I was headed out to go to work and my car wouldn't start and since I use my car for work I started tripping cause i couldn't miss out on that money. My neighbor recommended I call Big Bucks Towing. So I did and big relief to me they had a truck in my area. Within 10 minutes of my calling for much needed help Ted had arrived. Ted was very friendly and understood my need to get to work asap so he quickly discerned that my car battery was dead and gave me some options. Since there was a shop right by my work where I could purchase a new battery and have it installed I decided on that and before you know it after the expedient tow service from Ted at Big Bucks Towing i didn't have to miss work that day. I also picked up another shift where I ended up making a lot of large tips for catering which pretty much covered all my expenses, battery, service, and tow. Thank god for Big Bucks Towing. I live 90-miles away from where my car had died for good. A few days later I drove over after another company had promised to meet us and scrap my car. After hours of trying to get the other company to help and getting false promise and non answered calls, I found this number online. I have had so many negative experiences with towing companies that it was extremely refreshing to have a company like Big Bucks offer kindness and professionalism in my time of difficulty. Just as I was exiting off the freeway, my transmission decides to quit on me! I'm frustrated and holding up traffic, and every tow company that I call tells me I'll have to wait at-least an hour before they can have someone to me. So I decide to call one last company, Big Buck's Towing and am told that they can have a tow truck to me within 45 mins. Boy was I happy when I saw the tow truck pull up behind me in only 20! The driver, Ted, was great. He even offered me a cold bottle of water,which might not seem like much, but when you're stranded on the side of the road in the heat, stressed out and also in the back of your mind worrying about how to come up with repair money for your now broke down vehicle, an ice cold bottle of water means a whole lot. Over the summer I visited my parents who just recently moved to Vegas. I was always driving around the first few weeks until I ran into quite an ordeal. My Honda that already was acting up from the drive to Vegas wouldn't start. It took me almost 30 min just to start it again. At the time, I was around Bonnie Springs. Mind you that I had no clue where I was and with a phone at 4%. To make matters worse, I got a flat while driving back the way I came. I soon started to freak out and looked up the first Towing service in Vegas and called before my phone died. I told them my situation and they sent someone. I have to say Big Buck's Towing is awesome! My wife was in an accident on the way home I am disabled and had no way to get to her and ended up being on the phone with her the whole time. Big Buck's Towing showed up at the scene to tow our car to the shop. They got there quickly and was ready to go when the police released the car. The Driver was very friendly and professional. More important to me was that he made my wife feel comfortable. Thankfully she was not injured but our car was a different story. My wife is not a trusting person by nature but the driver made her feel at ease as he drove her home on the way to the shop. Knowing how to find a great towing company could be quite the battle if you don't know where to start. I've had this issue in the past happen after a car accident and was over changed to tow my car. Amazing service in the Las Vegas area! I was driving on Fremont and my car suddenly stopped. I'm no mechanic but I needed my car to get back home. I called big bucks towing and they sent over Bill. My car got a flat tire while I was at work doing pizza delivery I managed to get the pizza to customer and he recommended me to call big bucks towing so I did and they were really nice when I called and super fast.
