The good: The lobby was clean and well lit. Free soft serve ice cream cones. The chicken is super crunchy so if you live for the crunch, they've got you covered. The chicken sandwich is huge! And the wings are also pretty big. Those chickens must work out in the gym! The bad: Customer service is a joke! Drink stations unstocked. Dirty kitchen and kitchen staff with sagging uniforms!! Chicken seasoning is bland Spicy chicken is just a dry seasoning shaken over regular chicken. When we first arrived, I walked into the building, the temperature was freezing! Between the air conditioner and the ceiling fans, it was cold enough to hang beef in there! Most customers were shivering. The cashier could barely take our order without looking back at her phone. When I informed her that the tea dispensers were empty, she told me they were out of tea without even bothering to go and check. My order had so much just dumped on top that it pooled in the bottom of the sandwich container. Similarly, the wings had none of the seasoning on the bottom side. While we were waiting for our food, I noticed another lady who was quite dissatisfied with her order and was nice enough to show us what she ordered. Let's just say, I'm glad I didn't order the fish!
