They ask when I did that and I tell them that I pre-ordered on Tuesday. Their reply? "Oh, we probably threw away the ticket." WTAF!! I had search for my email and show then proof of payment. Unfortunately, three of the donuts were not available so they gave them to me without being glazed. Never again will I pre-order. That team cannot be trusted.
