Beef ribs, coleslaw, and fries with Aioli sauce.

I was craving ribs... So I stopped by for a fast lunch. I ordered their ribs, (beef only), coleslaw, and fries with Aioli sauce. They were fresh hot. I must admit I never had Aioli sauce on my freies. It was darn good. The ribs were good and plenty of it. Hot n tender, the way they should be. Coleslaw was good. I always feel Coleslaw is hard to mess up... Their signature BBQ sauce was great on the ribs. My only beef (pardon the pun) here is, I think they are over priced. It's not a fancy place with comfortable booths, etc. That's the only reason I'm not going for the fifth star.

    Smoked Beef Brisket. ORDER IT!!

The star is the brisket! We will be coming back for that. Owner is so kind. Went to the top of the citrus tower then walked to this place for lunch.

I was in the mood for something hardy and delicious, walking in and seeing BBQ I thought it was just the thing. I ordered the brisket Mac and cheese, and I could say, this might be the worst Mac and cheese I've ever had lol. It was way over cooked, noodles were complete mush and had no flavor. I was expecting it to be so good. A small and local BBQ place, what could go wrong! I had high expectation and the food looked good when I saw them making it, but what a disappointment. Would not come back.... Also a 4% fee added to all credit card orders.

Picanha and fries, decent amount of the steak eaten before photo

Wow. Picanha steak and fries are top notch. Steak is cooked perfectly and buttery. Fries include Parmesan and an aioli. Comfort food 10/10. Can't wait to eat here again.

    Delicious. Pricey tho

I love the food. It is a bit pricey. This place just rebranded and their food is amazing. I would eat here much more often if the prices came down a bit. Not enough food for the high price IMO.

    For $21!

I tried to like this place since Uncle Kenny's pulled out, but after three tries I can't give it a thumbs up. Got the brisket plate takeout with side of collard greens and "garlic toast". Way overpriced for the amount of food and not that good. The brisket was tasty but about a third of it was fat. The collards were about half stalk and half leaf and were not cooked long enough, was like eating paper. The "garlic toast" was really a hoagie bun pasted with garlic butter and parmesan cheese, not toasted and very chewy.

Our friends recommended Cosa Nostra but, being a sucker for empanadas, my wife suggested Pico Bistro instead. Located on the bottom floor of the Montrose Street Market, Pico Bistro operates from a small space. After looking at the menu, my wife ordered the #4 (Beef with green olives and eggs) and #19 (Beef, sausage and cheese) empanadas ($4.33 each) with fries ($3.99). I ordered the picanha (steak) served with chimichurri and fries ($16.50). We each had a Coke Zero ($2.50 each per can!) in a can to wash it down with. My wife liked her empanadas, especially dipped in that pico sauce it came with. My steak was just OK...really needed that chimichurri sauce to add some flavor. The thin steak was cooked on what looked like a portable flat top. All in all, I thought lunch was nothing to write home about, except perhaps for the empanadas. The value certainly wasn't there, not to mention a 2.5% processing fee added to credit card payments. Lunch for 2 with tip came out to $43.

Great Brazilian Grill Experience -- Definitely Coming Back…read moreMy wife and I came here for the full churrasco lunch experience, and it was excellent. I would give the overall experience a 9/10 and five stars. There was a great variety of meats, including different cuts of steak and sausage, and the servers kept bringing fresh food directly to our table. The meat was flavorful, tender, and cooked nicely. The grilled pineapple was also very good and worked perfectly between the different meat selections. The salad bar had plenty of choices, including fresh vegetables, cheese, cold cuts, eggs, and other sides. We also enjoyed the bread, fries, and sauces served at the table. The dining room felt clean, comfortable, and upscale, but it was still relaxed. Service was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. We paid $92 for two people before tax and tip, which was a fair price for an unlimited Brazilian steakhouse lunch of this quality. Overall, this was a great experience. We left very full and satisfied. I will absolutely return and try it again.

The ambiance had such a fun dinner vibe without feeling overly formal. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Now for the food! Our absolute favorite was the garlic steak. It was super flavorful and easily the standout of the night. A very close runner up was the garlic Parmesan chicken, which was also delicious. The sides were just as memorable. The cheese bread was amazing, and the garlic bread was probably one of my favorite surprises. It was soft and moist on the inside, packed with buttery garlic flavor, and perfectly crunchy on the outside. They also serve a grilled cheese with honey, and that sweet and salty combination was SO good and definitely worth trying. And do not skip the grilled pineapple! It was warm, juicy, incredibly sweet, and the perfect break between all the savory meats. Between the food, ambiance, and genuinely friendly staff, we had such a great experience celebrating here. There was plenty of variety, everything kept coming around throughout dinner, and the whole experience was fun and interactive. Come hungry because there is A LOT to try! They don't have tablecloths any more and only white napkins. When we were here before, they offered guests the choice of white or black napkins to match the color of their clothing. It also seems like the dress code has become more relaxed. When we were here before, most people seemed to dress "business causal", but today a lot of people wore t-shirts and shorts. However, it was also Saturday afternoon and I bet a lot of tourists walked from the shopping plaza and outlet mall. The front lobby/ waiting area now only has 2 chairs on the right and 1 on the left. I could have sworn they used to have a few chairs and a couch. And one of the chairs was really beat up and looked like it needed a lot of repair work. We were seated immediately, though it was 12:20 on a Saturday and they had just opened, so there weren't many people in the place. We told the waiter that we had been here before, so he didn't need to go through the introduction. We ordered some drinks and then another server immediately brought out the sides: cheese bread, fried bananas, garlic mashed potatoes, and french fries. We said we didn't want the potatoes and fries, and it would have been nice if they asked what we preferred before bringing everything out. We then got some food from the salad bar and my wife though the lobster bisque was excellent. After we were done, the waiter took our plates away. But then he never came back with plates for the meats. He also didn't ask which meat we wanted to start with. We flipped our discs to green and the gauchos started coming by. The picanha and filet mignon were very good, but the filet mignon wrapped in bacon was a little tough. We asked about it and the gaucho said it's because they have to cook the meat longer to make sure the bacon is fully cooked. We then got some more food from the salad area. About halfway through, the waiter saw that we had stopped eating and asked if we were done. We said yes, thinking that he was asking if we were done with the fruits from the salad bar. He then brought over a dessert tray and asked if we wanted a dessert liquor. I said we're not done eating the meats. Then we had more meat. Then when we were done, he started to come over with the desserts, but my wife saw him and shook her head, so he didn't come to the table. He then brought over a plate with "Happy Birthday" written in icing with a candle for me to blow out. I don't know if I was supposed to get a free dessert because it was my birthday or if that's not offered here. I assume it's not offered here since the waiter didn't mention it. Though to be fair, we were stuffed and probably couldn't fit it.

The restaurant itself is beautiful, loved the esthetics. The service was exceptional! My glass was always filled and I appreciated the attention. I wasn't too fond of the hot/cold salad bar. While the selection was large, the quality wasn't there. For instance, the meat in the fried rice was overcooked. The pork belly tasted as if it was sitting there for a while.
