I pulled up and Cody and Gabe, got the socket and lug nuts extracted with in 30 minutes with no BS, felt like a couple big bros helping me out. Shout to the gentleman with the glasses and anyone else on team that was part of the job. From what I experienced, the JP Auto Team really gives a damn about their customers and just cares about people general. The front staff seem resistant to explain basic service questions and get somewhat annoyed when you question why basic service is taking longer than they projected. I realize that dealing with customers is not always easy, but I would hope that the front service staff would at least PRETEND to care that you were giving them your time/money/business.
