means it's less of a truck and more of a mobile observation tower. Small children look at it the way people look at monster trucks at a county fair. Most oil change places take one look at it and suddenly say things like "our lift is down" or "we don't service... aircraft carriers." Not these guys. They walked out, looked up at the truck like they were inspecting a skyscraper, nodded, and got to work like it was a completely normal Tuesday. One of the techs climbed up there like a Navy SEAL scaling a building. Next thing I know, oil change done, no drama, no weird upsells, and nobody needed a ladder from Home Depot. Truck runs great, still sits high enough to change the weather pattern in Glendale, and I'll definitely be coming back. 10/10. If your truck is ridiculously tall and slightly irresponsible like mine, these are your people.

Well I will never go back to Jiffy Lube!! As soon as I pulled up to Glendale Lube I was greeted by a gentleman to park and asked if I was there for an oil change and he said it would be about 15 min. Wait. He wasn't lying either. Two cars in front of me and they got them finished in 15 min. They called me to pull my van up and Maria was so kind and said they'd get everything done in 15 min. I couldn't believe how fast they were. So professional and kind. I was even able to bring my own oil and filter and they just did the work. The charge was way less than I'm used to. So I will definitely be back and I will tell everyone to come here to get their oil changed.

My wife has been coming here regularly since she first started driving, so it's safe to say we've been customers for over 12 years. One of the panels on the back of my Tesla came undone after driving through a deep puddle and started scraping the ground. I still had to make it from Burbank back to Lake Balboa, so I took a chance. I walked into Dave's, explained the situation, and asked if I could pull in just to get some help popping the panel back into place. Not only did they let me pull right in, they went above and beyond. They didn't just snap it back in -- they took their time, inspected it, replaced some bolts, and even zip-tied it to make sure it was properly secured. Honestly, I wasn't expecting that at all. It was a really pleasant surprise, and I wanted to leave this review to show my appreciation. They didn't charge me anything, even though they easily could have. I was fully ready to pay -- even said I'd pay for an oil change -- but they didn't ask for a thing. I told them lunch was on me and tipped the crew a blue face to say thank you. We get our oil changes here regularly, and they're always kind, efficient, and honest. There's nothing better than supporting a family-owned business that genuinely looks out for people. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy spot, Dave's is it. If you made it this far, come check me out at Rose Garden Barbershop here in Lake Balboa. Bless.

I simply requested to watch while my oil change was being performed, and instead of responding respectfully, he became hostile and refused to service my vehicle. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for respectful customer service. THEY ALSO BROKE PARTS ON MY VEHICLE
